Description

The present invention relates to a storage shelf.

Conventionally, as a storage shelf, a pair of support frame portions arranged in parallel with a gap therebetween, and a plurality of installation portions arranged to be shifted in the longitudinal direction of the support frame portion and spanned between the pair of support frame portions What has been prepared is known. In particular, in storage shelves that are placed around water, such as in bathrooms, in order to ensure good draining performance and good care performance, there are known storage shelves in which the support frame part and the erection part are each made of stainless steel wire. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). In such a storage shelf, the connection between the support frame portion and the erection portion is generally performed by welding.

By the way, if it is desired to improve drainage performance and maintenance performance, the storage shelf specifically lowers the density of the installation parts on which the stored items are placed (that is, the number of installation parts and the interval width of the installation parts). However, the type of storage items expected to be placed on the shelf differs depending on the location of the storage shelf. For example, when the expected storage item is a large item such as a bottle. The interval between the erection parts on which the articles are placed may be formed relatively wide. However, if the errand is a small item such as a razor, the erection parts are placed between the erection parts if the interval between the erection parts on which the articles are placed is wide. May fall.

Thus, it is preferable that the storage shelf can appropriately set the number of installation parts to be placed and the interval width of the installation parts according to the installation location. However, as described above, the support frame part and the installation part In such a case, the support frame portion and the installation portion are welded and integrated, and the number of installation portions and the interval width of the installation portions cannot be appropriately set.
Utility Model Registration No. 3093543

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a storage shelf that can appropriately set the number of installation portions and the interval width of the installation portions according to the location of the storage shelf. It is a problem to provide.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the storage shelf according to claim 1, a pair of support frame portions 2 arranged in parallel with a gap therebetween, and a pair of support frame portions 2 arranged to be shifted in the longitudinal direction of the support frame portion 2 A storage shelf 1 including a plurality of erection parts 3 spanned between support frame parts 2, and slidable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the support frame part 2 at both ends of the erection part 3 in the bridging direction. The fitting member 4 is detachably fitted, and the interposition member 5 attached to the support frame portion 2 is press-fitted between the fitting portion 4 and the support frame portion 2, thereby fitting the fitting portion 4 to the support frame portion 2. It is characterized by being fixed at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction. According to this, since the erection part 3 can be detachably attached to the support frame part 2 and the erection part 3 can be detachably fixed to an arbitrary portion of the support frame part 2 via the interposition member 5, the storage shelf 1 The number of the erection parts 3 and the interval width of the erection parts 3 can be set as appropriate according to the arrangement location.

Further, in the storage shelf according to claim 2, in claim 1, the connecting frame portion 6 is integrally constructed between the respective front end portions of the pair of support frame portions 2, and the installation portion to the support frame portion 2 is provided. The base 3 is fixed to the base end of each support frame 2 with respect to the installation surface 8 of the storage shelf 1 by attaching and detaching the fitting part 4 from the base end of each support frame 2. 7 is detachably attached. According to this, by making the base end part of the support frame part 2 detachable with respect to the base 7 fixed to the installation surface 8 of the storage shelf 1, the base end part of the support frame part 2 removed from the base 7 The installation part 3 can be attached to and detached from the support frame part 2 by inserting / removing the fitting part 4. Therefore, a structure in which the connection frame part 6 is integrally installed between the respective front end parts of the pair of support frame parts 2 is adopted. It is possible to improve the rigidity and strength of the storage shelf 1.

The present invention has an advantage that the number of installation parts and the interval width of the installation parts can be appropriately set according to the location of the storage shelf.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

The storage shelf 1 of this example is a storage shelf suitable for installation on the wall surface of a bathroom, and between the support frame body 9 constituting the outer edge of the storage shelf 1 and the opposing portion of the support frame body 9 as shown in FIG. There are provided a plurality of erection parts 3 that are detachably bridged and on which stored items are placed, and a pedestal 7 that is detachably provided on a support frame 9 and fixes the storage shelf 1 to an installation surface 8 that is a wall surface of a bathroom. A stainless steel wire storage shelf.

Specifically, the support frame body 9 is a plan view of a pair of support frame portions 2 arranged substantially horizontally and parallel to each other on the left and right sides, and a connecting frame portion 6 that connects between the ends of the pair of support frame portions 2. The frame body is formed in a U-shape, and the support frame portion 2 and the connecting frame portion 6 are each formed in a straight bar shape and have the same circular cross section over its length direction. For convenience, the direction along the support frame 2 toward the tip thereof is referred to as the front (arrow a), and the direction along the support frame 2 toward the base end is referred to as the rear (arrow b). The side-by-side direction of the support frame portions 2 is the left-right direction (arrow c: left, arrow d: right), and the directions perpendicular to the front-rear direction and the left-right direction are the up-down directions (arrow e: up, arrow f: We will explain as (lower).

The erection part 3 is a cross member that is bridged to the left and right with respect to the pair of support frame parts 2 of the support frame body 9, and the erection part 11 extends substantially vertically upward from both end parts of the horizontal part 10 constituting the main body. A fitting portion 4 is formed in the upper end portion of the standing portion 11 so as to be detachably fitted to the support frame portion 2 (attachable / detachable). The fitting portion 4 of this example is formed in a ring shape having a circular through hole 4 a penetrating in the front-rear direction inside, and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 4 a is the outer peripheral surface of the support frame portion 2. The support frame portion 2 can be inserted into the through hole 4a in a loosely fitted state. Further, each of the horizontal portion 10 and the standing portion 11 has a straight bar shape and is formed so as to have the same circular cross section over its length direction.

In order to fix the erection part 3 to the support frame body 9, the interposition member 5 attached to the support frame part 2 is press-fitted between the fitting part 4 and the support frame part 2. The interposition member 5 of this example is an elastic body and is composed of a C-shaped cylindrical bushing material 5a having a cut 12 on the side. The bushing material 5a is a fitting that externally fits the support frame 9 to the inner surface. A portion 13 is provided, and a fitted portion 14 that is fitted into the fitting portion 4 of the installation portion 3 is provided on the outer surface portion. The fitting portion 13 is formed by a mounting hole 13a penetrating in the front-rear direction, and the fitted portion 14 is configured by a tapered surface 14a whose outer diameter increases toward the front, and the front end of the outer surface portion of the bushing material 5a is outward. A flange portion 15 is formed so as to protrude to the rear.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the bushing material 5 a is made to approach the support frame portion 2 from the thrust direction of the axis of the support frame portion 2 and push the support frame portion 2 into the fitting portion 13 from the cut 12. Thus, the support frame portion 2 can be easily attached to an arbitrary position of the support frame portion 2 in a state where the support frame portion 2 is fitted to the fitting portion 13. And with respect to the bushing material 5a attached to the support frame part 2, the construction part 3 in which the fitting part 4 is loosely fitted to the support frame part 2 is slid forward along the support frame part 2, The fitted portion 14 of the bushing material 5a can be fitted into the fitting portion 4 of the erection portion 3, that is, the bushing material 5a can be press-fitted between the fitting portion 4 and the support frame portion 2, The erection part 3 can be fixed to the support frame 9. Here, the flange portion 15 is applied to the fitting portion 4 when the fitting portion 4 of the erection portion 3 that slides forward along the support frame portion 2 is about to pass the fitting portion 14 of the bushing material 5a. Yes, the erection part 3 is securely fixed to the support frame 9 via the bushing material 5a. The erection part 3 fixed to the support frame 9 via the bushing material 5a can be slid rearward to release the press-fitted state of the bushing material 5a between the fitting part 4 and the support frame part 2, The fixed state of the erection part 3 to the support frame 9 can be released.

In this way, the erection part 3 is fixed to the support frame part 2 via the bushing material 5a. In this example, the erection part 3 extends in the front-rear direction with respect to the support frame part 2 as shown in FIG. A plurality of fixed portions are fixed at predetermined intervals, and a storage surface on which storage items are placed is formed by the horizontal portions 10 arranged in the horizontal plane of the plurality of installation portions 3.

The pedestal 7 is a cylindrical member having an insertion hole 16 penetrating in the front-rear direction, and the base end portion of the support frame 9 inserted into the insertion hole 16 is screwed from the peripheral surface of the pedestal 7 toward the insertion hole 16. By tightening with the advanced mounting screw 17, it is detachably attached to the base end portion of the support frame 9. Here, a recess-like notch 18 that abuts the tip end face of the mounting screw 17 is formed in the lower part of the outer peripheral surface at the base end portion of the support frame 9 so as to be cut out substantially horizontally. The mounting screw 17 is caught by the notch 18 and the contact surface of the tip end surface of the mounting screw 17 to the support frame body 9 is increased, so that the pedestal 7 and the support frame body 9 are firmly connected. Secures sufficient mounting strength. The cylindrical end surface of the pedestal 7 opposite to the side where the support frame 9 is inserted into the insertion hole 16 serves as a grounding surface to the installation surface 8, and the pedestal 7 is fixed to the installation surface 8 using appropriate means. The pedestal 7 of this example is fixed to the installation surface 8 by adhering the grounding surface to the installation surface 8 with an adhesive. However, this may be performed using a fixing tool such as a screw. Here, the base end portion of the support frame 9 on which the pedestal 7 is provided is a part where the fitting portion 4 of the installation portion 3 is inserted into and removed from the support frame 9 and the installation portion 3 is attached to and detached from the support frame 9. In the state where the pedestal 7 is provided, the fitting portion 4 of the erection portion 3 cannot be inserted into and removed from the support frame 9. That is, the attachment / detachment of the erection part 3 to / from the support frame body 9 is performed at the base end part of the support frame body 9 in a state where the base 7 is not installed.

In the storage shelf 1 of the present example having the above-described configuration, the erection part 3 can be freely attached to and detached from the support frame part 2 as described above, and the erection part 3 has an interposition member 5 at an arbitrary position of the support frame part 2. The support frame portion 2 and the erection portion 3 can be assembled freely. Therefore, when the storage shelf 1 is stored depending on the location of the storage shelf 1, the storage items expected to be stored are different, but when the storage shelf 1 is expected to be stored as shown in FIG. In this case, the fixing of the arbitrary erection part 3 to the support frame part 2 is released, and the erection part 3 is removed from the support frame part 2, so that the number of erection parts 3 on which the stored items are placed can be reduced. The space | interval of the part 3 can be formed comparatively wide, and the storage shelf 1 with a sufficient drainage can be formed. On the other hand, when the stored item expected to be stored as shown in FIG. 3B is a small item such as a razor C, a new installation portion 3 is attached to the support frame portion 2 and a new interposition member 5 is interposed therebetween. By fixing to the support frame 2, the number of installation parts 3 can be increased, the interval between the installation parts 3 can be formed relatively narrow, and stored items can be prevented from falling between the installation parts 3. is there. As described above, the storage shelf 1 of the present example has an advantage that the number of the erection parts 3 and the interval width of the erection parts 3 can be appropriately set in accordance with the arrangement location of the storage shelves 1.

Moreover, in the storage shelf 1 of this example, the base end portion of the support frame portion 2 is made detachable with respect to the pedestal 7 fixed to the installation surface 8 of the storage shelf 1, and the support is removed from the pedestal 7. The installation part 3 can be attached to and detached from the support frame part 2 by inserting and removing the fitting part 4 at the base end part of the frame part 2. Therefore, the support frame body 9 having a structure in which the connecting frame portion 6 is integrally built between the respective front end portions of the pair of support frame portions 2 can be used, and the storage shelf 1 having excellent rigidity and strength can be realized. It was.

The storage shelf 1 of this example is installed in the bathroom because the support frame body 9 and the erection part 3 are each made of a metal wire material such as stainless steel as shown in the description, so that the water drainage is good and the scale does not adhere easily. However, for example, the support frame body 9 and the erection part 3 may be made of a resin wire material to reduce the weight, and may be suitable for a storage shelf that protrudes from the wall surface of the decorative cabinet. Further, in the storage shelf 1 of this example, the part of the erection part 3 on which the stored items are actually placed is the horizontal part 10, and the support frame 9 constituting the outer edge of the storage shelf 1 is the horizontal part of the erection part 3. Since the support frame body 9 is located above the part 10 (FIG. 2A), the support frame 9 serves as a fall prevention rope for the stored items placed on the erection part 3 in addition to the function of supporting the erection part 3. Also works. Moreover, since the installation part 3 can be fixed to the arbitrary places of the front-back direction of the support frame part 2 via the bushing material 5a, according to the use of the storage shelf 1, it is in the arbitrary areas before and behind the storage shelf 1 (for example, rear part area). On the other hand, it is possible to easily set an aspect in which a plurality of erection parts 3 are concentrated and arranged so as to increase the arrangement density of the erection parts 3.
