Description
しかし、研削スラッジの埋め立ては、環境の面から好ましくないばかりでなく、産廃処理場の行き詰まりから、今後、埋め立て処理ができなくなることは明白である。研削で生じた研削屑の量は、切削等に比べて少ないが、軸受等のような量産ラインでは、その発生量は多量となる。

Claims (2)
- 研削ラインで発生したクーラント含有の研削スラッジをろ過した濃縮スラッジを、加圧シリンダによる圧搾によって固形化して固形化物を製造する研削スラッジの固形化物製造装置であって、
前記加圧シリンダの圧力を監視する圧力検出センサと、この圧力検出センサの信号につき、電気的信号フィルター処理によって、緩やかな圧力変化分を除き、急激な変化のみを取り出す処理を行う信号処理装置と、前記加圧シリンダの加圧速度を調整する加圧速度調整手段とを備え、前記信号処理装置により検出される加圧時の信号を監視して、この信号が設定変動率を超えたときに、前記加圧速度調整手段に前記加圧シリンダの加圧速度を設定基準に従って調整させる加圧速度制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする研削スラッジの固形化物製造装置。 - 研削ラインで発生したクーラント含有の研削スラッジをろ過した濃縮スラッジを、加圧シリンダによる圧搾によって固形化して固形化物を製造する研削スラッジの固形化物製造方法であって、
前記加圧シリンダの圧力を監視する圧力検出センサと、この圧力検出センサの信号につき、電気的信号フィルター処理によって、緩やかな圧力変化分を除き、急激な変化のみを取り出す処理を行う信号処理装置と、前記加圧シリンダの加圧速度を調整する加圧速度調整手段とを用い、前記信号処理装置により検出される加圧時の信号を監視して、この信号が設定変動率を超えたときに、前記加圧速度調整手段に前記加圧シリンダの加圧速度を設定基準に従って調整させることを特徴とする研削スラッジの固形化物製造方法。
