Description
本実験例においては、脱硫スラリー中の酸化性物質としてペルオキソ二硫酸が含まれているかを調べた。
本実験においては、ペルオキソ二硫酸によりセレンが4価から6価へ酸化されているかを調べた。
(18)ベース:イオン交換水、ペルオキソ二硫酸:0mg/l
(19)ベース:ペルオキソ二硫酸水溶液、ペルオキソ二硫酸:200mg/l
(20)ベース:湿式脱硫装置内の脱硫スラリーの濾過液、ペルオキソ二硫酸:274mg/l
本実験例では、ペルオキソ二硫酸が分解されることでセレンの酸化が抑制されるかどうかを調べた。
(21)ベース:試料(20)を90℃で加熱し、ペルオキソ二硫酸を分解し除去したもの、ペルオキソ二硫酸:0mg/l
本実験例では、以下の試料(22)、(23)に、Ti含有液を添加して50℃で20時間、48時間保持した場合のペルオキソ二硫酸の濃度変化を調べた。Ti含有液としては、Ti水溶液(関東化学工業社製、商品名:チタン標準原液、製品番号40882−1B)を用い、Ti濃度が50mg/lとなるように添加した。

(23)ベース:湿式脱硫装置内の脱硫スラリーからの濾過液にペルオキソ二硫酸を加えたもの、ペルオキソ二硫酸:300mg/l
図4(a)によれば、試料(22)にTi水溶液を添加した場合には、48時間でペルオキソ二硫酸濃度が300mg/lから50mg/lへ大幅に減少した。また、図4(b)によれば、試料(23)にTi水溶液を添加した場合においても、48時間でペルオキソ二硫酸濃度が300mg/lから50mg/lへ大幅に減少した。
本実験例では、試料(22)に対し、Ti水溶液の濃度を10mg/l、20mg/lと変えて添加した以外は、実験例4と同一の条件でペルオキソ二硫酸の濃度を調べた。結果を図5に示す。なお、図5中には、比較のために実験例4の結果及びTi水溶液を添加しなかった場合の試料(22)のペルオキソ二硫酸の濃度の時間変化を併せて示す。
本実験例では、試料(22)に対し、Ti水溶液の代わりに、Fe水溶液(関東化学工業社製、商品名:鉄標準液、製品番号20247−1B)、Ni水溶液(関東化学工業社製、商品名:ニッケル標準液、製品番号28577−1B)をそれぞれ添加した以外は、実験例4と同一条件でペルオキソ二硫酸の濃度を調べた。さらに、比較のため、試料(22)及び(23)をそのまま48時間放置してペルオキソ二硫酸の濃度変化を調べた。結果を図6に示す。
本実験例では、ペルオキソ二硫酸が添加されていないセレン水溶液でのセレン濃度の時間変化を調べた。
Claims (6)
- 4価のセレンとペルオキソ二硫酸とを含むセレン含有液に、6価のセレンが生成される前に、Mn濃度が2mg/l〜12mg/lとなるように、Mnを添加して4価のセレンの酸化を抑制することで6価のセレンの生成を抑制することを特徴とするセレン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記Mn濃度が5mg/l〜9mg/lとなるようにMnを添加して6価のセレンの生成を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセレン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記Mnが添加されたセレン含有液のMn濃度が2mg/l以上となるように保持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセレン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記Mnが、0価又は2価であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセレン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記Mnを、Mn水溶液の状態で添加することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のセレン含有液の処理方法。
- 前記セレン含有液が、湿式脱硫装置の吸収液又は脱硫排水であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のセレン含有液の処理方法。
