Description

The present invention relates to a roof having a rain gutter, and particularly to a rain gutter having a snowfall guide cover attached thereto.

On roofs installed on terraces, balconies, carports, etc., rain gutters are installed along the bottom edge of the roofing material. There are two types of rain gutters, one made of synthetic resin and one made of metal, and one made of metal is formed integrally with the front frame.

Usually, the rain gutter is opened upward. For this reason, in cold regions with snowfall, a large amount of snow has entered the gutters as the snow that has fallen on the roof slides down the top surface of the roofing material, and accumulates above the gutters and accumulates on the top of the gutters. However, the rain gutter was deformed and the gutter was damaged due to freezing and expansion of snow.

In order to prevent the rain gutter from being deformed or damaged due to snow on the roof, it is necessary to provide a snow fall guide cover for guiding the falling snow to the outside of the gutter on an inclined surface near the gutter installation portion of the roof. 1 disclosed.
JP-A-8-302937

However, the known snowfall guide cover is a horizontally long member, and is attached by screwing to the rafter cover at a position away from the rain gutter. For this reason, it is difficult to accurately perform the positioning at the time of mounting, and it takes time for construction, and it is not easy to take the horizontal level accurately, so the appearance may be impaired. In addition, the known snowfall guide cover is curved so as to project from the roof material to the upper center of the rain gutter and tries to guide the snowfall. Therefore, when the snow cover has a high moisture content, Since it fell while sticking to the surface of the snowfall guide cover, it entered the rain gutter, and there was a problem that the effect of preventing the rain gutter from being deformed or damaged was not necessarily exhibited.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. In other words, it is easy to install the snowfall guide cover at the correct position, and it is possible to reliably prevent the snowfall from entering the rain gutter and to prevent the rain gutter from being deformed or damaged. The purpose is to do.

In order to achieve the above object, a roof according to the present invention includes a snowfall guide cover that covers an upper surface of an opening of a rain gutter and guides snow falling from the upper surface of the roof material downward without entering the gutter. The snowfall guide cover is attached with leaving a gap through which rainwater flowing down the top of the material can flow into the rain gutter, and the upper end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the rain gutter roof material at the one end in the width direction. The first engaging portion that engages with the other end portion in the width direction has an edge that contacts the upper surface of the roofing material at a position closer to the one end portion side than the other end portion. A second engaging portion that engages with the provided roof material pressing portion has a recessed groove that opens upward between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, respectively, and the lower end of the adjacent rafter cover The rainwater flowing down the top surface of the roof material between the rafter covers directly between the parts directly reaches the rain gutter. Is characterized by with a gap flowing into the gutter through the groove is intended to be attached to the front frame (claim 1).
With the above configuration, when it rains, rain that has fallen on the roof flows into the gutter from the gap and is drained. During snowfall, the snow sliding down the top surface of the roof material is reliably prevented from entering the rain gutter by the snow fall guidance cover, and is guided outside and falls outside the top surface of the rain gutter opening.
Also, when attaching the snowfall guide cover, engage the first engaging part at one end with the upper end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the gutter roof material and the edge of the other end on the top surface of the roofing material. By engaging the second engagement portion with the roof material pressing portion in the contacted state, the second engagement portion can be easily attached to an accurate position. The rain that falls on the roof flows directly into the rain gutter between the lower ends of the adjacent rafter covers, or once flows into the ditch and then flows into the gutter from the ditch. Accordingly, rainwater drainage is ensured.

The first engagement portion of the snowfall guide cover has an abutment portion and a locking portion integrally, and the second engagement portion of the snowfall guide cover is an L-shaped bent edge provided on the lower surface of the snowfall guide cover. The abutting portion is in contact with the upper end of the rising wall on the side opposite to the roof material of the rain gutter, and the snow falling guidance cover is rotated in the direction of the rising wall on the roof material side of the rain gutter. The edge of the other end in the width direction is brought into close contact with the roofing material, and the snowfall guide cover is slid in the direction of the rising wall on the side opposite to the roofing material of the rain gutter and the locking portion of the first engaging portion is A snowfall guide cover is formed by engaging with an engaging edge bent inward at the upper end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the roof material of the gutter, and engaging the L-shaped bent edge with the roof material holding part. It is desirable to fix (Claim 2).
According to the above configuration, the first engagement portion and the top of the rising wall on the opposite side of the roof material of the rain gutter are in contact with and rotated, the edge is in contact with the roof material, the direction opposite to the roof material of the snowfall guide cover Due to the engagement between the second engaging portion and the roof material pressing portion by sliding, the attachment of the snowfall guide cover to the accurate position is further simplified, and unnecessary dropping can be prevented.

Further, a screw is screwed into the bottom of the groove of the snowfall guide cover, the shaft of the screw is brought into contact with the rising wall on the roof material side of the gutter, and the front frames of the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion It is desirable to prevent the release of the engagement.
With the above configuration, the screw that is screwed in prevents the snowfall guide cover from sliding in the roof material direction, and engages the first engagement portion with the upper end of the rising wall of the rain gutter and the second engagement portion and the roof. Since the release of the engagement with the material pressing portion is not allowed, the snowfall guide cover is completely prevented from falling off.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the snowfall guide cover that covers the upper surface of the rain gutter opening and guides the snow fall from the upper surface of the roof material downward without entering the rain gutter, and the rainwater flowing down the upper surface of the roof material is rained. Since it is attached leaving a gap that can flow into the bag, first, the snowfall guide cover can be accurately attached to a predetermined position, and construction is easy. Secondly, the snowfall guide cover prevents snow falling on the top of the roof material from entering the rain gutter and guides it beyond the top of the rain gutter opening, so it is deformed or damaged by the snow falling into the gutter. Is prevented. Third, the snowfall guide cover includes a first engaging portion that engages with an upper end portion of the rising wall on the opposite side of the rain gutter roof material, an edge that contacts the upper surface of the roof material, and a roof material at an intermediate position. A rafter having a second engaging portion that engages with the holding portion, and a concave groove that opens upward between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, and between lower end portions of adjacent rafter covers. Since the rain water flowing down the top surface of the roofing material is directly attached to the rain gutter and to the rain gutter through the groove, it is attached to the front frame. Engage the engaging part with the upper end of the rising wall on the opposite side to the roof material of the rain gutter, and engage the second engaging part with the roof material holding part with the edge contacting the upper surface of the roofing material. By doing so, it can be easily attached to an accurate position, so that construction is further facilitated. Furthermore, rain that falls on the roof flows directly into the rain gutter from between the snow fall guide cover and the rafter, or once flows into the gutter of the snow fall guide cover and then into the gutter from the gutter. Is secured.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the first engagement portion integrally includes a contact portion and a locking portion, and the second engagement portion is an L-shaped bent edge provided on the lower surface of the snowfall guide cover. The abutting portion is in contact with the upper end of the rising wall on the side opposite to the roof material of the rain gutter, and the snow falling guidance cover is rotated in the direction of the rising wall on the roof material side of the rain gutter. The edge is brought into intimate contact with the roofing material, and the snowfall guide cover is slid in the direction of the rising wall on the opposite side of the roofing material of the rain gutter, so that the locking portion of the first engaging portion is opposite to the roofing material of the rain gutter. Since the upper edge of the rising wall is locked to the locking edge bent inward, and the L-shaped bent edge is engaged with the roof material pressing portion, the snow fall induction cover is fixed. Abutment and rotation of the first engaging portion against the upper end of one rising wall of the rain gutter Due to the engagement between the second engaging portion and the roof material pressing portion by sliding in the opposite direction to the roof material of the snow fall guide cover, the installation of the snow fall guide cover at the exact position is further simplified. Can prevent unnecessary dropout.

According to invention of Claim 3, the screw screwed into the bottom part of the ditch | groove of a snowfall guidance cover, and the axis | shaft contact | abutted to the standing wall on the roof material side of a rain gutter is 1st engaging part and 2nd engaging Since the release of the engagement with the front frame of the part is prevented, the snowfall guide cover is completely prevented from falling off.

The lower part 2a of the fixture 2 is fitted to the upper ends of the plurality of pillars 1 and fixed by screws or the like, and the beam 3 is fitted to the upper part 2b formed in the arc shape of the fixture 2 of each pillar. The girder 3 and the upper part 2b of the fixture 2 are fastened by a bolt nut 4, and the girder 3 is installed between the upper ends of the columns. Reference numeral 5 denotes a roof body, which spans a rear frame 6 fixed to the building H, a front frame 7 provided in the closest position of the girder 3, and a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the rear frame 6 and the front frame 7 with an interval. The roof frame is composed of a plurality of rafters 8 connected by a known connection technique using brackets and screws, and is formed on the opposing surface of the rear frame 6 and the front frame 7 and on the opposing surface of each rafter. The periphery of the roof material 9 such as a panel is fitted into a groove (not shown), and the roof material is fixed by a rafter cover 10 fixed to the upper surface of the rafter 8.

Then, the rear frame 6 of the roof body 5 is fixed to the building H, the lower ends of the rafters 8 are placed on the girders 3, and the girders 3 and the rafters 8 are connected with screws 11 or the like to construct the terrace roof TR1. Yes. The connection between the girders 3 and the rafters 8 is configured to be performed at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the rafters.

As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the front frame 7 has a hollow portion 7 a for providing a required strength, and a rain gutter 7 b opening upward on the opposite side of the rear frame 6 of the hollow portion. It is integrally formed. At the upper end of the rising wall 71 (hereinafter referred to as the first rising wall) far from the rear frame 6 of the gutter 7b, as shown in FIG. Is provided. Further, a roof material pressing portion 74 extending in the direction of the rear frame 6 is formed at an upper end portion of the rising wall 73 (hereinafter referred to as a second rising wall) on the side close to the rear frame 6 of the rain gutter 7b, and the hollow portion 7a. An insertion groove 76 for inserting the lower end portion of the roofing material 9 is formed between the upper surface wall 75 and the rear frame side end portion of the upper surface wall 75 is bent upward, and the bending portion 77 is inserted into the insertion groove 76. A cushioning material 12 that supports the roofing material 9 is fitted. Reference numeral 13 in FIGS. 1 and 2 denotes an L-shaped connecting bracket that connects the rafter 8 and the front frame 7.

A snowfall guide cover 14 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is attached to the rain gutter 7b opened upward in FIG. 1 so as to cover the opening surface of the gutter. The snowfall guide cover 14 has a substantially downward opening C-shaped first engagement portion 141 at one end in the width direction, that is, at the end far from the rear frame 6. The first engagement portion 141 has an abutment portion 141a and a locking portion 141b, and the upper end portion of the first rising wall 71 of the rain gutter is slightly and gently fitted to this, with the upper end portion as the center. The other end portion of the snowfall guide cover 14, that is, the end portion on the side close to the rear frame 6, can be rotated in a direction approaching the roof material pressing portion 74 of the front frame 7 and in a direction away therefrom.

In addition, the snowfall guide cover 14 has an edge 142 for closely contacting the upper surface of the roofing material 9 at the other end in the width direction, that is, the end near the rear frame 6. A concave groove 143 that opens upward is provided at an intermediate portion between the first engagement portion 141 and the end edge 142, and an L-shaped bent edge is formed between the bottom of the concave groove 143 or between the bottom portion and the end edge 142. A second engaging portion 144 that is configured to open downward is formed. The distance between the first engaging portion 141 and the second engaging portion 144 is substantially equal to the distance between the upper end portion of the first rising wall 71 of the front frame 7 and the end portion of the roof material pressing portion 74. Yes. Furthermore, the length of the snowfall guide cover 14 is set to be about several cm shorter than the distance between the rafter covers 10 adjacent to the roof frame.

The snowfall guide cover 14 having the above configuration is attached to the front frame 7 of the roof frame by the procedure shown in FIG. That is, first, as shown in an enlarged view of the first engagement portion 141 of the snowfall guide cover 14 in a circle A in FIG. 4, the locking edge 72 is included at the upper end portion of the first rising wall 71 of the rain gutter. The snowfall guide cover 14 is rotated toward the roof material 9 with the upper end portion of the first rising wall 71 as a center, and the edge 142 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the roof material 9 while being fitted. Next, since the first engaging portion 141 is slightly loosely fitted to the upper end portion of the first rising wall 71, the snowfall guide cover 14 is attached to the end edge 142 and the second engaging portion 144. While pressing against the upper surface of the roof material 9, it is slid downward along the gradient of the roof material, and the tip of the roof material pressing portion 74 of the front frame 7 is inserted into the groove of the second engaging portion. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the second engagement portion 144 engages with the roof material pressing portion 74 and at the same time, the first engagement portion 141 engages with the locking edge 72 at the upper end portion of the first rising wall 71. The snowfall guide cover 14 is fixed to the front frame 7.

In the preferred embodiment, after the snowfall guide cover 14 is fixed to the front frame 7 as described above, the screw 15 is screwed from the bottom of the groove 143 as shown in FIG. 2 Close to the upper end of the rising wall 73. Thereby, the snowfall guide cover 14 moves upward in the gradient of the roof material 9, that is, the first engagement portion 141 and the second engagement portion 144 are the locking edge 72 and the tip of the roof material pressing portion 74, respectively. Therefore, the snowfall guide cover 14 is reliably prevented from coming off the front frame 7.

As shown in FIG. 5, the snowfall guide cover 14 is shorter than the distance between adjacent rafter covers and is attached to the center between rafter covers. Therefore, the opening surface of the rain gutter 7b is opened upward between the both ends of the snowfall guide cover 14 and each rafter cover. Further, both end portions of the concave groove 143 of the snowfall guide cover 14 communicate with the rain gutter 7b. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, part of the rain R that has fallen on the top surface of the roof is rain gutter 7b directly from the top surface of the roof material, and the remainder is rain gutter from the top surface of the roof material through the groove 14 of the snowfall guide cover 14. Flows into 7b.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, the rainwater flowing into the rain gutter 7 b is connected to the drain 16 attached to the gutter, the horizontal gutter 17 connected thereto, and the vertical gage attached to the pillar 1. The water is drained to the ground G via the dredge 18.

Further, when the snow falling on the roof to which the snowfall guide cover 14 is attached slides down the top surface of the roof material, as shown in FIG. Since it covers the opening surface of the door, it is prevented from entering the rain gutter, and as shown by a thick line in FIG. 7, it is guided beyond the snowfall guide cover 14 and smoothly falls downward. . Therefore, the subsequent snowfall is also slid without being blocked by the snow accumulated in the gutter. Therefore, the rain gutter formed of a thin plate having a relatively low strength such as synthetic resin or aluminum is reliably prevented from being deformed or damaged by snow entering the gutter.

FIG. 8 shows an example of a roof TR2 having a small roof slope. FIG. 9 shows the structure of the rain gutter 7b of such a roof and the snowfall guide cover 14 attached to the gutter. Since the basic structure is the same as the above-described example except that there is a difference in shape according to the difference in gradient, the same reference numerals are given to corresponding members, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
