Description
近年、帯電防止能を有する有機合成プラント用構造材料、有機電解合成等に用いる電極材料、ターミナルや圧着端子などに代表される給電用端子用途向け等に、耐食性と導電性とを併せ持つ材料が求められている。これら耐食性と導電性とを併せ持つ材料として、ハステロイ合金や貴金属合金などに代表される耐食性合金、アモルファスカーボン材料が知られているが、前記耐食性合金は非常に高価であり、前記アモルファスカーボン材料は加工が複雑で生産性に劣るという欠点がある。
(1)金属材料からなる基体の表面上に、少なくともドーパント化合物を含む導電性高分子被覆膜が形成された被覆金属材料において、該導電性高分子被覆膜に含まれるドーパント化合物が少なくとも1つ以上のスルホン酸基を有し、分子量が240以上の化合物であることを特徴とする被覆金属材料。
金属基体としてSUS304を用いた。SUS304は大きさが20×30mm、厚さが0.2mmの圧延材である。本基体の自然酸化膜を除去するために、10重量%蓚酸水溶液に10分間浸漬後、エタノールで洗浄し、窒素ガスにて十分に乾燥させた。

金属基体としてSUS316Lを用いた。SUS316Lは大きさが20×30mm、厚さが0.2mmの圧延材である。本基体の自然酸化膜を除去するために、10重量%蓚酸水溶液に60分間浸漬後、エタノールで洗浄し、窒素ガスにて十分に乾燥させた。
金属基体としてTiを用いた。Tiは大きさが20×30mm、厚さが0.1mmの冷間圧延材である。アセトン中で超音波洗浄によって脱脂後、エタノールで洗浄し、窒素ガスにて十分に乾燥させた。
金属基体としてAl合金を用いた。Al合金は大きさが20×30mm、厚さが0.6mmの冷間圧延材である。本基体の自然酸化膜を除去するために、10重量%塩酸水溶液に60分間浸漬後、エタノールで洗浄し、窒素ガスにて十分に乾燥させた。
金属基体としてSUS304を用いた。SUS304は大きさが20×30mm、厚さが0.2mmの冷間圧延材である。本基体の自然酸化膜を除去するために、10重量%フッ酸水溶液に5分間浸漬後、エタノールで洗浄し、窒素ガスにて十分に乾燥させた。
実施例1において支持電解質をp−トルエンスルホン酸とした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚を作製した。
実施例2におけるドーパントを塩化鉄(III)とした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚作製した。
実施例3における支持電解質を蓚酸ナトリウムとした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚作製した。
実施例4における支持電解質を過塩素酸とした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚作製した。
実施例5における支持電解質を安息香酸とした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚作製した。
実施例6における支持電解質を蟻酸カリウムとした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚作製した。
実施例7におけるドーパントを含む酸化剤溶液をp−トルエンスルホン酸鉄(III)とした以外は、同様に実施して薄板10枚作製した。
特開2001−234361号公報に準じて、金属基体としてSUS304板(20×30mm、厚さが0.2mm)を用いた。本基体をアルカリ脱脂液にて脱脂、続いて10重量%蓚酸にて酸洗後、めっき基体として供した。まず、硫酸ニッケル6水和物1.00mol/L、塩化ニッケル6水和物0.25mol/L、ホウ酸0.65mol/Lとする塩化ニッケルを多く含むワット浴を用いて、電流密度100mA/cm2、浴温度50℃にて硫黄含有率の低い第1Niめっき層を形成した。続いて、硫酸ニッケル6水和物1.2mol/L、塩化ニッケル6水和物0.19mol/L、ホウ酸0.65mol/L、1,5−ナフタリンジスルホン酸ナトリウム2.33×10−2mol/L、チオ尿素1.31×10−3mol/Lとするワット浴を用いて、電流密度100mA/cm2、浴温度50℃にて、第2Niめっき層を形成した。次に、市販のシアン金めっき浴を用いて、電流密度100mA/cm2、浴温度30℃にて、金めっき層を形成し、薄板を10枚作製した。
特開2000−234177号公報に準じて、炭素鋼(20×30mm、厚さが0.2mm)に市販の酸性亜鉛めっき液を用いて電気亜鉛めっき(8μm)を施し、水洗した後、67.5%濃硝酸2ml/Lを含有する酸溶液に室温で5秒間浸漬して活性化処理を行った。その後、水洗してから、化成処理液に40℃で60秒間浸漬して化成処理を施した。化成処理液組成として、硝酸クロム・9水和物:45g/L、62.5%硫酸:10g/L、硫酸チタン5g/L(溶媒は純水)の組成を用いた。処理中、化成処理液はエアー攪拌により攪拌した。その後、水洗し、70℃の温風により15分間乾燥し、薄板を10枚作製した。
このようにして作製した本発明にかかる被覆金属材料と比較例の材料に対して、塩水噴霧試験(JIS−Z2371に準ず)を90日間行い、外観検査法により耐食性能を比較した結果を表1に示す。また導電特性を調べるために、塩水噴霧試験後の試験片に対して、4端子測定法により体積抵抗率を比較した結果を表2に示す。
Claims (3)
- 金属材料からなる基体の表面上に、少なくともドーパント化合物を含む導電性高分子被覆膜が形成された防食導電膜被覆金属材料において、該導電性高分子被覆膜に含まれるドーパント化合物が少なくとも1つ以上のスルホン酸基を有し、分子量が240以上であり、ベンゼン縮合環及び/又は少なくとも2つ以上の芳香環を有する化合物であり、電気化学的に可逆である酸化還元活性を示す化合物であることを特徴とする防食導電膜被覆金属材料。
- 前記防食導電膜被覆金属材料の導電性高分子被覆膜に含まれるドーパント化合物が、キノン構造を有する化合物であることを特徴とする請求項第1項に記載の防食導電膜被覆金属材料。
- 前記防食導電膜被覆金属材料の導電性高分子被覆膜が、少なくとも電解重合法によって形成されたものを含むことを特徴とする請求項第1項又は請求項第2項に記載の防食導電膜被覆金属材料。
