Claims (9)
- セパレータの両面に備えられる正極および負極を前記セパレータと共に巻き取って形成される電極組立体と;
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと;
前記ケースの一側開口を密閉するキャッププレートと;
前記キャッププレートの端子ホールに設けられる電極端子と;
前記ケース内で前記電極端子と前記電極組立体とを連結するリードタップと;
を含み、
前記電極端子は、
前記キャッププレートの内側に形成される内側端子プレートと、
前記内側端子プレートから突出されて前記リードタップの第1締結具および第2締結具にそれぞれ結合される主結合突起および補助結合突起と
を含む、2次電池。 - 前記補助結合突起は、
1つまたは複数形成される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記補助結合突起は、
前記第2締結具にコーキング(caulking)または締まり嵌め結合される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記主結合突起は、前記内側端子プレートの中心に形成され、
前記補助結合突起は、前記主結合突起と前記キャッププレートの端部との間に形成される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記補助結合突起は、
前記主結合突起を中心として両側で前記第2締結具に結合される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、
前記キャッププレートの外側に設けられる外側端子プレートと、
前記外側端子プレートに連結されるねじ部と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。 - 前記外側端子プレートおよび前記ねじ部は、同種の材質で形成および溶接される、請求項6に記載の2次電池。
- 前記外側端子プレートおよび前記電極端子は、異種の材質で形成およびコーキング締結される、請求項7に記載の2次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、
前記キャッププレートの外側に設けられるナットで締結されるねじ部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
