Description
A:Al拡散処理層内における低Al濃度相面積率[%],
Q:低Al相面積率増加挙動における見かけの活性化エネルギ[J/mol],
R:一般ガス定数(8.314[J/mol・K]), T:絶対温度[K],
C:頻度因子(数式6の切片から得られる定数), t:時間[hour],
1/n:低Al濃度相面積率増加挙動から得られる指数
である。本実施例では、1/nとして図14の各直線の傾きの平均値を使用した。数式10に任意温度を代入してklow-Alを算出し、数式11にA=100[%]を代入してtについて解けば、Al拡散処理層本来の組織が消失し、Al拡散処理層内のAl含有量Cが約3〜5重量%になるまでの時間を予測することができる(ステップ9)。

Claims (1)
- 基材表面に施工され、コーティング表面に酸化層を形成するAlを含む高温部品用耐食コーティングであって、拡散処理が施されることにより表面付近にAl拡散処理層が形成された高温部品用耐食コーティングの金属元素含有量低下時期を予測する方法であり、
実機動翼相当の組成を有するコーティング試験片を用いて加熱試験を行い、前記Al拡散処理層内の元素分布を面分析により得、前記Al拡散処理層内にて島状に生成・分布する低Al濃度相の面積率の増加挙動を時間と温度の関数として求め、任意温度において前記Al拡散処理層内のAlの含有率が3〜5重量%にまで低下する時期を予測することを特徴とする耐食コーティングの金属元素含有量低下時期予測方法。
