Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bathroom drain pipe, and more particularly, in a barrier-free bathroom in which a level difference in the bathroom entrance / exit is eliminated, and a bathroom drain pipe for guiding drainage flowing into a door lower frame through a washing place to a drain trap and the drainage. The present invention relates to a shape holder used by being attached to a pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of drain pipe is usually formed into a rigid straight tube with a synthetic resin material such as vinyl chloride, and is configured to form a drain channel in combination with a pipe joint such as an elbow.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, this kind of drain pipe is usually a dedicated product for each different installation position of the door underframe and the size (width) of the washing area, The preparation of the combination example is complicated and large in terms of manufacturing and product management.
[0004]
In addition, when pipe joints are frequently used in the drainage channel, the risk of water leakage increases correspondingly, and the time and labor required for piping construction increases. Therefore, it is desirable that this type of drain pipe is formed so that it can be flexibly handled with a small number of types even if the specifications of the bathroom are slightly different, and there is no fear of water leakage, and it can be easily and quickly piped.
[0005]
However, as described above, the conventional product is formed in a rigid straight tube and uses a pipe joint to form a drainage channel. Therefore, according to the conventional product, the number of connection points increases, and there is a risk of water leakage. In addition, the time and effort for piping construction increased. In the case of the conventional product, it was necessary to change the combination of pipes and pipe joints for forming the drainage channel depending on the mounting position of the door lower frame. In the delivery stage, there is a problem that combination mistakes, arrangement mistakes, etc. are likely to occur, which is complicated and expensive in manufacturing and product management.
[0006]
The present invention has been proposed in view of such conventional problems.
[0007]
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is that it is possible to prevent water leakage in the drainage channel, reduce the time and labor of piping construction, and can flexibly cope with a small number of types even if the specifications of the bathroom are different. An object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom drain pipe formed so as to reduce complexity and cost.
[0008]
Also, the technical problem of the present invention is to provide a shape holder used for this kind of drainage pipe formed so that the shape of the soft pipe part after piping can be maintained and the drainage can be smoothly flowed in a stable state. There is to do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above problems.
[0010]
That is, as shown in FIGS . 1 , 4 and 6, the present invention is a synthetic resin bathroom drain pipe provided under the floor of the bathroom 1, which is connected to the straight tubular hard pipe portion 2 and is freely bendable. The soft tube portion 3 is integrally formed , the soft tube portion 3 is formed in a bellows shape, and the soft tube portion 3 includes a planar portion 7 extending in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof and formed in a planar shape. The planar portion 7 is formed so as to be bent in the lateral direction on the same plane (claim 1).
[0011]
In the case of the present invention, examples of the material for forming the hard tube portion 2 include ABS resin and polypropylene (PP), and examples of the material for forming the soft tube portion 3 include olefin-based elastomers. When the product of the present invention is molded, both plasticized materials are alternately discharged from the nozzle of the molding machine, and a tubular material (parison) is first made. Next, this material is accommodated in a cavity of a mold, and after mold clamping, it is obtained by integral molding by blow molding.
[0012]
In the case of the present invention, the formation position, length, and number of the soft pipe portions 3 are appropriately selected depending on the distance from the door lower frame 4 of the bathroom entrance to the drain trap 6 or the like. Therefore, in the case of the present invention, the combination example of the hard tube portion 2 and the soft tube portion 3 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1 and is arbitrary as shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 1A, one soft tube portion 3 is formed at one end portion and at the body portion. Further, in the case of the present invention, the soft tube portion 3 is formed long in the barrel portion as shown in FIG. B, or, as shown in FIG. It may be formed long continuously. In the example shown in FIG. 6, the planar portion 7 is formed to be opposed to the upper and lower positions of the soft tube portion 3, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be formed only on one side.
[0013]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the present invention is a bathroom drain pipe made of synthetic resin provided under the floor of the bathroom 1, and includes a flexible pipe section 3 that can be bent continuously with a straight tubular hard pipe section 2. The soft tube portion 3 is integrally formed to have a bellows shape, and the soft tube portion 3 includes a groove shape portion 8 formed in a groove shape extending in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof. It may be formed so that it can be bent in the lateral direction on the same plane as the opening surface 8a in the axial direction.
[0014]
This is because also in this case, the bending operation can be facilitated and facilitated. The groove of the groove-shaped portion 8 is not limited to a V-shaped cross section, and may be a groove shape, for example. In this case, the groove-like portion 8 is formed only on one side of the outer peripheral surface of the soft tube portion 3, but it is needless to say that it may be formed on both sides.
[0015]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 3, in the drain pipe of the present invention, it is preferable that the connecting member 13 with the bathroom drainage equipment is integrally formed at the end (claim 3 ).
[0016]
This is because it can further reduce the labor of piping construction. Here, the bathroom drainage facility means the door lower frame 4 and the drain trap 6. In the case of this embodiment, the connecting member 13 is formed by an elbow-shaped bent tube portion 13 a and a connecting portion 13 b for connecting to the door lower frame 4.
[0017]
Further, the present invention is, as shown in FIG. 4, with the soft tube section 3 is formed at both ends, preferably formed on the body portion (claim 4).
[0018]
Because in this case, the flexible tube portion 3 of the trunk portion can not only flexibly cope with the change of the mounting position of the door lower frame 4 but also the end portion can be bent, so that the door lower frame 4 and the drain trap 6 can be bent. This is because positioning and butting of the end portions can be facilitated when connecting.
[0019]
In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, an attachment member 2 a for attaching to the back side of the washing pan 5 may be integrally formed with the hard tube portion 2 (Claim 5 ).
[0020]
In this case, the displacement of the piping can be prevented by screwing, for example, the rib 5a on the back side of the washing pan 5 or the like.
[0021]
Moreover, as a shape holder used for the drainage pipe for bathrooms of this invention, there exists a thing shown by FIGS. 10-12. That is, the shape holder 9 according to the present invention is fitted to the soft pipe portion 3 of the drain pipe according to the present invention and used to hold the bent shape of the soft pipe portion 3, and is formed into a bent tubular shape. At the same time, a fitting port 10 for fitting to the soft tube portion 3 is opened over the entire length in the bending direction (claim 6 ).
[0022]
In the drain pipe of the present invention, when the soft pipe portion 3 is bent, it is inevitable that stress is applied to other portions by the restoring force. For this reason, it may shake up and down and reverse the water gradient. When the soft tube portion 3 is long, it is difficult to determine the bending point. The shape holder 9 of the present invention has been proposed to solve such problems.
[0023]
Here, being formed in a bent tubular shape means that the bending angle is arbitrary as long as it is bent in a bent shape or a curved shape. Therefore, the product of the present invention is not limited to the case where it is bent at 90 degrees. The fitting opening 10 is not limited to being formed on the upper surface, and may be opened in the lateral direction as shown in FIG. The product of the present invention of this embodiment is used by being fitted to the soft tube portion 3 from the lateral direction as shown in FIG.
[0024]
Moreover, it is preferable that the shape holder 9 of this invention is formed in the cross section orthogonal to a bending direction in the shape of a dominant arc (Claim 7 ).
[0025]
This is because in this case, the soft tube portion 3 can be fitted so as to be held in, the soft tube portion 3 can be securely held, and displacement can be prevented.
[0026]
Moreover, the shape holder 9 of this invention may be provided with the attaching part 11 for attaching to the back side of the washing-room pan 5, as FIG. 14, FIG. 15 shows (Claim 8 ).
[0027]
This is because, in this case, the product of the present invention can be fixed to the washing place pan 5, so that the soft tube portion 3 can be prevented from laterally shifting and laterally shifting, and the water can be drained reliably and smoothly. The attachment portion 11 of this embodiment is formed in a bowl shape, and has a screw hole 11a formed in the upper portion thereof, so that the screw 12 can be screwed to the rib 5a on the back side of the washing place pan 5.
[0028]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the present invention is a bathroom drain pipe made of synthetic resin provided under the floor of the bathroom 1. In the drainage pipe of the present invention, a flexible soft pipe part 3 that is connected to the straight tubular hard pipe part 2 is integrally formed. In addition, 4 is a door lower frame of a bathroom doorway, 5 is a washroom pan, 6 is a drain trap.
[0030]
Further, in the product of the present invention, the soft tube portion 3 is formed in a bellows shape, and as shown in the drawing, it is formed at two ends of the both ends and the trunk portion over a predetermined length.
[0031]
Specifically, the hard tube portion 2 and the soft tube portion 3 are integrally formed by blow molding. In this embodiment, an ABS resin is used as the hard tube portion 2, and an olefin elastomer is used as the soft tube portion 3. In the case of molding, first, both materials are plasticized and discharged alternately from the nozzle of the molding machine to produce a tubular material (parison). Next, this material is preliminarily blown and formed into a desired diameter and thickness, and then stored in a cavity of a molding die. A bellows-like groove is formed in the cavity at a position corresponding to the soft tube portion 3. The product of the present invention in which the hard tube portion 2 and the soft tube portion 3 are integrated is obtained by clamping and then blow molding.
Further, the soft tube portion 3 includes a planar portion 7 formed in a planar shape extending in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and is formed to be bendable in the lateral direction on the same plane as the planar portion 7.
[0032]
Next, a preferred embodiment of the shape holder 9 used in the drain pipe of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0033]
The holder 9 of the present invention of this embodiment is formed in a bent tubular shape bent at 90 degrees, and a fitting port 10 for fitting to the soft tube portion 3 is opened on the upper surface over the entire length in the bending direction. Further, in the product of the present embodiment of this embodiment, the cross section in the direction orthogonal to the bending direction is formed in a dominant arc shape.
[0034]
Next, the usage example of the drain pipe and the shape holder 9 of the present invention described above will be described.
[0035]
The operator connects, for example, one end of the drain pipe of the present invention to the door lower frame 4 as shown in FIG. Next, the operator bends the desired soft tube portion 3 by 90 degrees, and fits the shape holder 9 of the present invention onto the soft tube portion 3 from below, and forms the entire shape into, for example, a crank shape. The other end is connected to the drain trap 6.
[0036]
Thus, when the attachment position of the door lower frame 4 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the operator forms the drain pipe of the present invention in an L shape in plan view when the washing pan 5 is in the short direction. Piping to the lower frame 4 and the drain trap 6.
[0037]
In the above place, the present invention may be formed as shown in FIG. The present invention is a bathroom drain pipe made of synthetic resin provided under the floor of a bathroom 1, wherein a flexible pipe section 3 that is bent continuously with a straight tubular hard pipe section 2 is integrally formed. 3 is formed in a bellows shape.
Further, the soft tube portion 3 is provided with a groove-like portion 8 formed in a groove shape extending in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and is bent in the lateral direction on the same plane as the axial opening surface 8a of the groove-like portion 8. It is formed freely.
The groove of the groove-like portion 8 is formed in a V-shaped cross section in this embodiment. Moreover, the groove-shaped part 8 is formed only in one side of the outer peripheral surface of the soft pipe part 3 in this case.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is a synthetic resin drainage pipe for bathroom provided under the floor of a bathroom, and is formed by integrally forming a flexible pipe section that is connected to a straight tubular hard pipe section.
[0039]
Therefore, in the case of the present invention, it is possible to form a drainage channel at a time without bending the soft pipe portion according to the site and without connecting work by a pipe joint. It can reduce time and effort. Also, in the case of the present invention, the soft pipe part can be expanded and contracted in the axial direction, and the bending direction can be easily changed. Therefore, even if the mounting position of the door lower frame is different, it can be flexibly handled. The type of tube can be reduced.
[0040]
In the present invention, since the soft tube portion is formed in an accordion shape, it can be expanded and contracted in the axial direction, and the length adjustment can be facilitated.
Further, according to the present invention, the soft tube portion includes a planar portion that is formed in a planar shape extending in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and is formed so as to be bendable in the lateral direction on the same plane as the planar portion. .
Therefore, in the case of the present invention, since the bending direction is determined, it is possible to prevent the pipe line from being shaken in the vertical direction and the gradient from being reversed, and to smoothly drain water. In particular, when there are a plurality of soft pipe parts, the pipes are not twisted or twisted, so that the piping work can be facilitated and the pipes can be ordered.
In the case of the present invention described in claim 2, the bending operation can be smoothed and facilitated.
[0041]
In addition, since the shape holder of the present invention is configured as described above, the bending shape of the soft pipe portion can be held by simply fitting the drainage pipe, and the drainage pipe can be prevented from shaking and restoring. According to this, drainage can be made to flow smoothly in a stable state.
