Description
π電子共役系高分子モノマーとしてピロール 1wt%に酸化重合剤兼ドーパント剤としてパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄 5wt% を加えた水溶液中へ、基材フィルムとしてビフェニルポリイミド環を含有するポリイミド(PI)フィルム(宇部興産株式会社製 Upilex-S)を浸漬させ、ピロールモノマーを重合(化学酸化重合法)させて、基材フィルム両面にポリピロールを直接析出させた両面導電性フィルムを得た。
実施例1のπ電子共役系高分子モノマーとしてアニリンを用いて、アニリン(関東化学製)2wt%、酸化剤として過硫酸アンモニウム(東京化成製)3wt%、ドーパントとしてパラトルエンスルホン酸(富山薬品工業製)10wt%を加えた水溶液中に、基材フィルムとしてビフェニルポリイミド環を含有するポリイミド(PI)フィルム(宇部興産株式会社製 Upilex-S)を浸漬させ、ピロールモノマーを重合(化学酸化重合法)させて、基材フィルム両面にポリピロールを直接析出させた両面導電性フィルムを得た以外は、実施例1と同様の方法にて導電性粘着フィルムを得た。
実施例1の基材フィルムとして、ビフェニルポリイミド環を含有しないポリイミド(PI)フィルム(東レ・デュポン製 カプトン100H)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法にて導電性粘着フィルムを得た。
実施例1の基材フィルムとして、ビフェニルポリイミド環を含有しないポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム(東レ株式会社製 ルミラー)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様の方法にて導電性粘着フィルムを得た。
基材フィルムとしてビフェニルポリイミド環を含有するポリイミド(PI)フィルム(宇部興産株式会社製 Upilex-S)の両面に、ポリピロール系塗料(DSM株式会社製 ConQuestXP−1000)をコーティングする方法で導電層を形成した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法にて導電性粘着フィルムを得た。
上記方法にて得られた各導電性粘着フィルムについて、表面抵抗率を測定した(耐溶剤試験前の表面抵抗率)。その後、各導電性粘着フィルムをN,N-ジメチルホルムアミド((DMF)、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)の各種溶剤に30℃雰囲気中で1時間浸漬させた後、表面抵抗率を測定した(耐溶剤試験後の表面抵抗率)。なお、表面抵抗率は、JIS K−6911に準じて測定した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (2)
- 半導体ウェハーの加工工程における極性溶剤を用いた洗浄工程において、半導体ウェハー若しくは半導体ウェハーを上に設けた支持体に貼着させたまま洗浄を行うことが出来、さらに洗浄工程後の静電チャックも可能である導電性粘着フィルムであって、
導電性粘着フィルムは、導電性ポリマー層/基材フィルム/導電性ポリマー層/粘着層の順で積層されてなり、
導電性ポリマー層は、π電子共役系モノマーを化学的酸化重合により形成されてなり、
基材フィルムは、ビフェニルイミド環を含有するポリイミドからなることを特徴とする導電性粘着フィルム。 - 導電性粘着フィルムの表面抵抗率が、1×108Ω/□以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電性粘着フィルム。
