(錠剤)
賦形剤として、結晶セルロース(60〜150mg)、デンプン(40〜100mg)、ステアリン酸カルシウム(15〜25mg)、デキストリン(5〜10mg)および微粒二酸化ケイ素(2〜8mg)を使用し、表5〜10に記載する処方を、慣用法に従って錠剤として調製した。具体的には、各成分を処方に従って配合し、粉砕、造粒、乾燥、整粒および混合を行い、それを定法に従って打錠して錠剤(150〜450mg)の形態に調製した。
(ソフトカプセル)
賦形剤として、ミツロウ(40〜100mg)、サフラワー油(15〜150mg)、ゼラチン(5〜10mg)およびグリセリン(2〜8mg)を使用し、表6〜11に記載する処方を、慣用法に従ってソフトカプセルとして調製した。具体的には、各成分を処方に従って配合し、定法に従って外皮調製、芯液調製、製球および乾燥を行い、ソフトカプセル(150〜480mg)の形態に調製した。
(顆粒剤)
賦形剤として、デキストリン(500〜1500mg)およびキサンタンガム(200〜400mg)を使用し、表6〜11に記載する処方を、慣用法に従って顆粒剤として調製した。具体的には、各成分を処方に従って配合し、定法に従って混合、造粒、乾燥および整粒して顆粒剤(710mg〜2130mg)の形態に調製した。
