通話時において、前記距離情報に基づいて前記光照射手段の発光を停止或いは再開する制御を行うとともに、
非通話時において、前記明度情報、前記距離情報、及び、前記携帯電話の使用者の使用形態に基づいて前記光照射手段の発光量の制御を行うことを第1の特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 光照射手段を備えた表示手段を備える映像機器において、
前記映像機器とその使用者との距離を検出し、前記映像機器とその使用者との距離情報を出力する距離情報検出手段と、
周囲の所定領域の明るさを検出し、前記所定領域の明るさを示す明度情報を出力する明度検出手段と、
前記明度情報と前記距離情報の両方に基づいて前記光照射手段の発光量を段階的に制御する発光制御手段を備え、
前記表示手段が携帯電話の液晶ディスプレイであり、
通話時において、前記距離情報に基づいて前記光照射手段の発光を停止或いは再開する制御を行うとともに、
非通話時において、前記明度情報、前記距離情報、及び、前記携帯電話の使用者の使用形態に基づいて前記光照射手段の発光量の制御を行うことを特徴とする自動調光システム。 - 通話時において、前記光照射手段の発光を停止する前記距離情報の制御条件と、前記光照射手段の発光を再開する前記距離情報の制御条件とが異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動調光システム。
- 非通話時において、前記発光制御手段が前記光照射手段の発光量を制御するための前記明度情報と前記距離情報の制御条件が情報変換テーブルにより記憶されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動調光システム。
