Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a fishing container that can be folded by folding a predetermined position on a peripheral surface of a container body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, fishing containers made of a non-breathable synthetic resin sheet having flexibility have been used as buckets for watering bait, fetching water, and containers for live bait and fish.
When these containers are spread out, the side walls are raised by the elasticity of the synthetic resin sheet forming the containers, and are self-supporting.
When carrying these containers, you can fold them by crushing the side walls, but if you spread them once, there will be no creases, so there is no standard for folding, and each time you crushed appropriately Therefore, it could not be folded with good storage.
In addition, if the crease is attached, there is a drawback that when the container body is expanded, the part with the crease is not sufficiently spread.
[0003]
In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-43191, a bucket for fetching water is introduced which is formed into a bellows shape by providing a plurality of folds on one side of the bucket and is easy to fall on the fold side.
This bucket is convenient when drawing water, but when storing things or when feeding food, the surroundings are distorted in a bellows shape, so the storage is not good. The container cannot be used in a self-supporting state.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that a conventional fishing container such as a bucket for fishing will not have a fold mark if it is expanded once. Because it was, it should not be folded with good storage.
Also, if the crease is attached, the part with the crease will not spread sufficiently when the container body is expanded.
The water fetching bucket disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-43191 is not storable because the surroundings are distorted in an accordion-like shape when storing things or feeding food. The container cannot be used with the container standing on its own.
It is.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fishing container that can efficiently store an object when a crease is provided at a predetermined position on the peripheral surface of the container main body and widened in view of the above drawbacks.
[0006]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that a container body formed of a synthetic resin sheet is provided with a groove-like crease with a thin outer wall formed in a groove shape, and the container body is The gist is that it can be folded. The gist of the present invention according to claim 2 is that the fold line is provided at a position opposed to at least the peripheral surface of the container body.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the container body 1, 1 ', 1 "is provided with the thin groove-like folds 1e, 1f, 1g, it can be easily folded along the folds 1e, 1f, 1g. At the same time, the container body 1, 1 ', 1 "can stand up in a state where the container body 1, 1', 1" is expanded.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the folds 1e, 1f, and 1g are provided at positions opposed to at least the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1, 1 ', 1 ", the opposing peripheral surfaces are folded together when folded. And can be folded easily.
[0008]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 3 show the first embodiment, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a fishing vessel, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the fishing vessel folded. 3 is a cross-sectional side view of the handle fastening portion and the container main body of the fishing container, FIG. 3A is an enlarged cross-sectional side view of the handle and the handle fastening portion, and FIG.
[0009]
The fishing container has a handle fastening portion 2, 2 fixed to the peripheral surface 1 b on the opening 1 a side of the upper side of the cylindrical container body 1, and the handle 3 is inserted into the through hole of the handle fastening portion 2, 2. Both rotating parts are fitted so as to be rotatable, and are constructed so as to straddle the upper portion of the opening 1a in an arch shape.
That is, the handle 3 is provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the container body 1 so as to fall down outside the container body 1.
The container body 1 is formed of a synthetic resin sheet such as ethylene acetate vinyl chloride or vinyl chloride and has waterproofness and flexibility.
[0010]
The container body 1 has one side and the other side of the peripheral surface 1b made of the above synthetic resin sheet overlapped and fixed by high frequency welding or the like, and is formed of the same synthetic resin sheet at the lower end of the peripheral surface 1b. The periphery of the bottom surface 1c is welded and fixed by high frequency welding or the like, and the opening is formed in a circular shape.
A metal wire 4 is wrapped around the opening edge of the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1 with a sheet material that forms the peripheral surface 1b. The peripheral surface 1b is folded back from the inside to the outside in the opening 1a, and the folded portion 1d is the peripheral surface 1b. It is fixed by sewing or high frequency welding.
On the outer side of the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1, a plurality of groove-like folds 1e inclined from the opening 1a side to the bottom surface 1c side in the circumferential direction of the container body 1 are present on either side of the peripheral surface at substantially equal intervals. Thus, the container body 1 is formed so as to be opposed to each other so that it can be folded in the height direction.
[0011]
The width of the groove-shaped crease 1e is 1 mm to 20 mm, and is thinner than the peripheral surface on which the groove-shaped crease 1e is formed, making it easier to bend. The thickness is 90 to 30 of the peripheral surface 1b. % Thickness is preferred.
The groove-like crease 1e is mainly formed by hot pressing or high frequency molding.
When the groove-like crease 1e is formed by hot pressing, one side is recessed and the other side protrudes, or both sides are recessed and the crease 1e is formed thin.
When the groove-like crease 1e is formed by high-frequency molding, only one side surface is dented, and the other side is formed in a thin shape with only a flat or slight molding mark.
Any of the above may be used. However, in FIG. 3B, when the outside is recessed into a groove shape by high frequency molding to form a groove-shaped crease 1e, the crease 1e is bent to the inside of the container body 1. It can be folded with little protrusion to the outside, and there is no protrusion or dent on the inside.
[0012]
The handle fastening portion 2 is formed of, for example, ethylene acetate vinyl chloride or vinyl chloride in a convex shape on the side surface with a lower end portion 2a, an upper end portion 2b, and an intermediate portion 2c, and an elliptical through hole 2d is formed at the upper end portion 2b. A notch (not shown) is formed from the through hole 2d to the lower end 2a.
The intermediate part 2c is bent along the outer shape of the folded part 1d, and the lower end part 2a is fixed to the folded part 1d and the peripheral surface 1b by welding or the like.
An upper end portion 2 b of the handle fastening portion 2 protrudes upward from an upper opening portion of the container body 1.
[0013]
The handle 3 is made of a synthetic resin such as ethylene acetate vinyl and is U-shaped, and has a hardness that maintains the U-shaped shape when it is raised upward.
The grip portion 3a and the flange portions 3b and 3b are formed in a U-shape, and inward turning portions 3c and 3c and spherical retaining portions 3d and 3d are formed at the ends of the flange portions 3b and 3b. Yes.
The rotating parts 3c and 3c have an outer cross-sectional shape that is elliptical.
The rotating portions 3c and 3c are inserted into the through holes 2d before the lower end portion 2a of the handle fastening portion 2 is fixed to the folded portion 1d and the peripheral surface 1b by welding or the like.
[0014]
When the container body 1 of the fishing container is folded, when the bottom surface 1c side is rotated with respect to the opening 1a side above the container body 1, the groove-like fold 1e is recessed and folded in the height direction. Folding is completed by being superposed through the peripheral surface 1b so that the opening 1a and the bottom surface 1c face each other.
[0015]
When the fishing container is configured as described above, the container body 1 is provided with the thin groove-shaped fold 1e, so that the container body 1 can be widened with little distortion on the outer peripheral surface, and the fold 1e It can be easily folded along.
The surface of the peripheral surface 1b of the container main body 1 in which the fold 1e is formed is formed by denting the crease 1e, and is directed toward the crease 1e as in the conventional water fetching bucket disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-43191. Since there is no inclined surface to be displaced, etc., the container body 1 can stand on its own by the elasticity of the synthetic resin sheet that forms the container body 1 in an unfolded state. Can be maintained.
[0016]
4 and 5 show a second embodiment, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a fishing container, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the fishing container folded.
[0017]
In the fishing container of the second embodiment, the fastening portions 5a and 5a of the handle 5 are fixed so as to face the peripheral surface 1b on the side of the opening 1a above the container body 1 'having a square opening.
The container body 1 'is formed of a synthetic resin sheet such as ethylene acetate vinyl chloride or vinyl chloride and has waterproofness and flexibility.
The container body 1 ′ is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which one side and the other side of the peripheral side surface 1 b are overlapped and fixed by high-frequency welding or the like, and the periphery of the bottom surface 1 c is overlapped on the lower end of the side surface 1 b. Has been.
[0018]
A metal wire (not shown) is wrapped around the opening edge of the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1 'with a sheet material. The peripheral surface 1b is folded back from the inside to the outside in the opening 1a, and the folded portion 1d is sewn to the peripheral surface 1b. It is fixed by high frequency welding.
Since the groove-shaped crease 1f is formed on each surface of the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1 'having a square opening, the groove-shaped crease 1f formed on the thin wall is provided at the opposite position. The container body 1 ′ is formed so as to be inclined from the upper side to the lower side of the other, so that the container body 1 ′ can be folded in the height direction, and the folding is completed so that the opening 1 a and the bottom surface 1 c face each other.
The groove-like crease 1f is mainly formed by hot pressing or high frequency molding.
[0019]
The handle 5 is U-shaped, for example, with ethylene vinyl acetate or the like, and is at least opposed to the handle 5 without drooping down even when it can be laid down on the opening side of the container body 1 ′ while having flexibility. It is hard enough to hold the shape so that it faces the inner side surface.
The shape is formed in a U shape by the fastening portions 5a and 5a, the bellows portions 5b and 5b, the flange portions 5c and 5c, and the grip portion 5d.
[0020]
When the container body 1 'of the fishing container is folded, if the bottom surface 1c side is rotated with respect to the opening 1a side above the container body 1', the groove-like fold 1f is dented and folded in the height direction. .
[0021]
6 and 7 show a third embodiment, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a fishing container, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the fishing container folded.
[0022]
In the fishing container of the third embodiment, the fastening portions 5a and 5a of the handle 5 are fixed so as to face the peripheral surface 1b on the side of the opening 1a above the rectangular container body 1 ″.
The container body 1 ″ is formed of a synthetic resin sheet such as ethylene acetate vinyl chloride or vinyl chloride and has waterproofness and flexibility.
The container body 1 ″ is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with one side and the other side of the peripheral side surface 1b overlapped and fixed by high frequency welding or the like, and the bottom surface 1c is overlapped by the lower end of the side surface 1b and fixed by high frequency welding or the like. Has been.
[0023]
A metal wire (not shown) is wrapped around the opening edge of the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1 ″ with a sheet material. The peripheral surface 1b is folded back from the inside to the outside at the opening 1a, and the folded portion 1d is sewn to the circumferential surface 1b. It is fixed by high frequency welding.
On each surface of the peripheral surface 1b of the container body 1 ″ having a rectangular opening, a thin groove-shaped crease 1g is formed so as to be inclined from one upper side to the other lower side. It is formed to be foldable in the height direction.
The groove-shaped fold 1g is mainly formed by hot pressing or high-frequency molding.
Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the second embodiment.
[0024]
When the container body 1 ″ of the fishing container is folded, it is folded in the height direction when the groove-shaped fold 1 g is pushed inward and dented.
