添付図面に関して以下に記載する詳細な説明は、本発明のいくつかの態様に従って提供される針無アクセスポート弁又は逆止弁(backcheck valves)(本明細書では「弁」と呼ぶ)の現時点で好適な実施形態の説明として意図しており、本発明を構成又は利用することができる唯一の形態を示すことを意図するものではない。本説明では、図示の実施形態に関連して本発明の弁を構成及び使用するためのいくつかの特徴及びステップを記載する。しかしながら、本発明の精神及び範囲内に含まれることも意図される種々の異なる実施形態によって、同一の又は等しい機能及び構造が達成できることを理解されたい。本明細書の他の箇所で示すように、同様の要素符号は同様又は類似の要素又は特徴を示すことを意図する。
Claims (24)
- 弁組立体であって、
弁ハウジングの内部に配置されるピストンを備え、
前記弁ハウジングは、内部キャビティと、底部開口と、入口開口及び内壁面を有する入口ノズルとを有し、
前記ピストンは、フランジと、ネック部と、本体部と、ベースとを有し、
前記ピストンは、上部スリット部と、第1の下部スリット部と、第2の下部スリット部とを有するスリットをさらに有し、前記上部スリット部は、前記ネック部を第1のピストンネック部と第2のピストンネック部とに分割し、前記第1及び第2の下部スリット部は、長手方向軸に対して所定の角度をなして形成され且つ前記ネック部の下部をアクチュエータに分割し、前記アクチュエータは、前記第1及び第2の下部スリット部を押して前記上部スリット部を開かせるように構成され、前記スリットは、該スリットと前記弁ハウジングの前記内壁面との間に流体流路が形成されるように、前記フランジの下の前記ネック部の少なくとも一部を通って延びており、
前記フランジは、前記入口ノズルの前記内壁面と接触して前記第1のピストンネック部及び前記第2のピストンネック部の少なくとも一部を強制的に互いに接触させる、弁組立体。 - 前記スリットはY字形構成を有する、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記スリットはカット工程によって形成される、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記弁ハウジングの前記底部開口に取り付けられるルアーナットをさらに有する、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記本体部は、内部キャビティを画定する中実な上部及び下部を有する、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記ピストンが第1の位置から第2の位置に移動すると前記下部は座屈する、請求項5に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記ピストン及び前記弁ハウジングは双方とも抗菌組成物を含む、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記弁ハウジングの前記入口ノズルに設けられる複数のねじ山をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の弁組立体。
- 弁組立体であって、
弁ハウジングの内部に配置されるピストンを備え、
前記弁ハウジングは、内部キャビティと、底部開口と、入口開口及び内壁面を有する入口ノズルとを有し、
前記ピストンは、フランジと、該フランジの下に位置するネック部と、本体部と、外壁面と、ベースとを有し、
前記ピストンは、上部スリット部と、第1の下部スリット部と、第2の下部スリット部とを有するスリットをさらに有し、前記上部スリット部は、前記入口開口の方向で前記底部開口の方に延びる、第1のスリット面及び第2のスリット面を有し、
前記スリット面はそれぞれ、他方のスリット面の一端と共にひと続きに形成する、前記フランジの遠位にある端を有し、
前記スリットは、前記ネック部の前記外壁面に設けられており、
前記上部スリット部の下に形成されたアクチュエータは、前記第1及び第2の下部スリット部を分岐させて前記第1のスリット面及び第2のスリット面を分離させるように構成されている、弁組立体。 - ひと続きに形成される前記スリットの前記2つの端は前記フランジの下に形成される、請求項9に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記第1の下部スリット部及び前記第2の下部スリット部は、Y字形スリット構成を形成するように前記上部スリット部から所定の角度をなして延びる、請求項9に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記弁ハウジングに取り付けられる装着部をさらに有する、請求項9に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記スリットは、超音波発生器を用いてカット工程によって形成される、請求項9に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記ピストンは、該ピストンの前記外壁面に液体シリコーンを滲出する自己潤滑シリコーン材料から作製される、請求項9に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記ピストンは抗菌組成物によって含浸される、請求項14に記載の弁組立体。
- 弁組立体であって、
弁ハウジングの内部に配置されるピストンを備え、
前記ピストンは、フランジと、ネック部と、内部キャビティを画定する上部及び下部を有する本体部と、外壁面と、ベースとを有し、
前記弁ハウジングは、入口開口を有する入口ノズルと、内壁面を有する内部キャビティを画定する本体部と、底部開口とを有し、
流体空間が、前記ピストンの前記外壁面と前記弁ハウジングの前記内壁面との間の空間によって画定されて、前記入口ノズルを通って前記底部開口に流出する流体が流れ、
前記ピストンの前記ネック部は、所定の幅と、該幅の一部を通って前記ピストンの前記外壁面に形成されて流体が流れるようにするスリットとを有し、
前記スリットは、該スリットの下に位置するアクチュエータによって割り込まれて開くときにのみ、流体が流れるように開かれる、弁組立体。 - 前記スリットはY字形構成を有する、請求項16に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記スリットは、前記フランジから該フランジの下の前記ネック部の一部にかけて前記幅全体に形成される、請求項16に記載の弁組立体。
- 前記ピストンは自己潤滑シリコーンから作製される、請求項16に記載の弁組立体。
- 弁組立体を製造する方法であって、
ピストンを成形し、
前記ピストンは、フランジと、本体部と、ベースと、内部キャビティを画定する本体部と比較して直径が縮径したネック部を有しており、
前記ネック部にスリットをカットし、
前記スリットは、上部スリット部と、第1の下部スリット部と、第2の下部スリット部とを有し、前記上部スリット部は、前記ネック部を第1のピストンネック部と第2のピストンネック部とに分割し、前記第1及び第2の下部スリット部は、長手方向軸に対して所定の角度をなして形成され且つ前記ネック部の下部をアクチュエータに分割し、前記スリットは、前記フランジの下の前記ネック部の少なくとも一部を通って延びており、
弁ハウジングの内部に前記ピストンを配置し、
流体流路は、前記スリットと前記弁ハウジングの内壁面との間に形成され、
前記カットするステップは、ブレードを超音波発生器によって振動させることを含む、方法。 - 前記ブレードは前記カットするステップの際に前記ピストンの方へ移動する、請求項20に記載の方法。
