Claims (4)
- エンジンと、このエンジンによって駆動する油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって駆動する油圧アクチュエータと、上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する油圧制御弁装置と、上記エンジン、上記油圧ポンプ、及び上記油圧制御弁装置を保持する車体フレームと、この車体フレームの車体後方位置に固定され、車体の安定性を保つカウンタウエイトとを有する建設機械に備えられ、
上記エンジンの排気通路に配設され、上記エンジンから排出される窒素酸化物を還元浄化する還元触媒と、還元剤を上記エンジンの排気通路に噴霧する還元剤噴霧装置と、上記還元剤を上記還元剤噴霧装置へ供給する還元剤供給装置と、上記還元剤を給水する給水口を有し上記還元剤供給装置に導かれる上記還元剤を貯える還元剤貯蔵タンクと、上記還元剤噴霧装置及び上記還元剤供給装置の駆動を制御する制御装置とを含み、上記車体フレーム上に搭載される建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記カウンタウエイトに空間部を形成するとともに、
上記還元剤供給装置と、上記還元剤貯蔵タンクと、上記制御装置とを一体的に設けた組立体を備え、
この組立体を上記カウンタウエイトの上記空間部内に配置したことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。 - 上記請求項1記載の建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記カウンタウエイトに隣接され、上記エンジン及び上記油圧ポンプが配置されるエンジン室を備え、このエンジン室内に、上記還元触媒及び還元剤噴霧装置を配置したことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。 - 上記請求項2記載の建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記還元剤貯蔵タンクに、この還元剤貯蔵タンク内の還元剤の残量を検出する残量検出装置、及び上記還元剤貯蔵タンク内の還元剤の成分を検出する成分検出装置の少なくとも一方を設けるとともに、上記組立体が、上記還元剤貯蔵タンクと上記還元剤供給装置とを連絡する配管と、上記還元剤供給装置と上記制御装置を接続する配線と、上記残量検出装置と上記制御装置を接続する配線と、上記成分検出装置と上記制御装置を接続する配線を含むことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。 - 上記請求項3記載の建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造において、
上記建設機械が、上記車体フレーム上に搭載され、上記エンジンに供給される燃料を貯える燃料タンク、及び上記油圧ポンプに供給される作動油を貯える作動油タンクと、上記燃料タンクに貯えられ上記エンジンに供給される燃料を濾過する燃料フィルタと、上記油圧ポンプから上記油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油を濾過する油フィルタと、上記エンジン内部に収容される潤滑油を濾過する潤滑油フィルタとを有し、
上記エンジン室の上記油圧ポンプ側に位置する側面に開口部を設けるとともに、この開口部を開閉可能な側面カバーを設け、
上記エンジン室の上記開口部の近傍位置に、上記燃料フィルタと、上記油フィルタと、上記潤滑油フィルタを配置し、上記還元剤貯蔵タンクの上記給水口が上記開口部の近傍に位置するように、上記組立体を配置したことを特徴とする建設機械のNOx低減装置の配設構造。
