Claims (2)
- 表面に樹脂層を有する高分子膜(2)と、前記高分子膜(2)に重ねられた多孔質体よりなるガス拡散層(3)と、前記ガス拡散層(3)におけるガスケット形成部位(3a)に含浸されて成形された液状ゴム硬化物(4)と、前記ガスケット形成部位(3a)の表面上に接合または成形の手段により形成された所定のゴム材料よりなるガスケット(5)とを備え、
前記液状ゴム硬化物(4)は、樹脂に対する加硫接着性を有する付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴムによって成形され、前記高分子膜(2)に加硫接着されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用構成部品。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池用構成部品を製造する方法であって、
表面に樹脂層を有する高分子膜(2)に多孔質体よりなるガス拡散層(3)を重ねる工程と、前記ガス拡散層(3)におけるガスケット形成部位(3a)に液状ゴムを含浸させてこれを成形硬化させる工程と、前記液状ゴムの硬化後、前記ガスケット形成部位(3a)の表面上に所定のゴム材料よりなるガスケット(5)を接合または成形の手段により形成する工程とを順次実施し、
前記液状ゴムとして、樹脂に対する加硫接着性を有する付加反応硬化型シリコーンゴムを用いることによりこれを前記高分子膜(2)に加硫接着することを特徴とする燃料電池用構成部品の製造方法。
