Description

The present invention relates to a corrugated cardboard cage, and more particularly, to a corrugated board structure in a developed paper of the corrugated cardboard cage.

In recent years, corrugated cardboard boxes have attracted attention as a material that can replace wooden boxes. This type of corrugated cardboard has the advantage that it is lighter and more flammable than a wooden corrugated board, and can be easily assembled by folding a developed paper made of corrugated cardboard.

An example of a conventional cardboard box is shown in FIGS. In the corrugated cardboard bag 1, a box-shaped bag body 2 and a lid 3 are formed of a thick reinforced cardboard material. As shown in FIG. 19, the spread paper P0 of the bag main body 2 is provided with side plates 2B and 2B on both lateral sides of a rectangular bottom plate 2A, and with end plates 2C and 2C on both longitudinal sides of the bottom plate 2A. On each side of the bottom plate 2A, there are formed a vertical V groove y0 and a horizontal V groove x0 which are cut into a V shape at an approximately 90 ° angle along the boundary between the side plate 2B and the end plate 2C. The side plate 2B and the end plate 2C are vertically bent along the groove y0 and the lateral V-groove x0 to assemble the box-shaped bag body 2 shown in FIG.

At the open ends of the side plate 2B and the end plate 2C, a folding plate 2D is provided for increasing the strength of the bag main body 2. The folding plate 2D is formed of the side plates 2B and 2B of the developing paper P0 as shown in FIG. A piece of paper having a width necessary for the opening ends of 2B and the end plates 2C and 2C is folded back along a W groove (a groove formed by arranging V grooves cut into approximately 90 ° angles in two rows). .
In addition, as a technique regarding the manufacturing method of the conventional corrugated cardboard basket, patent documents 1-3 are disclosed, for example.

However, in such a conventional corrugated cardboard basket, the longitudinal length (vertical dimension) of the developed paper P0, that is, the developed length L of the developed paper P0 including the bottom plate 2A and the two end plates 2C and 2C is extremely large. Become. In general, the standard machine for cutting can handle a length of about 2 to 2.4 m. However, when manufacturing a large corrugated cardboard cage, the above-mentioned standard machine cannot handle it, and the You will be forced to introduce a dedicated machine that can handle it. In particular, in the configuration in which the folded plate 2D is provided at the opening ends of the side plate 2B and the end plate 2C, the unfolded length L becomes longer by adding the plate width of the folded plates 2D and 2D and the width of the folded W groove. The above-mentioned response becomes even more difficult.

On the other hand, in order to cope with the production of the developed paper P0 with a standard machine, a method of producing a developed paper obtained by separating the end plates 2C and 2C from the bottom plate 2A and retrofitting the produced end plates 2C and 2C can be considered. In such a corrugated cardboard, the development length L of the development paper is only the length of the bottom plate 2A excluding the two end plates 2C, 2C, so the development length is significantly shorter than the conventional development paper P0 described above. Become. However, in the configuration in which the end plates 2C and 2C are separated and attached from the developed paper P0 as described above, the end surfaces of the end plates 2C must be accurately positioned and connected to the end surfaces of the bottom plate 2A and the side plate 2B. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain the dimensional accuracy of the connecting corner portion, and the strength of the connecting corner portion is likely to be lowered.

The present invention has been made in view of such a current situation, makes it easy to process the developed paper with a cutting machine while suppressing the development length, and improves the accuracy and strength at the connecting corner of the bottom plate and the end plate. The purpose is to provide a corrugated cardboard gable plate structure that can be kept.

[First invention]
In order to solve the above problem, the corrugated board structure of the corrugated board of the present invention is
In a corrugated cardboard box in which a box body is assembled by folding a developed paper including a bottom plate, a side plate and a wife plate along a V-groove formed along the boundary of each plate,
The box paper is
The bottom plate,
A side plate provided on both lateral sides of the bottom plate with a vertical V-groove therebetween;
A lower twill plate provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate with a transverse V-groove therebetween;
An upper end plate that is provided with a lateral V-groove at a position extending the opening end of the side plate in the vertical direction and whose vertical dimension is set shorter than the height of the box,
At the time of assembling the spread paper, the side plate and the lower end plate are bent along the vertical V and the horizontal V grooves with respect to the bottom plate, and the upper end plate is extended along the horizontal V groove with respect to the side plate. The lower end plate and the pair of upper end plates are connected to each other on the same plane.

According to such a configuration, in the developed paper of the box body that constitutes the corrugated cardboard basket, the plate surface of the end plate is formed separately into the lower end plate and the upper end plate. The vertical dimension of the lower face plate is shorter than that of the conventional spread paper shown in FIG. 19 by the amount excluding the upper face plate.
In addition, the upper end plate is arranged vertically on the opening end of the side plate in the spread paper, but the vertical dimension is suppressed to a length shorter than the height dimension of the box, so that it is described above. The vertical dimension is shorter than that of the conventional spread paper base plate (see FIG. 19).
As a result, according to the developed paper of the present invention, the vertical dimension (developed length) can be made shorter than the conventional developed paper.

Further, according to the configuration of the present invention, when the folded plate is provided at the opening end portions of the side plate and the end plate, the folded plate and the W groove are formed at both ends in the lateral direction of the developed paper, that is, at the opening end portions of the side plate and the upper end plate. Since it is sufficient to ensure the width, the length of the folded plate and the W groove does not relate to the vertical dimension (development length) of the development paper. For this reason, even when the folded plate is provided at the opening end of the side plate and the end plate, the developed length of the developed paper can be set to the same length as when there is no folded plate. Can be easily manufactured.

Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, the lower end plate and the upper end plate are bent at the lateral V-groove and connected to the bottom plate and the side plate, respectively, so that the end faces of the plates can be accurately positioned and bonded together. . For this reason, high dimensional accuracy can be obtained at these connecting corner portions, and peeling and displacement of the bonding surface can be suppressed and the fixing strength of these connecting corner portions can be kept high.

[Second invention]
A corrugated cardboard corrugated board structure according to a second invention comprises the structure of the first invention, wherein the vertical dimension of the upper pawl board in the spread paper is set to 1/2 of the lateral dimension of the lower pawl board; did.

According to such a configuration, when assembling the developing paper, when the side plate and the lower tab plate are bent vertically with respect to the bottom plate, and the pair of opposed upper tab plates are bent inward and vertically, the two upper tab plates The tips are connected at an intermediate position in the lateral direction of the bottom plate.
When one of the two upper tabs is longer than the other, the connection position of the upper tabs is shifted from the horizontal intermediate position of the bottom plate. A dimension will become longer than 1/2 of the horizontal dimension of a lower faceplate.
In the configuration of the second invention, the vertical dimension of the top tab in the developed paper is set to ½ of the horizontal dimension of the bottom plate, so that the vertical dimension of the upper tab in the developed paper is the shortest length, and the developed length of the developed paper Can be suppressed.

[Third invention]
A corrugated cardboard corrugated board structure according to a third invention comprises the structure of the first invention, wherein the vertical dimension of the upper pawl board in the spread paper is less than half the lateral dimension of the lower pawl board. The auxiliary plate is connected to each plate so as to fill a gap generated between the pair of upper tabs when the spread paper is assembled.

When assembling the box using only a single developed paper, as described above (second invention), the vertical dimension of the upper tab in the developed paper is set to 1/2 the lateral dimension of the lower tab. Although the unfolded length can be minimized, when the vertical dimension of the upper face plate is shorter than this, a gap is generated between the upper face plates when assembling the unfolded paper.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the vertical dimension of the upper tab in the developed paper is less than half of the horizontal dimension of the lower tab, and a gap is positively provided between the upper tabs when the developed paper is assembled, and this gap is supported. Fill with a board. As a result, it is possible to set the vertical dimension of the upper tab in the developed paper regardless of the horizontal dimension of the lower tab, and the vertical dimension (development length) of the developed paper can be further shortened.

[Fourth Invention]
The corrugated board structure of the corrugated board according to the fourth invention comprises any one of the structures of the first to third inventions, wherein the upper end plate and the lower end plate of the developed paper have the same vertical tip position. It was set as the structure set so that it might align on a line.

According to such a configuration, since the top end positions of the upper and lower end plates are aligned on the same straight line, when the developed paper is produced from the corrugated board, the upper end plate and the lower end plate are cut by one cut in the linear direction. The tip outline can be formed simultaneously. For this reason, the production of the developing paper becomes extremely simple.
Further, since the tip positions of the upper and lower end plates are aligned, a rectangular corrugated cardboard plate can be used efficiently, and the cut off material can be reduced and the corrugated cardboard material can be saved.

[First to Fourth Inventions]
1st-4th invention can be applied to the corrugated cardboard cage | basket which bend | folds the expansion | deployment paper containing a baseplate, a side board, and a end plate, and forms a box. In the case of a corrugated cardboard basket that combines the main body and the lid, it is usually assumed that the present invention is applied to the main body of the corrugated board whose unfolded length is longer than that of the lid, but for the purpose of shortening the unfolded length, The present invention may be applied. Moreover, the use (personal use, pet use, etc.) and the type (sleeper, sitting down etc.) of the cardboard basket are not particularly limited.

In addition, the 1st-4th invention may be applied independently, and can also apply combining these inventions as needed. Further, the first to fourth inventions may be combined with other inventions described in this specification.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a bag body of a cardboard box.

[First Embodiment]
The corrugated board basket of 1st Embodiment was shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the corrugated cardboard cage 10 includes a box-like cage body 12 and a lid 13. The bag body 12 and the lid 13 are made of thick reinforced corrugated cardboard material, and are assembled by bending a developing paper P1 described later.
The surface of the cardboard box 10 is covered with a decorative material such as cloth. The dimensions of the corrugated board 10 are, for example, about 170 to 200 cm in length, about 50 to 70 cm in width, and about 40 to 50 cm in height including the bag main body 12 and the lid 13.

A window frame 14 is provided at a position near the lid 13. A kannon door is attached to the window frame 14 so that the inside of the bag can be viewed by opening these doors.

A three-layer reinforced corrugated cardboard material (for example, manufactured by Triwall) is used as a corrugated cardboard plate for producing the corrugated cardboard cage 10. In this type of corrugated board, as shown in the R-part enlarged view of FIG. 2, three layers of corrugated plates r1 to r3 are provided with partition plates r4 and r5 between two thick plates (liners) Rf and Rb. And has excellent pressure resistance and water resistance. When forming the V-groove or W-groove for bending on the corrugated board, the other layers are cut while leaving any one of the thick plates Rf and Rb. Thus, when the corrugated board is folded, only the remaining thick board is folded, and the cutting surfaces (end faces) of the inclined plates are aligned and bonded.

FIG. 3 shows the developing paper P1 of the bag main body 12.
The spread paper P1 is provided with side plates 12B and 12B with vertical V-grooves y1 on both sides of the rectangular bottom plate 12A in the horizontal direction, and lower end plates 12C and 12C with horizontal V-grooves x1 on both sides in the vertical direction of the bottom plate 12A. It is done. Upper end plates 12D and 12D are provided at positions where the open end portions of the side plates 12B and 12B are extended with the lateral V grooves x2 and x2 therebetween.
Each V-groove y1, x1, x2 is cut into a V-shaped cross section of approximately 90 ° and formed on the boundary line of each plate. As a result, the main body 12 can be assembled by bending each plate of the developing paper P1 substantially vertically.

On both sides in the horizontal direction of the lower end plate 12C, an interval of the horizontal width h is maintained between the lower end plate 12D and the upper end plate 12D. The horizontal width h is set to the same length as the vertical dimension h of the lower face plate 12C. Thus, when the lower face plate 12C and the side plate 12B are raised vertically with respect to the bottom plate 12A, both end faces of the upper face plate 12D. It is connected with no gap at the bottom.

The vertical dimension h of the upper end plate 12D, 12D is set to half of the horizontal dimension 2h of the lower end plate 12C. Thus, as will be described later, when the upper end plates 12D and 12D are bent vertically with respect to the side plate 12B above the lower end plate 12C, their tips are connected exactly at the intermediate position of the lateral dimension 2h of the lower end plate 12C. Will be.

Further, the vertical dimension h of the upper end plates 12D and 12D and the lower end plate 12C and the vertical dimension h are set to the same length. As a result, in the developed paper P1, the top end positions of the upper end plates 12D, 12D and the lower end plate 12C are aligned on the same straight line. Therefore, when producing the developed paper P1 from the corrugated board, the upper end plates 12D, 12D These outer edges can be formed with one cut in the direction, and the machining operation can be greatly simplified. In addition, the amount of cut material generated when the lower end plate 12C and the upper end plate 12D are cut out from the rectangular corrugated cardboard is reduced, and the corrugated board can be effectively used to save material.

Folded plates 12E are provided at the open ends of the side plates 12B, 12B and the upper end plates 12D, 12D. The folding plate 12E is configured to fold back a piece of paper at both ends in the horizontal direction of the developed paper P1 with a constant width by a W groove (a groove formed by juxtaposing V-grooves having a V-shaped cross section of 90 ° angle: see FIG. 4). It is formed, and plays the role which raises the box-shaped intensity | strength of the bag main body 2. FIG.

When producing the developing paper P1, as shown in FIG. 4, first, a rectangular corrugated cardboard Q cut to a predetermined size is prepared, and vertical V grooves y1, y1 and W grooves y2 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the plate surface. Is formed by cutting.

Next, the lateral V grooves x1 and x2 shown in FIG. 3 are cut in the lateral direction of the corrugated board Q in a state where a paper piece corresponding to the width of the folded plate 12D is folded inward along the W groove y2.
Each V-groove and W-groove can be formed by setting a dedicated rotary blade in the cutting machine and moving the rotary blade on the plate surface of the corrugated cardboard plate Q to perform cutting. In this case, setting the required number of rotary blades according to the groove interval and simultaneously cutting a plurality of vertical or horizontal grooves, each V groove and W groove can be accurately obtained in a short time by two vertical and horizontal cutting processes. Can finish well.

After each V-groove and W-groove are formed in the corrugated board Q, a rectangular paper piece is cut out by making a U-shaped cut having a vertical and horizontal length h in a portion adjacent to the lower end plate 12C, the side plate 12B and the upper end plate 12D. Of the U-shaped cuts, the portion that contacts the lower end plate 12C and the side plate 12B may be cut along the center line of each V-groove, and the portion that contacts the upper end plate 12D positions a cutter or the like in advance at the cutting position. Then, the plate surface of the corrugated board Q is cut vertically according to the dimension h. By doing so, a rectangular gap of length h is formed between these plates, and the developed paper P1 is completed.

As for the method of assembling the spread paper P1, for example, first, the lower end plate 12C is bent vertically along the lateral V groove x1 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate 12A (see FIG. 5), and the upper end plate 12D, 12D is bent vertically to bond these connecting end faces.
Next, the side plate 12B is raised vertically along the vertical V groove y1 on both lateral sides of the bottom plate 12A. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the end faces of the lower end plate 12C and the side plate 12B are connected to each other, and the upper end pieces of the upper end plates 12D and 12D are connected to the upper end of the lower end plate 12C. The leading ends of 12D and 12D are connected to each other at the intermediate position of the lateral dimension of the bottom plate 12A. And the box-shaped bag main body 12 is completed by adhere | attaching and fixing these connection surfaces.

The folding order of the spread paper P1 is not limited to the above, and any of the side plate 12B, the lower end plate 12C, and the upper end plate 12D may be bent first. Finally, the plates may be connected to complete the box-shaped bag body 12.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the end plate portion of the main body 2 is separated into the lower end plate 12C and the upper end plates 12D and 12D and formed in the same vertical dimension, the development length of the development paper P1 is shortened. be able to. Compared with the conventional developed paper P0 shown in FIG. 19, the developed paper P1 has a developed length that is twice as long as the lateral dimension of the upper tab 12D.

Further, in this embodiment, even if the folded plate 12E is provided at the opening end portions of the side plate 12B and the upper end plate 12D, the development paper P1 is extended only in the horizontal direction and not in the vertical direction. It is not necessary to make the length of the folded plate 12E and the length of the W groove longer. Specifically, in the case of the conventional example of FIG. 19, in order to provide the folded plate 2E on the developed paper P0, the developed length includes the length of (folded plate 2E length + W groove length) × 2. However, in the development paper P1 of the present embodiment, the development paper P1 is also developed for the length corresponding to these, that is, the length of (the length of the folded plate 12E + the length of the W groove z) × 2. The length can be shortened. As a result, even with a general cutting machine, it is possible to easily produce the developed paper P1.

Furthermore, in the developed paper P1 of the first embodiment, the lower end plate 12C and the upper end plates 12D and 12D are bent at the lateral V-groove x1 and connected to the bottom plate 12A and the side plate 12B, respectively. And it can be made to match exactly and adhere. For this reason, it is easy to obtain the dimensional accuracy at the connecting corners of these plates, the strength of the bonding surface is improved, and the quality of the bag body 12 can be improved.

[Second Embodiment]
6 and 7 show a second embodiment.
In the second embodiment, an auxiliary plate 25 is connected to the lower end plate 22C and the upper end plates 22D, 22D of the heel body 20.
As shown in FIG. 6, the upper body plates 22 </ b> D and 22 </ b> D are connected to the heel body 20 while maintaining a rectangular gap above the lower body plate 22 </ b> C. The auxiliary plate 25 is connected on the same plate surface so as to fill these gaps.

As shown in FIG. 7 (A), the spread paper P2 of the bag main body 20 is provided with side plates 22B and 22B on both sides in the horizontal direction of the bottom plate 22A with vertical V grooves y1 and y1 therebetween, and on both sides in the vertical direction of the bottom plate 22A. A lower end plate 22C is provided across the lateral V groove x1. At the position where the opening end of the side plate 22B extends in the vertical direction, upper end plates 22D and 22D are provided with a lateral V-groove x2 therebetween.
On the both sides in the horizontal direction of the lower end plate 22C, an interval of a horizontal width h is maintained between the lower end plate 22D and the upper end plate 22D, and this horizontal width h is set to the same length as the vertical dimension h of the lower end plate 22C and the upper end plate 22D.

The vertical dimension h of the upper end plate 22D, 22D is set to a length of about 1/5 of the horizontal dimension of the lower end plate 22C.
The tip positions of the upper end plates 22D and 22D and the lower end plate 22C are formed to be aligned on a straight line.
A folded plate 22E having a constant width is folded back by a W groove at the opening end portions of the side plate 22B and the upper end plates 22D and 22D.

As shown in FIG. 7B, the developed paper of the auxiliary plate 25 is a rectangular corrugated cardboard, the vertical dimension of which coincides with the horizontal dimension of the upper end plate 22D, and the horizontal dimension is [the horizontal dimension of the lower end plate 22C. -(Longitudinal dimension of upper tapping plate 22D x 2)]. In the drawing of the auxiliary plate 25, a folded plate 25E having the same width as the developing paper P2 is folded by a W groove on the lower end side.

When assembling the developing paper P2, the side plate 22B and the lower end plate 22C are bent vertically along the vertical V groove y1 and the horizontal V groove x1 with respect to the bottom plate 22A, respectively. Next, when the upper end plates 22D and 22D are bent inward and vertically along the lateral V groove x2 with respect to the side plate 22B, the upper end plates 22D and 22D are connected to the upper side of the lower plate end plate 22C while maintaining a rectangular gap. The auxiliary plate 25 is fitted into the gap and bonded to the end faces of the lower plate 22C and the upper plates 22D and 22D to complete the bag body 22.

According to the second embodiment, the vertical dimension of the upper tab 22D and the lower tab 22C on the deployment paper P2 can be set to about 1/5 of the lateral dimension of the lower tab 22D, so that it develops more than the first embodiment. The development length of the paper P2 can be greatly reduced.

Note that the vertical dimensions of the upper and lower end plates 22D and 22C can be further shortened by increasing the size of the auxiliary plate 25. As a practical length of the upper end plate 22D and the lower end plate 22C, it is preferable to secure a length of at least about 2 to 3 cm.

Also in the second embodiment, the connecting portions of the lower end plate 22C and the upper end plate 22D are bent at the lateral V-grooves x1 and x2, respectively. Can be increased.
Furthermore, since the longitudinal tip positions of the upper tab 22D and the lower tab 22C on the developing paper P2 are aligned on a straight line, it is easy to process the developing paper P2, and a rectangular corrugated board can be used efficiently. it can.

[Third Embodiment]
8 and 9 show the third embodiment.
In the third embodiment, the length relationship between the lower end plate 22C and the upper end plate 22D of the heel body 20 in the second embodiment is reversed.

The auxiliary plate 35 is fitted into the gap, and adhered to the end surfaces of the lower plate end plate 32C and the upper end plates 32D and 32D to complete the bag body 30.

According to the third embodiment, similarly to the second embodiment, the development length of the development paper P3 can be greatly shortened, and the dimensional accuracy and strength of the connecting corners of the lower end plate 32C and the upper end plates 32D, 32D can be increased. Can keep good.
In the third embodiment, the side plate 32B and the upper end plates 32D and 32D have the same length and are bent at the lateral V-groove x2, so that the connection corners are not cut and the quality of the outer appearance of the heel body 30 is further improved. improves.

An isosceles triangular lower end plate 42C is provided across the V-groove x1. At the position where the opening end of the side plate 42B extends in the vertical direction, upper end plates 42D and 42D are provided across the lateral V grooves x2 and x2.
A clearance opening at a 90 ° angle is maintained on both lateral sides of the lower end plate 42C, and the inclined side of the lower end plate 42C and the inclined side of the upper end plate 42D are set to have the same length.

The vertical dimension h of the upper end plates 42D and 42D is set to ½ of the horizontal dimension (base length) of the lower end plate 42C, as in the first embodiment.
The tip positions of the upper end plates 42D and 42D are formed on the same straight line.

According to the fourth embodiment, the same effect as that of the first embodiment described above can be obtained, and in addition, since the boundary line between the lower end plate 42C and the upper end plates 42D and 42D is inclined toward both ends of the bottom plate bottom, the lower end plate The fold line (connecting corner part) of 42C and the fold line (connecting corner part) of the upper end plate 42D are continuously formed on the connecting surface between the bottom plate 42A and the side plate 42B. Thereby, the dimensional accuracy and strength of the connecting corners on the four sides of the end plate are improved, and the appearance finish is further improved.

[Fifth Embodiment]
A fifth embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
In the fifth embodiment, the auxiliary plate 55 is connected to the lower end plate 52C and the upper end plates 52D, 52D of the main body 50, and the boundary line between the lower end plate 52C and the upper end plates 52D, 52D is inclined toward both ends of the bottom plate base. It has been made.
As shown in FIG. 12, in the bag main body 50, the upper end plates 52D and 52D are connected with the rectangular gap above the lower end plate 52C, and the auxiliary plate 55 is placed on the same plane so as to fill these rectangular gaps. Concatenated on top. The lower end plate 52C is an isosceles trapezoid having a long side having the same length as the horizontal dimension of the bottom plate 52A, and the lower ends of the upper end plates 52D and 52D are connected to two sides of the trapezoid.

As shown in FIG. 13 (A), the spread paper P5 of the bag main body 50 is provided with side plates 52B and 52B on both sides in the horizontal direction of the rectangular bottom plate 52A with vertical V grooves y1 and y1 therebetween, and the vertical direction of the bottom plate 52A. A lower end plate 52C is provided on both sides with a lateral V-groove x1 therebetween. At the position where the opening end of the side plate 52B extends in the vertical direction, isosceles trapezoidal upper end plates 52D and 52D are provided across the lateral V-groove x2.
A clearance opening at a 90 ° angle is maintained on both lateral sides of the lower end plate 52C, and the inclined side of the lower end plate 52C and the inclined side of the upper end plate 52D are set to the same length.

The vertical dimension h of the upper end plates 52D and 52D is set to a length of about 1/5 of the bottom side (lateral size) of the lower end plate 42C, as in the second and third embodiments.
The top end positions of the upper end plates 52D and 52D and the lower end end plate 52C coincide with each other on the same straight line.
A folded plate 52E having a constant width is folded back by a W groove at the opening ends of the side plate 52E and the upper end plates 52D and 52D.

As shown in FIG. 13B, the developed paper of the auxiliary plate 55 is formed with the same dimensions as those of the second and third embodiments, and a folded plate 55E having the same width as the developed paper P5 is formed on the lower end side thereof. It is folded by the W groove.

When assembling the spread paper P5, the side plate 52B and the lower end plate 52C are bent inwardly vertically along the vertical V groove y1 and the horizontal V groove x1 with respect to the bottom plate 52A, respectively, and the upper side along the horizontal V groove x2 with respect to the side plate 52B. The end plates 52D and 52D are bent vertically. Then, the inclined side of the lower end of the upper end plate 52D, 52D is connected to the two sides inclined to the left and right of the lower plate end plate 52C, and a rectangular gap is formed between them. The auxiliary plate 55 is fitted into the gap, and is adhered to the end surfaces of the lower plate end plate 52C and the upper end plates 52D and 52D to complete the bag body 52.

According to the fifth embodiment, all the effects of the first to fourth embodiments can be simultaneously obtained. That is, since the vertical dimension of the upper face plate 52D and the lower face plate 52C in the developed paper P5 is set to about 1/5 of the lower face plate 52C, the developed length of the developed paper P5 can be significantly shortened.
Further, in order to incline the boundary line between the lower face plate 52C and the upper face plates 52D and 52D toward both ends of the bottom face of the face plate, the fold line (connecting corner portion) of the lower face plate 52C and the fold line (connecting corner portion) of the upper face plate 52D are Each is formed continuously on the connecting surface between the bottom plate 52A and the side plate 52B. For this reason, the dimensional accuracy and strength of the connecting corners of the four sides of the end plate are improved, and the appearance finish is further improved.
Furthermore, since the longitudinal tip positions of the upper end plate 52D and the lower end plate 52C on the developed paper P5 are aligned on a straight line, it is easy to process the developed paper P5, and the rectangular corrugated board can be used efficiently. it can.

[Sixth Embodiment]
A sixth embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
In the sixth embodiment, the present invention is applied to a corrugated cardboard box having an octagonal planar shape. In the first to fifth embodiments described above, the present invention is applied to a corrugated cardboard cage having a square planar shape. However, as described below, the present invention is also applied to a corrugated cardboard cage having a planar shape of an octagon. Can do. This type of bag has a shape in which the four corners viewed from the plane direction of the corrugated cardboard bag are cut, and the surface constituting the bag shape is increased, resulting in a high-quality finish.

The corrugated cardboard cage 60 of the sixth embodiment has an octagonal basket body 62 and a lid 63 as viewed from the plane direction (see FIG. 14). A window frame 64 is attached to the lid 63. A lid 63 is placed on the upper end of the bag main body 62 so as to be openable and closable.

As shown in FIG. 15, the spread paper P6 of the bag main body 62 is provided with side plates 62B and 62B on both sides in the lateral direction of the octagonal bottom plate 62A with vertical V grooves y1 and y1 therebetween, and on both sides in the vertical direction of the bottom plate 62A. Is provided with a lower end plate 62C across the lateral V-grooves x1, x1. On both sides in the vertical direction of the side plate 62B, a cornering plate 62F is provided with a lateral V-groove x3, x3 therebetween, and the corner V-plate 62F is extended in the vertical direction with the lateral V-groove x4, x4 separated. Upper tapping plates 62D and 62D are provided.

The vertical V-groove y1 and the horizontal V-groove x1 are formed with a 90-degree V-shaped cross section as in the first to fifth embodiments, and the horizontal V-groove x3 and the horizontal V-groove x4 are 45 ° square. It is formed in a V-shaped cross section. The corner plate 62F is connected to the side plate 62B and the end plate (the lower end plate 62C and the upper end plate 62D) at an angle of 45 ° when viewed from the plane direction.
Stepped gaps are formed between the lower end plate 62C and the upper end plate 62D on both lateral sides. The horizontal dimension of the chamfer plate 62F in this gap is equal to the vertical dimension of the lower end plate 62C, and the vertical dimension of the chamfer plate 62F is equal to the length of the inclined side of the corner of the bottom plate 62A.

The vertical dimension h of the upper end plates 62D and 62D is set to a length that is ½ of the horizontal dimension 2h of the lower end plate 62C.
The vertical dimension h of the upper end plate 62D, 62D and the tip position of the lower end plate 62C coincide on a straight line.
A folded plate 62E having a constant width is folded back by a W groove at the opening end portions of the side plate 62E and the upper end plates 62D and 62D.

When assembling the developing paper P6, the side plate 62B and the lower end plate 62C are bent vertically along the vertical V-groove y1 and the horizontal V-groove x1 with respect to the bottom plate 62A.
Next, the chamfering plates 62F and 62F are bent along the lateral V groove x3 and the upper end plates 62D and 52D are bent inward at 45 ° angles along the lateral V groove x4 with respect to the side plate 62B. Then, as shown in FIG. 14, the lower end of the corner plate 62F and the lower end plate 62C are connected to each side of the bottom plate 62A, and the lower end of the upper end plates 62D and 62D are connected to the upper end of the lower end plate 62C. Then, the tips of the two upper end plates 62D and 62D are connected at the middle position of the horizontal dimension of the bottom plate 62A. Then, the box-shaped bag main body 62 is completed by bonding and fixing these connecting surfaces.

Also in the sixth embodiment, since the upper end plates 62D and 62D are separated from the lower end plate 62C and the length in the vertical direction is equal to that of the lower end plate 62C, the expanded length of the expanded paper P6 is the vertical length of the bottom plate 62A. It can be significantly shortened compared to connecting the end plates in one direction.
Further, since the lower end plate 62C and the upper end plate 62D are bent at the lateral V grooves x1 and x4 and connected to the bottom plate 62A and the chamfering plate 62F, respectively, the accuracy and strength of the connecting corner portion of each plate is improved. The quality of the cardboard box 60 can be improved.
In addition, since the longitudinal tip positions of the lower end plate 62C and the upper end plates 62D and 62D are aligned on a straight line, the cutting process when producing the developed paper P6 can be simplified, and the generation of cut ends is reduced. be able to.

In the example shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the lower end plate 62C and the upper end plates 62D and 62D constitute the end plate surface. As a modification of the sixth embodiment, the second to fifth embodiments described above are used. As shown in the embodiment, an auxiliary plate may be connected in addition to the lower and upper end plates, and the boundary lines of the lower and upper end plates 62C and 62D and 62D are inclined toward both ends of the bottom plate. It may be.

[Seventh Embodiment]
A seventh embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
In the seventh embodiment, the auxiliary plate 75 is fixed to the plate surfaces of the upper end plates 72D and 72D and the lower end plate 72C.

An auxiliary plate 75 is bonded to the outer side surfaces of the upper end plates 72D and 72D and the lower end plate 72C to cover the rectangular gap.

The auxiliary plate 75 can be produced, for example, by cutting a corrugated cardboard into a rectangle with a rotary blade for V-groove machining and cutting a rectangular piece of paper along the groove center line. By manufacturing in this way, the end surface of the auxiliary plate 75 becomes an inclined surface, and there is no step in the connecting portion connected to the upper end plates 72D, 72D and the lower end plate 72C, and the quality of the external shape of the heel body 70 is improved.

According to the structure of 7th Embodiment, since it is the structure which overlaps and adhere | attaches the auxiliary | assistant board 75 on the plate | board surface of upper end board 72D, 72D and the lower end board 72C, the high dimensional accuracy is not requested | required of the auxiliary board 75. FIG. For this reason, the manufacture of the bag main body 70 is further facilitated.

In FIG. 16, the auxiliary plate 75 is bonded to the rectangular cardboard box having a square shape, but as shown in FIG. 17A, the auxiliary plate 75 is attached to the flat octagonal type cardboard box having the chamfered surface 72 </ b> F. Can also be applied.
Further, as shown in FIG. 17B, the bonding surface of the auxiliary plate 75 is not limited to the outside of the upper end plates 72D and 72D and the lower end plate 72C, and the auxiliary plate 75 is bonded and fixed on these inner side surfaces. May be.
Further, as shown in FIG. 17 (C), the auxiliary plate 77 is bent into an arch shape and bonded and fixed to the outer surfaces of the upper end plates 72D and 72D and the lower end plate 72C, so that the end plate has a more three-dimensional feeling. Good. In addition, it becomes easy to freely design the shape of the auxiliary plate to enhance the design of the end plate.
