Description
DE10037883(Henkel)では、マイクロ波照射を用いて基質を加熱するために、0.1質量%〜70質量%の磁性粒子を使用する。基質として、加熱により硬化する接着剤が使用される。接着剤の加熱は、接着剤を軟化させるためにも利用することができる。粒子とポリマーの相互作用は、記載されていない。
a)第一の工程において、ナノスケール粉末をモノマー中、またはモノマー混合物中、または水中に分散させる。
b)第二の工程において、モノマー、またはモノマー混合物を、疎水性試薬、および乳化剤を用いて水中に分散させる。
c)第三の工程において、a)およびb)からの分散液を、超音波、膜、ローター・ステーター方式、撹拌機、および/または高圧を用いて分散させる。
d)c)からの分散液の重合を熱的に開始する。
被覆するミニエマルション重合の実施
実施例1
ビーカー中で7.13gのメチルエステルメタクリラート、7.13gのブチルメタクリラート、0.75gの2−ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリラート、0.6gのヘキサデカン、および1.5gのMagsilica(SiO2/Fe2O3)をUltraturraxを用いて1分間均質化し、かつ引き続いて1分間超音波を用いて均質化する。第二のビーカー中で15%のTexapon(Cognis社、ドイツ)5.0g、および80gの水を振とうによって混合する。第一のビーカーからの溶液を、第二のビーカーに加え、かつ全溶液を氷冷下、4分間超音波処理する。開始剤として、0.22gのtert.−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノアートを加え、溶液を丸底フラスコに満たし、80℃に加熱する。重合所要時間は約3時間である。
7.43gのメチルメタクリラート、7.13gのブチルメタクリラート、0.45gの2−メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスファート、0.6gのヘキサデカン、および1.5gのMagSilica(SiO2/Fe2O3)をビーカーに装入し、かつ1分間、Ultraturraxを用いて均質化し、かつ引き続き1分間超音波で均質化する。第二のビーカー内で、15%のTexapon(Cognis社、ドイツ)1.0g、および80gの水を振とうにより混合する。第一のビーカーからの溶液を第二のビーカーに加え、かつ全溶液を氷冷下、7分間超音波処理する。開始剤として0.22gのtert.−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノアートを加え、溶液を丸底フラスコに満たし、80℃に加熱する。重合所要時間は約3時間である。
ビーカー内で7.49gのメチルメタクリラート、7.43gのブチルメタクリラート、0.09gの2−メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスファート、0.6gのヘキサデカン、および1.5gのMagSilica(SiO2/Fe2O3)を、Ultraturraxを用いて1分間均質化し、かつ引き続いて1分間超音波で均質化する。第二のビーカー内で15%のTexapon(Cognis社、ドイツ)5.0g、および80gの水を振とうにより混合する。第一のビーカーからの溶液を第二のビーカーに加え、かつ全溶液を氷冷下、7分間超音波処理する。開始剤として、0.22gのtert.−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノアートを加え、溶液を丸底フラスコに満たし、80℃に加熱する。重合所要時間は約3時間である。

Claims (23)
- 少なくとも1つのシェルにより被覆された、超常磁性の、強磁性の、フェリ磁性の、または常磁性のナノスケール粒子を含む、ハイブリッド材料であって、
コアが、酸化ケイ素により被覆された、前記超常磁性の、強磁性の、フェリ磁性の、または常磁性のナノスケール粒子を含み、
外側のシェルが、ポリマーからなるシェルである、前記ハイブリッド材料。 - 超常磁性の、強磁性の、フェリ磁性の、または常磁性のナノスケール粒子が、ポリ(メタ)アクリラートによって被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記被覆ポリマーが単層構造または多層構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- コアが、フェライトの群からの、超常磁性の、強磁性の、フェリ磁性の、または常磁性のナノスケール粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記コアが、酸化ケイ素により被覆されたフェライトの群からの、超常磁性の、強磁性の、フェリ磁性の、または常磁性のナノスケール粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記コアが、酸化ケイ素により被覆された酸化鉄の群からの、超常磁性の、強磁性の、フェリ磁性の、または常磁性のナノスケール粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 第一のシェルが、可塑剤中で、または可塑剤を含む接着剤中で、またはエポキシド接着剤中でゲル化することができるポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記第一のシェルが、高められた温度で可塑剤と架橋反応するポリマーまたはポリマー混合物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 第一のシェルにおける前記ポリマーが、(メタ)アクリラートとイミダゾールの群からの1または複数のモノマーから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 第一のシェルにおける前記ポリマーが、ビニルイミダゾールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- さらなる助剤、および添加剤が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 乳化剤、および疎水性の試薬が含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 外側のシェルが、室温で母材中でゲル化不能の、かつ高められた温度で母材中でゲル化可能なポリマー、またはポリマー混合物から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記外側のシェルが、ポリメチルメタクリラートとビニルイミダゾールとからの混合物から成ることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 前記外側のシェルが、ポリメチルメタクリラートから成ることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- ミニエマルション重合による、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料の製造方法。
- a)ナノスケールの粉末をモノマー中、またはモノマー混合物中に、または水中に分散させ、b)モノマーまたはモノマー混合物を疎水性試薬、乳化剤、および水で分散させ、c)a)とb)からの分散液を分散させ、d)引き続き重合させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド材料の製造方法。
- c)分散液a)とb)を、超音波、膜、高圧、ローター・ステーター方式、および/または撹拌によって分散させることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のハイブリッド材料の製造方法。
