Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예의 이차 전지는, 세퍼레이터의 양면에 구비되는 양극과 음극을 상기 세퍼레이터와 함께 권취하여 형성되는 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 내장하는 케이스, 상기 케이스의 일측 개구를 밀폐하는 캡플레이트, 상기 캡플레이트의 단자홀에 설치되는 전극단자, 및 상기 케이스 내에서 상기 전극단자와 상기 전극 조립체를 용접으로 연결하는 리드탭을 포함하며, 상기 전극단자는, 상기 캡플레이트의 내측에 형성되는 내측 단자 플레이트, 및 상기 내측 단자 플레이트에서 돌출되어, 상기 리드탭의 제1 체결구와 제2 체결구에 각각 결합되는 주결합돌기와 보조결합돌기를 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 세퍼레이터의 양면에 구비되는 양극과 음극을 상기 세퍼레이터와 함께 권취하여 형성되는 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체를 내장하는 케이스;
상기 케이스의 일측 개구를 밀폐하는 캡플레이트;
상기 캡플레이트의 단자홀에 설치되는 전극단자; 및
상기 케이스 내에서 상기 전극단자와 상기 전극 조립체를 연결하는 리드탭을 포함하며,
상기 전극단자는,
상기 캡플레이트의 내측에 형성되는 내측 단자 플레이트, 및
상기 내측 단자 플레이트에서 돌출되어, 상기 리드탭의 제1 체결구와 제2 체결구에 각각 결합되는 주결합돌기와 보조결합돌기를 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보조결합돌기는,
하나 또는 복수로 형성되는 이차 전지. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보조결합돌기는,
상기 제2 체결구에 코킹 또는 억지끼움 결합되는 이차 전지. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 주결합돌기는 상기 내측 단자 플레이트의 중심에 형성되고,
상기 보조결합돌기는 상기 주결합돌기와 상기 캡플레이트의 끝 사이에 형성되는 이차 전지. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 보조결합돌기는,
상기 주결합돌기를 중심으로 하여 양쪽에서 상기 제2 체결구에 결합되는 이차 전지. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 전극단자는,
상기 캡플레이트의 외측에 설치되는 외측 단자 플레이트와,
상기 외측 단자 플레이트에 연결되는 나사부를 더 포함하는 이차 전지. - 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 외측 단자 플레이트와 상기 나사부는 동종재질로 형성 및 용접되는 이차 전지. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 외측 단자 플레이트와 상기 전극단자는 이종재질로 형성 및 코킹 체결되는 이차 전지. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 전극단자는,
상기 캡플레이트의 외측에 설치되는 너트로 체결되는 나사부를 더 포함하는 이차 전지.
