Description

The present invention relates to a joint receiving device having a plurality of input / output connector seats.

A conventional joint receiving device, for example, a distributor 1-1 shown in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1, houses a distribution circuit in a case 2, and a plurality of input / output plug seats 3 connected to the distribution circuit. Projecting on the upper and lower surfaces of the case 2, and mounting plates 20 for projecting the case 2 to a construction material such as a wall surface are projectingly provided on the backs of both side ends of the case 2.
Therefore, when the distributor 1-1 is mounted on the wall surface, the mounting plate 20 is protruded so that the space between the plug seat and the wall surface can be secured, and the connection work between the plug seat and the plug is easy. There are features that can be done. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-50724

However, in this conventional distributor, in order to reduce the thickness of the case, a plurality of input / output connector seats 3 are provided separately on the upper surface and the lower surface of the case 2, so that each connector seat is provided with a protrusion. In order to arrange the connected coaxial cable in the desired direction, it must be bent in consideration of the minimum bending radius of the coaxial cable, and the coaxial cable is bent around the distributor. There is a problem that a space for wiring is required, and the ratio of the installation surface increases.
Furthermore, in the state where the distributor is installed on the construction material, the coaxial cable connected to the spigot seat is arranged separately in the vertical direction of the distributor, so the wiring of the cable becomes cluttered and aesthetically pleasing. There was a lack of problems.

Furthermore, the respective fitting portions in the two attachment members, and the contact portions corresponding to the respective fitting portions at both end portions of the case provided between those fitting portions,
The protruding direction of the plurality of plug seats arranged on the peripheral surface of the case, the direction orthogonal to the surface on which the case is to be installed, the direction parallel to the surface on which the case is to be installed, and any between them when changing the position, in the state in which the projecting direction of the plurality of contact plugs seat that column set with respect to the peripheral surface of the case is aligned with each other, and the positional relationship between the casing circumference is changed it not, so that it can be changed by rotating together with the casing, rotating as long as they are allowed to freely coalesce fixed.

Preferably, a plurality of plug seats are connected to the plug seats in the axial direction of the case on the peripheral surface of the cylindrical case in which the electronic circuit is accommodated. So that a plurality of coaxial cables can be mounted in a line so that the protruding directions are aligned, and both ends of the case are contact portions for contacting the attachment portions of the mounting members. Comprising
On the other hand, the two attachment members each having a mounting portion for fixing to the construction material are formed separately from the case, and the two attachment members are respectively provided at both ends of the case. Each of the contact portions to be provided with a fitting portion for freely fitting to each other,
Furthermore, the respective fitting portions in the two attachment members, and the contact portions corresponding to the respective fitting portions at both end portions of the case provided between those fitting portions ,
The protruding direction of the plurality of plug seats arranged on the peripheral surface of the case, the direction orthogonal to the surface on which the case is to be installed, the direction parallel to the surface on which the case is to be installed, and any between them when changing the position, in the state in which the projecting direction of the plurality of contact plugs seat that column set with respect to the peripheral surface of the case is aligned with each other, and the positional relationship between the casing circumference is changed In order to be able to rotate and change together with the case, it is possible to rotate by providing a rotation shaft portion for enabling relative rotation between the fitting portion and the contact portion, respectively. In addition, between the fitting portion and the contact portion , the fitting portion that allows the fitting portion to be fitted and fixed at a plurality of arbitrarily selected locations in the rotation direction with respect to the fitting portion , and locking What is necessary is just to provide the part.

Preferably, in the preceding paragraph, the rotating shaft portion may be provided with an urging member, and the fitting portion of the attachment member may be normally urged toward the facing portion of the case in the normal state. .

As described above, according to the present invention, in the operation of installing the joint receiving device 1 on the building material , the respective attachment portions 16 of the two attachment members and the case 2 provided between the attachment portions. The contact portions 7 corresponding to the respective joining portions at both end portions of
The protruding directions of the plurality of receptacles 10 arranged in a row on the peripheral surface of the case 2 are a direction orthogonal to the surface on which the case 2 is to be installed, a direction parallel to the surface on which the case 2 is to be installed, and When changing to an arbitrary position between the case 2 and the case peripheral surface 5, the protruding directions of the plurality of plug seats 10 arranged in line with the peripheral surface of the case 2 remain aligned with each other. Since the case 2 and the plurality of connector seats 10 can be rotated and changed together without changing the positional relationship, the rotation and fixing are freely combined ,
Installers can be selected orientation and a plurality of contact plugs seat 10 relative to the mounting position of the community receiving apparatus 1, an array of coaxial cables to be connected to a plurality of Sessenza 10 by operating the casing 2 There is work effect.

Further, according to the present invention, the case 2 and the plurality of connector seats 10 can be rotated together as described above, and the protruding directions of the plurality of connector seats 10 can be set in the line-up state as described above. However, the operation of changing the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 in the joint receiving device 1 to a desired direction is arbitrarily selected in the turning direction by relatively rotating the case 2 and the attachment member 15 in the joint receiving device 1. Therefore, the installation operator can adjust the angle of change of the arrangement state of the plurality of plug seats 10 by a simple operation of rotating the case 2 at the same time. This has an operational effect that allows the angle adjustment in the protruding direction of the plurality of receptacles 10 to be performed quickly and easily.

Further, according to the present invention, in the state in which the orientations of the plurality of receptacles 10 of the joint receiving device 1 are changed , the plurality of receptacles 10 protrude in the axial direction of the case 2 of the joint receiving device 1. The coaxial cable connected to multiple connector seats 10 is neatly arranged in a line, and the aesthetic effect that can be neatly and beautifully wired according to the wiring plan is maintained. There is.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the locking portion 17 is formed in a shape that is convex with respect to the fitting portion 16 and that can be fitted into the fitting portions 8 a to 8 h and locked. The case 2 is disposed at one or two places 17a, 17b (or more) around the rotation axis 22 of the case 2.
The number and interval (angle θ) of the fitting portion 8 and the locking portion 17 are relative to each other so that the case 2 and the mounting member 15 are rotated relative to each other about the rotation axis 22 of the case 2. In this case, it may be determined relatively so that it can be fitted and fixed at a plurality of locations arbitrarily selected in the rotation direction, and can be arbitrarily selected according to the angle at which the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 is to be changed. It may be increased or decreased.
Furthermore, although the fitting part 8 in the case 2 and the locking part 17 in the mounting member 15 have been described as having the fitting part 8 in a concave shape and the locking part 17 in a convex shape, they are fitted and fixed to each other. The fitting portion 8 may be convex and the locking portion 17 may be concave, or each may be formed in a sawtooth shape and meshed with each other. Also good.

Reference numeral 20 denotes a screw as a rotating shaft portion for enabling relative rotation between the case 2 and the mounting member 15, and the contact portion 7 on both sides of the case 2 and the mounting member 15 They are respectively provided between the joining portions 16.
As shown well in FIG. 2, the screw 20 is positioned at the base side in the through hole 9 in the case 2 and penetrates the insertion hole 19 in the mounting member 15, and the screw 20 is inserted into the through hole. One end 20 a is closely fixed to the contact portion 7 side of the case 2 so as not to come out of the case 9.
As shown in FIG. 2B, the length of the neck portion of the screw 20 is such that the fitting portion 8 in the case 2 and the engaging portion 17 in the mounting member 15 are separated from each other. The mounting member 15 is configured to have a length that allows relative rotation.

Reference numeral 23 denotes a spring as an urging member for urging the fitting portion 16 of the mounting member 15 toward the contact portion 7 of the case 2.
As shown in FIG. 2, the spring 23 is located at the neck of the rotating shaft 20 and between the other end (head) 20b and the hole bottom 24a in the receiving hole 24 for receiving the spring. It is arranged.
In consideration of the fact that the two attachment members 15 and 15 are fixed to the construction material, the urging member 23 may not be disposed and may be arbitrarily selected.
Furthermore, the configuration of the right end portion 6 and the attachment member 15 in FIG. 1 may be configured symmetrically with the configuration on the left side shown in FIGS. However, since the case 2 and the attachment member 15 only need to be relatively rotatable, a configuration in which the fitting portion 8 and the locking portion 17 are not provided may be employed.

When the receptacle 10a is an input terminal and the receptacles 10b to 10e are output terminals, a mark, for example, a groove 11 as shown in FIG. In particular, when connecting the coaxial cable, especially when the installation place is narrow or when working in a dark place, it is easy to distinguish between the input terminal and the output terminal, thereby preventing a connection error.

A method of installing the branch / distributor 1 having the above-described configuration with respect to the building material and the state of use will be described.
First, the installation worker attaches the branching / distributor 1 to the construction material based on the position of the TV terminal, the position of the device to be connected (eg, TV, VCR, DVD recorder) and the direction of the input terminal. Assume the position and the wiring plan of the coaxial cable connected to the connector seat 10.

Next, the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 is adjusted so as to correspond to the assumed wiring plan. The adjustment method may be as follows.
First, the case 2 and one of the two attachment members 15 (the left side in FIG. 1) are gripped by hand, and the attachment member 15 is pulled in the direction of arrow 25 in FIG.
Then, the contact portion 7 of the case 2 and the fitting portion 16 of the mounting member 15 are separated as shown in FIG. 2B, and the fitting portion 8 and the engaging portion 17 are also separated. In this state, the case 2 and the mounting member 15 are relatively rotated, and the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 with respect to the mounting member 15 is rotated until a desired angle (corresponding to the determined wiring plan) is obtained.
After the rotation is completed, the attachment member 15 is moved in the direction opposite to the arrow 25 in FIG. 2A, and the fitting portion 8 in the case 2 and the locking portion 17 in the attachment member 15 are fitted and fixed.
As the fitting position, for example, when it is desired to adjust the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 as shown in FIG. 4A, the engaging portions 17a and 17b are fitted to the fitting portions 8d and 8h, respectively. What is necessary is just to fix.
Further, the other (right side in FIG. 1) mounting member 15 is similarly adjusted.
However, when the configuration of the right end 6 and the mounting member 15 in FIG. 1 is a configuration in which the fitting portion 8 and the locking portion 17 are not provided, the other (right side in FIG. 1) mounting member 15 No adjustment work is required.
In this adjustment work, the operator can adjust the angle of change by a simple operation without using any tools, and can adjust the angle of the plug seat 10 in the protruding direction quickly and easily.
When the urging member 23 is arranged, when the hand is released from the mounting member 15, the urging force of the urging member 23 moves the mounting member 15 in the direction of the arrow 26 as apparent from FIG. Then, the fitting portion 8 and the locking portion 17 are fitted and fixed as shown in FIG.

Next, the branch / distributor 1 is fixed to the construction material.
The fixing method is such that the case 2 is applied to the construction material so that the connector seat 10 is in the planned mounting position, and is screwed (bolted) to the construction material using the mounting hole 18a in the mounting portion 18. And stick.
When fixing work, the mounting member 15 including the mounting portion 18 is connected and integrated with the case 2 with the rotating shaft portion 20, so that the handling is convenient and the mounting position is confirmed and determined. Is easy.
Next, the coaxial cables are connected to the plug seats 10a to 10e of the branching / distributing device 1, respectively.
In that case, the protruding direction of the plug seats 10a to 10e in the branch / distributor 1 fixed to the construction material is based on the wiring plan and is in a preferred direction. It will extend without difficulty in the direction based on the request, the connection work will be easy, and the completed state will be beautiful.
Furthermore, the coaxial cable is connected to the receptacles 10a to 10e arranged on the case 2 fixed to the construction material, because the case 2 does not move. The installation work of the coaxial cable to the stopper seats 10a to 10e can be connected efficiently one after another.

In the state where the branch / distributor 1 is installed on the construction material, the case 2 is sandwiched between the attachment members 15 and 15 on both sides, and the case 2 and the attachment member 15 are integrally attached and are strong. become.
Furthermore, since a plurality of plug seats 10a to 10e are arranged in a line in the protruding direction in the axial direction of the case 2 of the branch / distributor 1, the coaxial cables connected to them are arranged in a row. They are neatly arranged and can be wired neatly and neatly according to the wiring plan.
If the place where the branch / distributor 1 is installed is small and difficult to work, adjust the protruding direction of the spigot 10 to the desired direction and the coaxial cable to the branch / distributor according to the site conditions. If the connection to the plug seats 10a to 10e of the container 1 is performed in succession, and then the branch / distributor 1 is fixed to the construction material, the cable connection work to the plug seat 10 becomes easy. .

The case of changing the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 in the case where the arrangement of the cable is changed by changing, exchanging, or changing the connection device after the branch / distributor 1 having the above configuration is installed on the construction material will be described.
First, of the two attachment members 15 and 15, the construction material attachment screw attached to the attachment portion 18 of one attachment member 15 (for example, the left attachment member 15 in FIG. 1) is removed.
The attachment member 15 is pulled in the direction of the arrow 25 to separate the case 2 and the attachment member 15 as shown in FIG.
Further, by pulling in the direction of the arrow 25, the engagement between the engaging portion 17 in the other mounting member 15 (still fixed to the construction material) and the fitting portion 8 in the case 2 is also released.
Next, the case 2 is grasped, and the protruding direction of the plug seat 10 is rotated to a desired angle. When this rotation is performed, the protruding directions of the plurality of plug seats 10, 10,... 10 arranged on the peripheral surface of the case 2 in FIG. The aligned state is not changed, and the case is rotated together by rotating the case.
Thereafter, the contact portions 7 and 7 on both sides of the case 2 and the fitting portions 16 and 16 of the two attachment members are respectively attached, and the fitting portion 8 in the case 2 and the locking portion 17 in the attachment member 15 are fitted. The mounting member 15 is fixed to the construction material with screws.
As described above, after the branch / distributor 1 is first installed on the construction material, even if there is a change in the layout of the cable extension direction, a plurality of lines arranged on the periphery of the case 2 are arranged. The plug seats 10, 10.. 10 can remain in the same protruding direction, and the protruding direction can be changed together to meet the demand.
