本発明は、筆記具用クリップに関する。詳細には、金属板よりなるクリップ本体と、該クリップ本体の前部を挿入することにより、該クリップ本体の前部の表面及び裏面に被着される装飾体とからなる筆記具用クリップに関する。尚、本発明において、「前」とはクリップの玉部側を指し、「後」とはクリップの取付基部側を指し、「表」とはクリップの非挟持側を指し、「裏」とは挟持側（玉部側）を指す。

【従来の技術】
従来、クリップ本体の前部を装飾体に挿入することにより、クリップ本体の前部の表面及び裏面に装飾体を被着するタイプの筆記具用クリップにおいて、金属板よりなるクリップ本体の前部を装飾体の長手方向の孔に挿入する構成（例えば、実開平１−９３４９２号公報）や、金属板よりなるクリップ本体の前部を装飾体の長手方向の溝に挿入する構成（例えば、実公昭５６−７５１３号公報）が知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来の筆記具用クリップは、装飾体を透明の合成樹脂により構成した場合、金属板よりなるクリップ本体の表面側の周縁角部にバリ等の突起が存在すると、クリップ本体の前部を装飾体に挿入した際に、前記バリ等の突起によって装飾体の裏面に引っ掻き傷を発生させ、装飾体の見栄えを損ねるおそれがある。

本発明は前記従来の問題点を解決するものであって、装飾体を透明の合成樹脂により構成した場合、装飾体にクリップ本体の前部を挿入しても、装飾体の裏面に引っ掻き傷を生じさせず、装飾体の見栄えを損ねるおそれがない筆記具用クリップを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

本実施例の筆記具用クリップ１は、クリップ本体２と、該クリップ本体２の前部に被着される装飾体５とからなる。図１乃至図５はクリップ本体２と装飾体５との組立状態を示し、図６は単体のクリップ本体２を示し、図７乃至図９は単体の装飾体５を示す。

前記クリップ本体２は、金属板（例えばステンレス鋼製板）の打ち抜き加工により得られる。前記クリップ本体２の前端部には、長手方向の切り欠き２２が設けられ、その両側に幅方向に弾性変形可能な２本の係止部２１が形成される。前記係止部２１の各々の外側面には、幅方向内方に形成される切り欠き２１ｂと、該切り欠き２１ｂの前方に形成される係止凸部２１ａとを備える。また、前記クリップ本体２の後端部は、裏面側に曲折され、キャップ（図示せず）または筆記具本体（図示せず）との取付部２３となる。
