Claims (4)
- 表面プラズモン吸収ピークを有する金属ナノ粒子が有機又は無機材料中に分散されてなる金属ナノ粒子分散膜を受光面に有することを特徴とする太陽電池。
- 上記金属ナノ粒子分散膜が、表面修飾された金属ナノ粒子と有機又は無機材料とを分散媒に分散・溶解した塗布液を受光面に塗布して得られたものである請求項1に記載の太陽電池。
- 上記有機又は無機材料が有機ポリマーである請求項1又は請求項2に記載の太陽電池。
- 表面プラズモン吸収ピークを有する金属ナノ粒子と、有機又は無機材料とを分散媒中に分散・溶解して得られた塗布液を受光面に塗布して、受光面に金属ナノ粒子分散膜を形成することを特徴とする太陽電池の製造方法。
