【0001】
【0005】
すなわち本発明は、次の成分(a)〜(c);

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solid powder cosmetic containing specific amounts of silica-coated mica, glitter powder and oil agent. More specifically, it is excellent in luster, and is used for loosening, smoothness, adhesion, etc. with fingers and props. The present invention provides a solid powder cosmetic excellent in properties.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Solid powder cosmetics are cosmetic formulations that have good portability and are applied to makeup cosmetics such as eye shadows, blushers, and foundations. In such makeup cosmetics, glittering powders are widely used to impart gloss. Generally, glitter powder represented by mica titanium is a powder with poor smoothness and adhesion, and when blended into a solid powder cosmetic, an oil agent is added to supplement adhesion, or spherical powder. Various usability is realized by blending the body to compensate for lubricity.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a solid powder cosmetic, when a large amount of an oil agent is blended in order to improve the adhesion of the powder, an oily feel and lubricity are deteriorated. Further, even when spherical powder is used in combination with such a system, loosening with fingers and props becomes insufficient, and satisfactory usability cannot be satisfied. Further, JP-A-7-215822, JP-A-8-165221 and the like disclose a technique for obtaining a good solid powder cosmetic in a cosmetic containing a large amount of glittering powder. About usability, such as property and lubricity, the favorable thing was not obtained. For this reason, in solid powder cosmetics containing glittering powders, development of solid powder cosmetics excellent in usability such as loosening with fingers and props, lubricity, and adhesion has been desired.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In this situation, the present inventors have conducted intensive research, and as a result, solid powder containing 5 to 30% by weight of silica-coated mica, 20 to 60% by weight of glittering powder, and 5 to 25% by weight of oil agent. The present inventors have found that cosmetics can solve the above problems and have completed the present invention.
[0005]
That is, the present invention provides the following components (a) to (c);
(A) 5-30% by mass of silica-coated mica
(B) 20-60 mass% of glittering powder
(C) 5-25 mass% of oil agent
It is intended to provide a solid powder cosmetic containing The present invention also provides a solid powder cosmetic in which the cosmetic is an eye makeup cosmetic.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The silica-coated mica component (a) used in the present invention is a powder having a mica surface coated with silica and is excellent in lubricity. Examples of the mica in component (a) include natural mica, calcined mica, synthetic mica, natural sericite, synthetic sericite, and the like, and these can be used alone or in combination. Moreover, 1-50 micrometers is preferable from a viewpoint of lubricity and adhesiveness, and, as for the average particle diameter of these mica, 5-30 micrometers is more preferable. On the other hand, the silica in the component (a) is preferably spherical from the viewpoint of lubricity and adhesion, and the average particle size is preferably 0.01 to 5 μm, more preferably 0.05 to 2 μm.
[0007]
As a method of coating silica on the mica surface in component (a), a method by mechanochemical reaction as disclosed in JP-A-60-228406, an alkali metal silicate, an organic silicate compound, or the like is used. A method for precipitating silicon on a mother powder, a method for dispersing spherical silica and mica as disclosed in JP-A-3-45660 in a solvent and then spray drying, disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2784261 Examples of such a fixing agent include a method using alkoxysilane or the like. In the present invention, the silica may be firmly fixed on the mica surface, but may be in a weakly fixed state to the extent that it is peeled off by friction during use of the cosmetic. As such a component (a), velvet veil 320 in which natural mica having an average particle size of 25 μm is coated with spherical silica (20% mass) having an average particle size of 0.3 μm and natural mica having an average particle size of 25 μm are commercially available. Velvet veil 640 coated with spherical silica (40% by mass) having an average particle diameter of 0.6 μm (both made by Catalytic Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), natural mica having an average particle diameter of 20 μm and spherical silica having an average particle diameter of 0.3 μm ( SXI-5 (manufactured by Miyoshi Kasei Co., Ltd.) and the like that are coated with 20% by mass) and further treated with silicone. These powders may be surface-treated by a generally known method such as silicones, fluorine compounds, metal soaps, and oils in order to improve dispersibility and adhesion.
[0008]
The content of the component (a) in the solid powder cosmetic of the present invention is 5 to 30% by mass (hereinafter simply referred to as “%”), and preferably 10 to 20%. When the content is less than 5%, the lubricity is poor, and when the content exceeds 30%, the adhesiveness is deteriorated.
[0009]
