Claims (3)
- 目的形状を平面に変形せしめる仮定による有限要素法計算により仮の展開形状と面内歪み分布と曲げ歪み分布とを算出し、前記面内歪みの主軸方向にそれぞれ平行な複数の加熱線を配置し、前記加熱線に平行な曲げ歪み成分と前記加熱線に直交する曲げ歪み成分とを算出して複数の領域ごとにそれらの積分値を算出し、前記面内歪みが最小の歪みの部位でもその歪みが収縮方向となるべく全体に一定量を加算することにより調整した面内歪み分布を算出し、前記曲げ歪みの分布及び前記調整した面内歪み分布と前記目的形状とから最終の展開形状を算出し、予め用意した加熱条件と変形の関係を有するデータベースから前記曲げ歪みの前記積分値を前記データベースの前記変形と比較することにより前記最終の展開形状から前記目的形状が得られる加熱条件を算出する、ことを特徴とする加熱方案の算出方法。
- 請求項1に記載の加熱方案の算出方法において、前記加熱線を配置する前に前記面内歪みの絶対値と前記曲げ歪みの絶対値とを比較し、前記曲げ歪みの絶対値のほうが大きい領域については前記曲げ歪みの主軸方向にそれぞれ平行な複数の加熱線を配置し、前記加熱線により近似し得る面内歪み分布を算出し、前記調整した面内歪み分布と合成する、ことを特徴とする加熱方案の算出方法。
- 請求項2に記載の加熱方案の算出方法において、前記複数の加熱線のうち最大曲げ主歪み方向に平行なものについては2本1組で加熱線を配置する、ことを特徴とする加熱方案の算出方法。
