Description

The present invention relates to a filter dehydrator that can remove solids from a liquid such as water having solids by filtration with a filter medium, and can easily remove a filter cake made of solids formed by filtration from the inside of the apparatus. .

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 61-220714 discloses an apparatus for removing solids from a liquid such as water having solids by filtration with a filter medium and easily removing a filter cake formed by filtration from solids. An automatic filter dehydrator proposed by (Patent Document 1) is known.

An outline of the automatic filter dehydrator B is shown in FIG. The automatic filter dehydrator B is roughly divided into a lid body 50 and a dish body 60. The lid body 50 is provided with a supply pipe 51 that also serves as a supply pipe for supplying a filtrate stock solution and air. Is connected to the open space 52. A packing 53 made of a flexible material such as rubber is disposed at the lower end of the lid 50.

The center of the lid 50, that is, the vicinity immediately above the center of gravity of the lid 50 is connected to an air cylinder 56 suspended by an upper beam 55, so that the entire lid 50 can be moved up and down.

A dish body 60 is disposed below the lid body 50, and a filter medium support 61 having a mesh-plate shape is provided on the upper surface thereof. In this example, a long filter medium 69 (filter cloth or the like) is disposed on the filter medium support 61, and the long filter medium 69 is necessary (usually once per one filtering operation). It moves by a predetermined length in the direction of the middle arrow and is wound up.

The filtrate filtered by the filter medium 69 on the filter medium support 61 is discharged out of the filter dehydrator B from the filtrate discharge pipe 62 provided at the lower part of the dish body 60.

In the filtration dehydrator B, the lid body 50 is moved in the direction of the dish body 60 by the air cylinder 56 at the time of filtration work, that is, downward, thereby forming a filtration space having the filter medium 70 inside by the lid body 50 and the dish body 60. Is done.

Next, the required filtrate having a solid content is supplied from the supply pipe 51 provided in the lid 50 to the filtration space and filtered by the filter medium 69 inside, and the filtrate is discharged from the filtrate provided in the lower part of the dish body 60. It is discharged out of the filter dehydrator B from the pipe 62.

After a predetermined amount of filtration, or after an increase in pressure loss around the filter medium 69 due to filtration reaches a predetermined value, or after a predetermined filtering operation time, the supply of the required filtrate is stopped and air or the like is supplied from the supply pipe 51. The compressed gas is introduced into the filtration space, and the moisture of the filter cake formed on the filter medium 69 in the filtration space is dehydrated.

Thereafter, the lid 50 is moved upward by the air cylinder 56, the filter medium 69 is moved in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and an unused portion of the filter medium 69 is supplied onto the dish body 60, and the filter cake on the filter medium 69 is removed. It is guided in the direction of the thick arrow indicated by α in the figure and received by a container not shown.

By automatically repeating such steps, the filtration and dehydrator B can continuously perform filtration and dehydration.
JP-A-61-220714

As described above, the filter dehydrator B is an excellent device capable of continuously performing filter dehydration, but it has been difficult to cope with an increase in throughput.

That is, in order to cope with the increase in the processing amount, when the filtration area is increased, the lid 50 is naturally increased in size. As a result, since the weight of the lid 50 also increases, the air cylinder 56 also needs to be commensurate with the weight of the lid 50. However, it is difficult to handle with a commercially available air cylinder, and it is necessary to use expensive custom-made products. In addition, even if it is attempted to further increase the size, even a custom-made product will not be able to respond, so it is practically impossible to increase the size, or it will be necessary to respond with a hydraulic cylinder equipped with an expensive hydraulic unit. was there.

Therefore, the present inventors have made it possible to increase the size by using a filtration dehydrator that moves the dish instead of the lid. FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B show a filter dehydrator C that is an example of a filter dehydrator that moves such a dish.

The lid 70 of the filter dehydrator C is fixed to a frame not shown and does not move. The lid body 70 is provided with a supply pipe 71 that also serves as a supply pipe for supplying the filtrate stock solution and air, and the inside of the lid body 70 is connected to an open space 72. A packing 73 made of a flexible material such as rubber is disposed at the lower end of the lid 70.

On the other hand, the dish body 80 is fixed to the rotation shaft 85 and can be rotated around the rotation shaft 85 in the direction of a double arrow in the figure. On the upper surface of the plate body 80, there is provided a filter medium support 81 having a shape of a plate. In this example, a long filter medium 89 (filter cloth or the like) is disposed on the filter medium support 81, and the long filter medium 89 is necessary (usually once per one filtering operation). 5 (b) Moves by a predetermined length in the middle arrow direction and is wound up.

The filtrate filtered by the filter medium 89 on the filter medium support 81 is discharged out of the filter dehydrator C through a filtrate discharge pipe 82 provided at the lower part of the dish body 80.

A link portion 84 having an air cylinder 83 is provided at the lower portion of the plate body 80, and the rotation of the plate body 80 is performed by the link portion 84. The plate body 80 and the lid body 80 are closed with the filter medium 89 sandwiched by the rotation, and a state in which a filter space with the filter medium 89 disposed therein is formed is shown as a model in FIG. FIG. 5B schematically shows a state in which the filter cake 88 formed on the filter medium 89 in the filter space can be taken out by moving the filter medium.

Such a filter dehydrator C can cope with an increase in size, but since the link portion 84 is provided below the dish body 80, the filtrate leaked from between the lid body 70 and the dish body 80 or the like. As a result, the link portions 84 are corroded, resulting in a serious problem that the life of the apparatus is shortened and frequent maintenance is required.

Thus, the present invention has an object to provide a filter dehydrator that is easy to increase in size and capable of mass processing, is not expensive, and has a long life without special frequent maintenance. To do.

In order to solve the above problems, a filter dehydrator according to the present invention is provided with a cover body having a supply pipe for supplying a filtrate stock solution and air, and a filter medium disposed below the cover body and having an upper surface as a filter medium. A support body and a dish body having a filtrate discharge pipe at the bottom, and a flat filter medium disposed on the filter medium support body of the dish body, and then the lid body and the dish are moved downward In a filter dehydrator that forms a filtration space consisting of a body and allows the filter cake on the filter medium to be removed from the dish body by moving the lid upward, as a means for vertically moving the lid, Has a pantograph jack.

The filter dehydrator according to claim 1 is a filter dehydrator having a long life while being easy to increase in size and capable of mass processing, not costly, and requiring no particularly frequent maintenance.

Furthermore, the position of the center of gravity of the lid or the vicinity of the position of the center of gravity and the pantograph jack are connected via a universal joint, so that the attitude of the lid can be corrected, and is formed by a later-described dish. In order to ensure the airtightness of the filtration space, it is not necessary to work the whole with a particularly high accuracy, and even at that time, a filtration dehydrator with a sufficiently small liquid leakage can be obtained.

Hereinafter, an example A of the filtration dehydrator according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

The filter dehydrator A is provided with a lid 1 having a supply pipe 1a that also serves as a supply pipe for supplying the filtrate and air, and is disposed below the lid 1 and has a top plate-shaped filter medium support 5a on the upper surface and a lower part. A plate body 5 having a filtrate discharge pipe 5b, and a flat filter medium 7 disposed on the filter medium support 5a of the plate body 5, and then the cover body 1 is moved downward by moving the cover body 1 downward. A filtration dehydrator that forms a filtration space 6 composed of a body 5 and moves the lid body 1 upward so that the filter cake 10 on the filter medium can be removed from the dish body 5. This is a filter dehydrator having a pantograph jack portion 21 as means for moving up and down.

FIG. 1 shows an enlarged view (partial sectional view) in the vicinity of the lid 1. The lid body 1 has a lid body vertical movement control section 2 that moves the lid body 1 up and down, and a beam 4 provided above the lid body 1 via a ball joint type universal joint section 3. Is held in.

The lid vertical movement control unit 2 is formed of a pantograph jack unit 21 and a motor 22 for operating the pantograph jack unit 21. In addition, the internal thread part 21b corresponding to the external thread part 21a of the pantograph jack part 21 is longer than, for example, a general pantograph jack used in an automobile (vehicle) or the like and can withstand a high load.

Although the lid body 1 is moved up and down by the motor 22, the horizontal position of the lid body 1 does not change because it is lifted and lowered by the pantograph jack portion 21. Further, it is only necessary to energize the motor 22 only when the lid body 1 is moved up and down, and no power is required when the motor 22 is not moved up and down (maintaining the vertical position of the lid body 1).

The universal joint part 3 is a ball joint type universal joint as described above, and can correct the posture of the lid body 1 and serves to ensure the airtightness of the filtration space formed by the later-described dish body 5.

The lid body 1 is provided with a supply pipe 1a that also serves as a supply pipe for supplying the filtrate and air, and a rubber packing 1b is arranged on the entire lower end of the lid body 1. Keeping the inside watertight when forming the filtration space. The lid in the present invention may be provided with a supply pipe for supplying the filtrate stock solution and air, or may be provided with a supply pipe that also serves as a supply pipe for supplying the filtrate stock solution and air, Both are included in the present invention.

2 and 3 are model views of the main part of the filter dehydrator A. FIG. FIG. 2 shows a state in which a lid 1 is lowered to a low position, and a filtration space 6 in which a long filter medium (filter cloth or the like) 7 is arranged is formed by the lid 1 and the dish 5. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the lid 1 is moved to a high position and the filter cake 10 formed on the filter medium 7 can be removed from the dish body 5.

In such a filtration using the filter dehydrator A, the liquid to be filtered is introduced from the supply pipe 1 into the filtration space 6 in the state shown in FIG. 2, and is placed on the filter medium support 5 a in the filtration space 6. After filtration by the filter medium 7, the filtrate is discharged from the filtration space 6 through the filtrate discharge pipe 5 b provided at the lower part of the dish body 5.

At this time, since the main equipment of the filtration dehydrator A does not exist under the dish body 5, the function of the filtration dehydrator A is greatly increased even when liquid leaks between the lid body 1 and the dish body 5. There is no occurrence of damage that can be damaged.

Next, after a predetermined amount of filtration, or after an increase in pressure loss around the filter medium 7 due to filtration reaches a predetermined value, or after a predetermined filtering operation time has elapsed, the supply of the liquid to be filtered is stopped and air is supplied from the supply pipe 1a. the compressed gas such as introducing into the filtration space 6, dehydrating moisture filter cake 10 formed on the filter medium 7 of the filtration space 6.

Thereafter, the motor 22 is driven to operate the pantograph jack portion 21 which is a means for moving up and down to move the lid 1 upward (see FIG. 3). Next, the long filter medium 7 is wound on one side and moved in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3, and an unused portion of the filter medium 7 is set on the dish body 5. At the same time, the filter cake 10 formed on the filter medium 7 moves and falls in the α direction indicated by the thick arrow in FIG. 3, and is transferred to a predetermined container (not shown).

In order to perform the filtration again, the motor 22 is driven to operate the pantograph jack portion 21 which is a means for moving up and down, the lid body 1 is moved downward, and the filtration space 6 is again opened from the lid body 1 and the dish body 5. The liquid to be filtered is introduced into the filtration space 6 from the supply pipe 1a (see FIG. 2).

By repeating these cycles, continuous filtration can be performed by the filtration dehydrator A, and further, it can be easily automated by combining with a sequencer, a motor and the like.

According to the filtration dehydrator of the present invention, the apparatus can be easily increased in size and manufactured at a low cost, and no compressed air or electrical energy is required to maintain the upper and lower positions of the lid. In addition, since the pantograph jack is inexpensive and lightweight, the frame for supporting it is simpler than the conventional filter dehydrator using an air cylinder, and the apparatus cost is reduced. For this reason, it can be suitably applied to fields where conventional filter dehydrators have been used.
