バインダ樹脂:PAI樹脂ワニス(PAI樹脂30質量%、溶剤(n−メチル−2−ピロリドン56質量%、キシレン14質量%)70質量%)
エポキシ樹脂
PAI樹脂は、数平均分子量が20000以上であり、イミド基がアミド基より多く、ガラス転移温度が307.1°C、引張強度が249MPa(250°Cの貯蔵弾性率は3.39×109Pa)である。

Claims (5)
- 基材と、該基材の表面に形成される摺動面を少なくとも構成する摺動層とを有する摺動部品において、
前記摺動層は、前記基材上に形成され、Siを含有する非晶質硬質炭素膜からなる第1層と、該第1層上に形成され、固体潤滑剤を含有するアミド基及び/又はイミド基を含有する高分子からなる第2層とからなることを特徴とする摺動部品。 - 前記摺動部品は圧縮機に用いられる圧縮機用斜板であり、前記摺動層はシューが摺動する前記摺動面を少なくとも構成している請求項1記載の摺動部品。
- 前記第1層の表面粗さはRz3μm以下である請求項1又は2記載の摺動部品。
- 前記第1層のSi含有量は5〜44質量%である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の摺動部品。
- 前記第2層はエポキシ樹脂を含有する高分子からなる請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の摺動部品。
