また、分散粒子は、二酸化ケイ素からなるため、十分に高い耐熱性を備えている。このため、上層被膜中に分散粒子が存在する場合に、上層被膜の耐熱性をより効果的に向上させることができる。
また、下層被膜の平均厚みは、50nm以上1μm以下である。このように構成により、下層被膜の平均厚みが50nm以上であるため、被膜中を流れるトンネル電流を抑制し、このトンネル電流に起因する渦電流損の増大を抑えることができる。また、下層被膜の平均厚みが1μm以下であるため、金属磁性粒子間の距離が大きくなりすぎて反磁界が発生する(金属磁性粒子に磁極が生じてエネルギーの損失が発生する)ことを防止できる。これにより、反磁界の発生に起因したヒステリシス損の増大を抑制できる。また、圧粉磁心に占める下層被膜の体積比率が小さくなりすぎて、圧粉磁心の飽和磁束密度が低下することを防止できる。
また、上層被膜の平均厚みは、10nm以上1μm以下である。このように構成により、上層被膜の平均厚みが10nm以上であるため、上層被膜がある程度の厚みをもって形成されている。このため、圧粉磁心の熱処理時の保護膜として上層被膜を良好に機能させることができる。また、上層被膜の平均厚みが1μm以下であるため、金属磁性粒子間の距離が大きくなりすぎて反磁界が発生することを防止できる。これにより、反磁界の発生に起因したヒステリシス損の増大を抑制できる。
Claims (3)
- 互いに接合された複数の複合磁性粒子を備え、
前記複数の複合磁性粒子の各々は、金属磁性粒子と、前記金属磁性粒子の表面を取り囲む絶縁性の下層被膜と、前記下層被膜の表面を取り囲み、ケイ素を含む上層被膜と、前記下層被膜および前記上層被膜の少なくともいずれか一方に設けられた二酸化ケイ素からなる分散粒子とを有し、
前記下層被膜と前記上層被膜とを合わせた被膜の平均厚みがTである場合、前記分散粒子の平均粒径Rは、10nm<R≦1/4Tの関係を満たし、
前記下層被膜の平均厚みは、50nm以上1μm以下であり、前記上層被膜の平均厚みは、10nm以上1μm以下である、圧粉磁心。 - 前記下層被膜は、リン化合物、ケイ素化合物、ジルコニウム化合物およびアルミニウム化合物からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種を含む、請求項1に記載の圧粉磁心。
