Claims (4)
- 原動側の運動を従動側に伝達する運動伝達装置において、
可撓性を有する外殻部と、外殻部の内周に、管軸方向に断続的に設けられた複数の電鋳部と、これら複数の電鋳部の内周に挿入された運動伝達部材とを有し、
複数の電鋳部の内周面が何れもマスター表面への析出開始側の面で形成され、これら析出開始側の面で運動伝達部材との摺動面を構成したことを特徴とする運動伝達装置。 - 外殻部が、樹脂製あるいはゴム製のパイプ材である請求項1記載の運動伝達装置。
- 原動側の運動を従動側に伝達する運動伝達装置を製造するに際し、
マスター軸の外周面に、絶縁性マスキングを軸方向に断続的に施した上で電鋳加工を行い、これによりマスター軸上に複数の電鋳部を析出形成し、これら析出形成された複数の電鋳部の外周に、可撓性を有する外殻部を固定し、その後に電鋳部からマスター軸を分離し、電鋳部の内周に運動伝達部材を挿入することを特徴とする運動伝達装置の製造方法。 - 外殻部の内径より大きい外径を有する電鋳部を形成したマスター軸を、外殻部を加熱した状態で外殻部の内周に挿入した後、外殻部を冷却することで電鋳部の外周に外殻部を固定する請求項3記載の運動伝達装置の製造方法。
