Claims (14)

舌片(301;401)と、
前記舌片(301;401)の第1の側部に配置され、前記第1の側部の長さに沿って延在する第1のセットの電気接点部(302;403)と、
前記舌片の第2の側部に配置され、前記第2の側部の長さに沿って延在する第2のセットの電気接点部(302;403)であって、前記第2のセットの電気接点部(302;403)の各々が、前記第1のセットの電気接点部のそれぞれの電気接点部と関連し、前記第1のセットの電気接点部(302;403)と逆対称に位置する第2のセットの電気接点部(302;403)と、
前記舌片(301;401)を囲繞し、前記舌片(401)から隔置されるハウジング手段と、を備え、
それによって、前記電気コネクタ(30;40)をレセプタクル(100)の中へ挿入するとき、前記電気コネクタ(30;40)が、前記レセプタクル(100)に関して第1の可能な位置決め部で当初配向されるのか、それとも第2の可能な位置決め部で当初配向されるのかに関係なく、前記電気コネクタ(30;40)がレセプタクルと電気的かつ物理的に接合し、
前記舌片(301;401)がフレキシブルであって、前記コネクタ(40)をレセプタクルの中へ挿入するとき、前記舌片(401)の少なくとも一部を前記ハウジング手段の側部のいずれかのほうへ変位させることができる電気コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の電気コネクタにおいて、
データ信号を導通し、ユニバーサルシリアルバス(USB)規格に準拠する接地電圧および電源電圧を導通するために、前記第1および第2のセットの電気接点部(302;403)を構成する電気コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の電気コネクタにおいて、
前記電気コネクタ(30;40)は、USB規格“Aタイプ”に対応するレセプタクルと接合する電気コネクタ。 - 請求項3記載の電気コネクタにおいて、
接地電圧のコネクタ(30;40)の一方の側部を起点として、第1の信号A、第2の信号B、正の電源電圧の順序で前記第1のセットの電気接点部(302;403)を配設し、
前記正の電源電圧のコネクタ(30;40)の在る同じ側部を起点として、前記第2の信号B、前記第1の信号A、前記接地電圧の逆の順序で前記第2のセットの電気接点部(302;403)を配設し、
それによって、前記コネクタ(30;40)のどの側部が上方へ配向されるのかに関係なく、前記コネクタ(30;40)の頂面にかかる前記信号が常に同じ順序になる電気コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の電気コネクタにおいて、
舌片チップ(402)であって、前記コネクタ(40)をレセプタクル(100)の中へ挿入するとき、前記舌片チップ(402)が、前記フレキシブルな舌片(401)の少なくとも一部を前記ハウジングの一方の側部のほうへ変位するように、端部において狭く、前記舌片(401)に隣接して広くなっている前記舌片(401)の端部に舌片チップ(402)をさらに備え、それによって前記舌片(401)上の電気接点部(403)が前記レセプタクル(100)内の電気接点部と電気的かつ物理的に接合する電気コネクタ。 - USBに対応するレセプタクル(100)まで信号を送る電気装置であって、
USB規格の実施に必要な前記信号の各々を送るケーブルと、
請求項1〜5のいずれか記載のコネクタと、
を備える電気装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか記載のコネクタ(30;40)を備えるプリント回路基板であって、
舌片(301;401)は、前記プリント回路基板(500)から延在するプリント回路基板。 - 請求項7記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記プリント回路基板(500)上に配置される記憶媒体と、
前記記憶媒体と結合される格納処理部と、
をさらに備えるプリント回路基板。 - 請求項8記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記格納処理部は、前記電気コネクタ(30;40)と結合されるプリント回路基板。 - 請求項9記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記記憶媒体、前記電気コネクタ(30;40)および前記格納処理部は、USBホスト装置とインターフェイスを行うことができる記憶装置を実装するプリント回路基板。 - 請求項10記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記記憶媒体、前記電気コネクタ(30;40)および前記格納処理部は、フラッシュ記憶装置を一体に備えるプリント回路基板。 - 請求項8記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記記憶媒体は、少なくとも1つの不揮発性メモリ集積回路を備えるプリント回路基板。 - 請求項8〜12のいずれか記載のプリント回路基板において、
前記格納処理部によって実行される動作に応答して前記電気コネクタ(30;40)から前記記憶媒体にアクセスすることができるプリント回路基板。 - USBプロトコルを利用する通信用インターフェイスを有する記憶装置であって、
ケーブルによってプリント回路基板(500)と結合された請求項1〜5のいずれか記載の電気コネクタ(30;40)を備える記憶装置。
