前記取付穴は、前記係止具の頭部が挿通可能である第1の開口部と、この第1の開口部と平面視で並んで設けられ前記係止具の軸部が挿通可能であるが前記頭部が挿通不能である第2の開口部と、前記第1の開口部と第2の開口部との間に設けられ前記係止具の軸部の移動を規制する移動規制部とを備え、
