Description
(5)継目無鋼管の製造装置を操業する方法であって、表面粗さRaを0.2〜4.0に調整し、さらにスケール付け熱処理をしたマンドレルバーを用いてCr含有量が8%以下の普通鋼を延伸比1.5以上で50パス以上(このうち、Cr含有量が0.5%以上5.0%未満の普通鋼については40パス以下、Cr含有量が5.0%以上8%以下の普通鋼については15パス以下)圧延した後、高合金鋼を圧延することを特徴とする継目無鋼管製造装置の操業方法。
鋼群A:Cr含有量が0.5%未満の普通鋼
鋼群B:Cr含有量が0.5%以上5.0%未満の普通鋼
鋼群C:Cr含有量が5.0%以上8%以下の普通鋼
Claims (5)
- 表面粗さRaを0.2〜4.0に調整したマンドレルバーにスケール付け熱処理をした後、Cr含有量が8%以下の普通鋼を延伸比1.5以上で50パス以上圧延したことを特徴とする高合金圧延用マンドレルバー。
- 高合金継目無鋼管を熱間圧延するのに用いるマンドレルバーの表面処理方法であって、表面粗さRaを0.2〜4.0に調整したマンドレルバーにスケール付け熱処理をした後、Cr含有量が8%以下の普通鋼を延伸比1.5以上で50パス以上圧延することを特徴とする高合金圧延用マンドレルバーの表面処理方法。
- 高合金継目無鋼管を熱間圧延するのに用いるマンドレルバーの製造方法であって、表面粗さRaを0.2〜4.0に調整したマンドレルバーにスケール付け熱処理をした後、Cr含有量が8%以下の普通鋼を延伸比1.5以上で50パス以上圧延することを特徴とする高合金圧延用マンドレルバーの製造方法。
- 継目無鋼管の製造装置を操業する方法であって、表面粗さRaを0.2〜4.0に調整し、さらにスケール付け熱処理をしたマンドレルバーを用いてCr含有量が8%以下の普通鋼を延伸比1.5以上で50パス以上圧延した後、高合金鋼を圧延することを特徴とする継目無鋼管製造装置の操業方法。
