Description
また、請求項3の発明は、前記電解加工を施す前に、電圧が印加されたワイヤ電極により前記超硬合金に放電加工を複数回施して前記溶融再凝固層のワイヤ電極成分を除去する方法である。
サードカット後、オフセット量を変更することなく、直前のサードカットより印加する電圧を下げ、加工水の流量や供給電圧を適正に維持しながら、放電が発生せずに、超硬合金2の加工面9に脱イオン水12を掛け流しながら電解作用が発生するように設定し、直前の放電加工である前記サードカットの軌跡と同じ軌跡でワイヤ電極4を超硬合金2に対して相対移動させて電解加工を行う。

Claims (3)
- 脱イオン水を用いて超硬合金をワイヤ放電加工機により加工するワイヤ放電加工方法において、ワイヤ電極と前記超硬合金との間に前記脱イオン水を介在させた状態で、電圧が印加された前記ワイヤ電極により前記超硬合金に放電加工を施して加工面を形成した後、電圧が印加されたワイヤ電極により前記超硬合金に放電加工を施して前記加工面の溶融再凝固層のワイヤ電極成分を除去し、前記ワイヤ電極成分を除去することにより前記溶融再凝固層のクラックを露出し、この露出した溶融再凝固層のクラックにより脱イオン水を溶融再凝固層下部の超硬合金の母材の面まで浸透させ、前記放電加工から電解作用による電解加工に電圧を調整し、この調整した電圧が印加された前記ワイヤ電極により前記加工面に前記電解加工を施して前記溶融再凝固層を母材の面から浮き上がらせて除去することを特徴とするワイヤ放電加工の表面改質方法。
- 前記電解加工時の前記ワイヤ電極は、前記電解加工の前の放電加工時の軌跡と同じ軌跡で前記加工面に沿って移動することを特徴とする請求項1記載のワイヤ放電加工の表面改質方法。
- 前記電解加工を施す前に、電圧が印加されたワイヤ電極により前記超硬合金に放電加工を複数回施すことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のワイヤ放電加工の表面改質方法。
