Claims (5)
- 非真空雰囲気内に搭載され、冷凍機におけるパルスチューブと蓄冷器との温度差が低減されたギフォード・マクマホンタイプのパルスチューブ冷凍機であって、
チューブに収容された第1段蓄冷器と、当該第1段蓄冷器の低温側の端部と接続した第1段パルスチューブと、第2段蓄冷器と、当該第2段蓄冷器の低温側と接続した第2段パルスチューブと、を含むパルスチューブエキスパンダと、
前記チューブ内において前記第1段蓄冷器の低温側の端部に配置され、前記第2段パルスチューブに対する前記第1段蓄冷器の軸方向の位置をずらすための第1スペーサを含み、
前記第1スペーサの長さは、前記第1段パルスチューブの長さの5%から20%の範囲内である、冷凍機。 - 非真空雰囲気内に搭載され、冷凍機におけるパルスチューブと蓄冷器との温度差が低減されたギフォード・マクマホンタイプのパルスチューブ冷凍機であって、
第1段蓄冷器と、当該第1段蓄冷器の低温側の端部と接続した第1段パルスチューブと、第2段蓄冷器と、当該第2段蓄冷器の低温側と接続した第2段パルスチューブと、を含むパルスチューブエキスパンダと、
前記第2段パルスチューブの高温側の端部に配置され、前記第1段蓄冷器及び前記第2蓄冷器に対する前記第2段パルスチューブの軸方向の位置をずらすための第2スペーサを含み、
前記スペーサの長さは、前記第2段パルスチューブの長さの5%から20%の範囲内である、冷凍機。 - 前記パルスチューブエキスパンダは、クライオスタット内に搭載される、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記非真空雰囲気は、水素及びネオン雰囲気のいずれかである、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機。
- 前記非真空雰囲気は、ヘリウム雰囲気である、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機。
