Claims (1)
- 振動数の異なる2つの近赤外フェムト秒レーザ光を生組織表面から生組織内の糖化ヘモグロビンの存在部位である、同一の赤血球に集光し、この2つの近赤外フェムト秒レーザ光の振動数差が糖化ヘモグロビンの固有振動数に一致することによって糖化ヘモグロビンから発せられるコヒーレントアンチストークスラマン散乱光を検出し、得られるラマン散乱スペクトルのピーク強度に基づいて糖化ヘモグロビンの量を測定する生体内物質量測定方法。
