Description

The present invention relates to a massage apparatus in which a treatment element is projected from a rotating plate that is rotated by an airbag.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a massage apparatus that has been used in a chair shape and is provided with a treatment element that is driven by an airbag on a backrest, as in Patent Document 1, for example.

As shown in FIG. 20, the massage device includes a rotating plate 11 that can rotate about a rotating shaft portion, and an airbag that rotates the rotating plate 11 around the rotating shaft portion 10 by expansion and contraction. 12, and the airbag 12 is repeatedly expanded and contracted to swing the rotating plate 11 around the rotating shaft portion 10, so that the treatment element 14 protruding from the rotating plate 11 sits on the massage device. This massage massages a target treatment site that is a part of the body of the user.

However, in the massage apparatus, when the target treatment site is shifted in the width direction of the rotation plate 11 orthogonal to the rotation shaft portion 10 due to the difference in the physique of the user, the treatment element 14 performs the target treatment. Do not hit the site.

Moreover, although there exists a thing which made the treatment element long in the axial direction of the rotation shaft part like patent document 2, this treatment element is also moved when the treatment element is shifted in the width direction of the rotation plate with respect to the user. It does not hit the target treatment site. Further, the treatment element of Patent Document 2 is long in the axial direction of the rotation shaft part, and each part of this treatment element is located at an equal distance from the rotation shaft part, so that the force applied to each treatment part from each part of the treatment element Becomes uniform and cannot perform massage with strength.
JP 2005-2111263 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-155922

The present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and even when the target treatment site of the user is displaced in the width direction of the rotating plate, the target treatment site can be reliably massaged, Moreover, an object of the present invention is to provide a massage machine that can simultaneously perform massages with different strengths.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the massage device according to claim 1 is a chair type, and is a vertically movable treatment mechanism portion provided with a central treatment element 7 protruding forward at the center portion in the left-right direction of the backrest portion 2. 6, and massage units 8 are provided on both the left and right sides of the front surface of the backrest 2, and each massage unit 8 rotates in the front-rear direction around the rotating shaft 10 provided at the end on the other massage unit 8 side. A rotating plate 11 that can move and an airbag 12 that rotates the rotating plate 11 around the rotating shaft portion 10 by expansion and contraction, and protrudes forward from the rotating plate 11 of each massage unit 8. A first rotating plate 11a in which a plurality of treatment elements 14 are provided in the left-right direction, and the rotating plate 11 is rotatable in the front-rear direction around a rotating shaft portion 10 provided at one end; Second rotating plate 11b connected to the plate 11a The second rotation plate 11b is rotatably connected to the first rotation plate 11a via a second rotation shaft portion 22 parallel to the rotation shaft portion 10 provided at one end thereof, and As the airbag 12, a first airbag 12 a that rotates the first rotation plate 11 a around the rotation shaft portion 10 by expansion and contraction, and a second rotation plate 11 b that rotates the second rotation plate 11 b by expansion and contraction. A second airbag 12b that rotates about 22 is provided, and the treatment element 14 projects from each of the first rotation plate 11a and the second rotation plate 11b . By providing a plurality of treatment elements 14 in the left-right direction as described above, any of the treatment elements provided on the rotation plate 11 even when the target treatment site of the user H is shifted in the left-right direction of the rotation plate 11. 14 can be applied to the target treatment site, and the target treatment site can be reliably massaged. Further, since the distances to the rotating shafts 10 of the respective treatment elements 14 are different, the force applied to the treatment parts from the treatment elements 14 located near the rotating shaft parts 10 and the positions away from the rotating shaft parts 10 are present. The force applied to the treatment part from the treatment element 14 can be varied, and massages with different strengths can be performed simultaneously. Further, by repeatedly expanding and contracting the second airbag 12b, the treatment site is sandwiched between the treatment element 14 provided on the first rotation plate 11a and the treatment element 14 provided on the second rotation plate 11b. Massage can be performed.

In the present invention, even when the target treatment site is shifted in the left-right direction, the target treatment site can be reliably massaged. Moreover, massages with different strengths can be performed simultaneously.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. The massage device of this embodiment shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2 is a chair type | mold, the seat back part 2, the backrest part 2 raised from the rear end of the seat part 1, and toward the lower side from the front end of the seat part 1 A protruding leg rest 3 and armrests 4 provided on the left and right sides of the seat 1 are provided.

The backrest part 2 can be raised and lowered with respect to the seat part 1 by an electrically operated reclining mechanism, and the leg rest part 3 can be pivoted to the front end of the seat part 1 so that the pivot angle can be changed. It is connected. Therefore, for example, the backrest 2 can be tilted backward and the leg rest 3 can be rotated upward so that the user H can sit with his knees extended.

A treatment mechanism 6 for performing mechanical massage is provided at the center of the backrest 2 in the left-right direction, and a treatment element 6 such as a kneading ball is projected forward from the treatment mechanism 6. is doing.

The treatment mechanism unit 6 can move up and down in the backrest unit 2, and the height position of the central treatment element 7 can be changed by moving the treatment mechanism unit 6 up and down. Further, the central treatment element 7 itself operates in the vertical direction, the left-right direction, and the front-rear direction, and mechanical massage such as a squeezing operation, an acupressure operation, and a hitting operation can be performed by the operation of the central treatment element 7. .

Aside from the treatment mechanism 6, a pair of massage units 8 is provided in the middle of the front side of the backrest 2, and each massage unit 8 moves up and down the center of the backrest 2 described above. It arrange | positions on both sides of the backrest part 2 so that the treatment mechanism part 6 to perform may be pinched | interposed.

An example of the massage unit 8 is shown in FIGS. Each massage unit 8 has a plate-like support portion 9 fixedly attached to the front side of the backrest portion 2 with screws, and is rotatably connected to the support portion 9 via a rotation shaft portion 10. A rotating plate 11 disposed in front of the air bag 12 and an airbag 12 disposed between the support portion 9 and the rotating plate 11. The rotating shaft 10 can be rotated around the center.

Each rotating plate 11 is a rigid body constituted by one rectangular plate, and the rotating shaft portion 10 provided on one side of the other massage unit 8 side is moved from the inner end portion of the support portion 9 to the front side. It connects with the front-end | tip of the protruding connection part 13. As shown in FIG. The axial direction of the rotating shaft portion 10 is directed upward and downward with the backrest portion 2 standing up, and each rotating plate 11 is rotatable in the front-rear direction around the rotating shaft portion 10 as shown by the arrows in FIG. It has become.

Each of the rotating plates 11 is parallel to a plate-like support portion 9 attached in parallel with the backrest portion 2 in a state in which the airbag 12 is contracted, and the surface of each of the rotating plates 11 opposite to the support portion 9. Is provided with a treatment element 14. A plurality of treatment elements 14 (two in FIG. 3) are provided in the width direction of the rotation plate 11 (hereinafter simply referred to as the width direction of the rotation plate 11) orthogonal to the rotation shaft portion 10 shown in FIG. Yes, these treatment elements 14 are located in the center in the axial direction of the rotary shaft portion 10 of the rotary plate 11. Each treatment element 14 is formed in a substantially hemispherical shape that protrudes on the side opposite to the support portion 9, and gives a massage effect by pressing the treatment site with its protruding end surface. In this example, each treatment element 14 has the same shape.

Further, the massage machine is provided with an intake / exhaust device 15 shown in FIG. 5 for inflating and deflating the airbag 12 that rotates the rotating plate 11. The intake / exhaust device 15 includes a control circuit 16, an air pump 17, a filter tank 18, and an electromagnetic three-way valve 19, and the air in each airbag 12 is intermittently taken in by intermittent drive of the intake / exhaust device 15. The air bag 12 is repeatedly expanded and contracted.

And said intake by vapor apparatus 15 By repeating expansion and contraction of the air bag 12 at the same time, turning so that the pair of pivot plates 11 expands each air bag 12, as shown in FIG. 3 (b) approaches an act of, contracting the respective air bag 12 as shown in FIG. 3 (a) repeats the operation to rotate as a pair of pivot plates 11 moves away, it swings the rotary shaft portion 10 around The treatment element 14 provided on each rotating plate 11 can perform massage such that the upper half of the user H sitting on the massage machine is sandwiched from both sides. Further, in this example, the treatment person H to be massaged so as to be sandwiched between the treatment elements 14 by the central treatment element 7 of the treatment mechanism part 6 provided in the center between the massage units 8 on both sides of the backrest part 2 can be massaged. It has become.

Here, in the massage machine of the present invention, since a plurality of treatment elements 14 are provided in the width direction of the rotation plate 11, the target treatment site is the width of the rotation plate 11 due to a difference in the physique of the user H. Even in the case of deviation in the direction, any of the treatment elements 14 provided on the rotating plate 11 can be applied to the target treatment site, and the target treatment site can be reliably massaged. In addition, in this case, since the distance from each treatment element 14 to the rotation shaft portion 10 is different, the force applied to the treatment site from the treatment element 14 located near the rotation shaft portion 10 and the rotation shaft portion 10 are separated. The force applied to the treatment site from the treatment element 14 in the position can be varied, and massages of different strengths can be simultaneously performed from the treatment elements 14.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, each massage unit 8 preferably has a length of protrusion of each treatment element 14 from the rotation plate 11 as the treatment element 14 that is separated from the rotation shaft portion 10. In FIG. 6, the tip of the treatment element 14 excluding the treatment element 14 closest to the rotation shaft portion 10 passes through the rotation shaft portion 10 and the protrusion end of the treatment element 14 closest to the rotation shaft portion 10. It is located on the line A or slightly on the rotating plate 11 side from the virtual line A.

In the example of FIG. 3, the length of each treatment element 14 protruding from the rotating plate 11 is the same, so when the rotating plate 11 is rotated in a direction away from the support portion 9, the position close to the rotating shaft portion 10. However, in this example, there is a problem that the treatment element 14 located in a position away from the rotation shaft 10 is difficult to contact the body of the treatment person H. The treatment element 14 at a position away from 10 can be reliably applied to the treatment site in the same manner as the treatment element 14 at a close position.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 7, it is good also considering the protrusion end surface of each treatment element 14 of each massage unit 8 as a curved surface which has a mutually different curvature radius. In this case, the area of each treatment element 14 in contact with the treatment site can be made different, and each treatment element 14 can perform massage with different strengths. In particular, in the example of FIG. 7, the treatment element 14 located at a position farther from the rotation shaft portion 10 has a cut end spherical surface having a larger curvature radius than the protrusion end surface of the treatment element 14 located near the rotation shaft portion 10. It is in the shape. Therefore, the treatment element 14 located closer to the rotating shaft portion 10 can perform massage with stronger stimulation.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, each treatment element 14 of each massage unit 8 may be provided on the rotating plate 11 via an elastic member 21. In FIG. 8, three treatment elements 14 are provided in the width direction of the rotation plate 11, and each treatment element 14 and the rotation plate 11 are connected by an elastic member 21 formed of a spring that expands and contracts in the thickness direction of the rotation plate 11. ing. As a result, when each treatment element 14 comes into contact with the body of the user H, each treatment element 14 can be released to the rotating plate 11 side, and each treatment element 14 can be made to conform to the shape of the treatment site.

Moreover, in the example shown in FIG. 9, the 1st rotation board 11a which made each rotation board 11 of each massage unit 8 rotatable about the rotation shaft part 10 provided in the end, and the 1st rotation board 11a It is comprised with the 2nd rotation board 11b connected with the center part of the width direction. The second rotation plate 11b located in front of the outer portion of the first rotation plate 11a (that is, on the side opposite to the support portion 9) is parallel to the rotation shaft portion 10 provided at one end thereof. Is connected to the first rotating plate 11a via a pivot. In this example, as the airbag 12, the first airbag 12a is disposed between the first rotating plate 11a and the support portion 9, and the second airbag 12b is disposed between the first rotating plate 11a and the second rotating plate. 11b. Therefore, the first rotating plate 11a can be rotated around the rotating shaft portion 10 by inflating and deflating the first airbag, and the second rotating plate 11b can be moved to the first by inflating and deflating the second airbag. 2 It can be turned around the turning shaft portion 22. In addition, the 1st airbag is provided over the substantially whole 1st rotation board 11a also including the part corresponding to the 2nd rotation board 11b. One treatment element 14 is provided on each of the surfaces of the first rotating plate 11a and the second rotating plate 11b opposite to the support portions 9 one by one. In this example, the expansion and contraction of the first airbag 12a and the expansion and contraction of the second airbag 12b are synchronized so that the expansion of the first airbag 12a and the expansion of the second airbag 12b are performed at the same timing. Yes.

And in this example, by repeatedly expanding and contracting the second airbag 12b, the second rotating plate 11b can be rotated in the direction of approaching or leaving the first rotating plate 11a as shown in FIG. The treatment element 14 provided on the first rotation plate 11a and the treatment element 14 provided on the second rotation plate 11b can perform a massage that sandwiches a part of the body of the user H.

10 to 12, the length in the width direction of the rotary plate 11 of the treatment element 14 provided on the rotary plate 11 of each massage unit 8 is longer than the length in the axial direction of the rotary shaft portion 10. These examples may be described in detail below.

In the example of FIG. 10, each rotation plate 11 is provided with only one treatment element 14 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape that is long in the width direction of the rotation plate 11. Thus, by making the length in the width direction of the rotary plate 11 of the treatment element 14 longer than the length in the axial direction of the rotary shaft portion 10, the difference in the physique of the user H as in the example of FIG. Even when an arbitrary part of the body of the user H is displaced in a direction perpendicular to the rotation shaft portion 10 due to the above or the like, the target treatment is any portion of the treatment element 14 that is long in the width direction of the rotation plate 11. Can be reliably applied to the site. In addition, the force applied to the treatment site from the portion near the rotation shaft portion 10 of the treatment element 14 and the force applied to the treatment portion from the portion away from the rotation shaft portion 10 can be made different to give different massage feelings. it can. Further, only one treatment element 14 is required, and the number of members can be reduced as compared with the example of FIG.

Further, in the example of FIG. 11, the protruding length of the treatment element 14 that is long in the width direction of the rotating plate 11 from the rotating plate 11 is increased as the distance from the rotating shaft portion 10 increases. Here, the treatment element 14 shown in FIG. 11 has a surface on the opposite side to the rotation plate 11 serving as a treatment surface as an inclined surface that is inclined so as to be gradually separated from the rotation plate 11 as the treatment plate 14 is separated from the rotation shaft portion 10. Further, the inclined surface of the treatment element 14 is entirely located on the imaginary line B passing through the rotating shaft portion 10 and the end of the inclined surface on the rotating shaft portion 10 side, or slightly rotated from the imaginary line B. It is located on the plate 11 side.

In the example of FIG. 10, the protruding lengths of the respective portions of the treatment element 14 from the rotation plate 11 are the same. Therefore, when the rotation plate 11 is rotated in the direction away from the support portion 9, the rotation axis of the treatment element 14. per site earlier near the part 10 to the body of the treated person H, but a site distant from the rotation shaft portion 10, there is a problem that it is difficult hit the body of treated person H, the rotation shaft portion 10 in this example massaging head 14 The part away from can be reliably applied to the body part of the user H as well as the near part.

In the example of FIG. 12, the treatment element 14 is provided on the rotating plate 11 via the elastic member 21, and the elastic member 21 is formed of a spring that connects the treatment element 14 and the rotating plate 11. As a result, when the treatment element 14 comes into contact with the body of the user H, the treatment element 14 can be slightly released to the rotating plate 11 side so that the treatment element 14 can be adapted to the shape of the body of the treatment person H.

Or it may be movably times shaft portion 10 of each massage unit 8 illustrated in FIG. 3 or FIG. 10 or the like as shown in FIG. 13 in the width direction of the rotating plate 11.

In FIG. 13, the rotation shaft portion 10 of the rotation plate 11 provided with a plurality of treatment elements 14 in the width direction is movable in the width direction of the rotation plate 11. The support shaft 9 and the rotation shaft portion 10 of the rotation plate 11 protrude from the support portion 9 at one end of a spring 25 that expands and contracts in the left-right direction (that is, the direction parallel to the width direction of the rotation plate 11 when the airbag 12 contracts). The other end of the connecting portion 13 is connected to the rotating shaft portion 10 of the rotating plate 11 and connected.

Thus, by making the rotation shaft part 10 movable in the width direction of the rotation plate 11, when the airbag 12 is inflated and the treatment element 14 hits the treatment site, the reaction force rotates. The plate 11 moves in a direction away from the connecting portion 13 together with the rotating shaft portion 10. Therefore, when the treatment element 14 hits the treatment site, the force applied to the rotating plate 11 can be released, and a soft massage can be performed with the treatment element 14. Further, in this example, the spring 25 is used to make the rotation shaft portion 10 movable. Therefore, when the airbag 12 is contracted, the rotation plate 11 and the rotation shaft portion 10 are connected to the connecting portion by the elastic force of the spring 25. It moves in the direction approaching 13 and returns.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, a plurality of treatment elements 14 of each massage unit 8 illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 10 may be provided in the axial direction of the rotary shaft portion 10. In FIG. 14, a plurality of rows of treatment elements 14 (two in the illustrated example) provided in the width direction of the rotating plate 11 are provided in the axial direction of the rotating plate 11 (three in the illustrated example). The treatment element 14 is located at the same position as the treatment element 14 in the adjacent row in the width direction of the rotating plate 11. Thus, by providing a plurality of treatment elements 14 in the axial direction of the rotation shaft portion 10, even when the target treatment site is shifted in the axial direction of the rotation shaft portion 10 due to a difference in the physique of the user H or the like. Any treatment element 14 provided on the rotating plate 11 can be reliably applied to a target treatment site.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, one storage bag 26 is provided on the surface opposite to the support portion 9 of the rotating plate 11 of each massage unit 8 illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 10, and the storage bag 26 is treated. The child 14 may be stored in a freely retractable manner. In FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, the treatment element 14 protrudes from one side of a rectangular plate-like (specifically rectangular plate-like) storage plate 27, which is a separate member from the rotating plate 11. Here, the storage plate 27 is provided with a plurality of substantially hemispherical treatment elements 14 having the same shape in the width direction of the rotating plate 11. The storage plate 27 is stored in a storage bag 26 of substantially the same size so that the surface on the treatment element 14 side faces the opposite side of the rotation plate 11. In this manner, the treatment element 14 can be inserted into and removed from the storage bag 26 provided on the rotating plate 11 so that the storage plate 27 provided with the treatment element 14 can be taken out of the storage bag 26 and the treatment element 14 can be easily attached. Can be removed. Therefore, when it is not desired to massage the treatment site with the treatment element 14, it is possible to remove the treatment element 14 and eliminate the uncomfortable feeling at the time of sitting caused by the treatment element 14 hitting the user H.

Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the protruding end surface of each treatment element 14 provided on the storage plate 27 may be curved surfaces having different radii of curvature as with the treatment element 14 in the example of FIG. In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 16, each treatment element having a different shape, such as reversing the direction of the storage plate 27 stored in the storage bag 26 and reversing the positional relationship of each treatment element 14 with respect to the rotating plate 11. The position of the fourteen rotation plates 11 can be changed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, a plurality (three in the figure) of the storage bag 26 is provided in the width direction of the rotating plate 11 on the surface of the rotating plate 11 opposite to the support portion 9. The storage plate 27 provided with the storage bag 26 may be stored in one storage bag 26 selected from the plurality of storage bags 26. In this case, the position in the width direction of the rotation plate 11 with respect to the rotation plate 11 of the storage plate 27 provided with the treatment element 14 can be changed, so that the treatment person H having a different physique can cope more. In addition, each storage bag 26 shall be the state accumulated on the front side of the adjacent storage bag 26 like FIG. 19, for example.
