Claims (6)
- 栄養塩を含有してなる海水を、大容量容器に貯留した状態で、少なくとも加熱処理を含む滅菌処理を施した後、該滅菌処理を終えた海水を、前記大容量容器から複数の小容量ボトルに分配して注ぎ入れることにより、海水試料の栄養塩濃度を測定する際の指標となる栄養塩参照物質を製造する方法であって、
金属製で且つ内面が電解研磨仕上げされた大容量容器に、栄養塩を含有してなる海水を貯留した状態で、前記滅菌処理を施すことを特徴とする栄養塩参照物質の製造方法。 - 前記滅菌処理後に、大容量容器の温度を室温まで低下させ、その後、大容量容器を、容器上部の内面に付着している水蒸気が海水中に混入して攪拌されるように振ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の栄養塩参照物質の製造方法。
- 前記滅菌処理を終えた海水を大容量容器から複数の小容量ボトルに分配して注ぎ入れる前に、大容量容器の内部で前記滅菌処理を終えた海水を攪拌手段により攪拌することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の栄養塩参照物質の製造方法。
- 栄養塩を含有してなる海水を貯留する大容量容器と、該大容量容器に貯留されている海水を加熱する加熱手段とを有し、海水試料の栄養塩濃度を測定する際の指標となる栄養塩参照物質を製造する装置であって、
前記大容量容器が金属製であり且つその内面が電解研磨仕上げされていることを特徴とする栄養塩参照物質の製造装置。 - 前記大容量容器は、上端に大開口部を有する容器本体と、開閉可能な小開口部を有し且つ前記大開口部を覆う蓋体とを有し、前記容器本体の内面及び前記蓋体の内面が電解研磨仕上げされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の栄養塩参照物質の製造装置。
- 前記大容量容器は、容器上部の内面に付着している水蒸気が海水中に混入して攪拌されるように振ることが可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の栄養塩参照物質の製造装置。
