Description
Claims (9)
- 経路案内方法であって、
各POI(Point Of Interest:POI)の状態情報を、周期的または非周期的に収集して状態情報DBに格納する段階と、
POIの状態情報の要請に応じて前記状態情報DBから1つ以上の候補POIを検索し、前記候補POIの状態情報を抽出する段階であって、前記候補POIは、前記候補POIの名称または前記候補POIの業種/テーマに基づいて前記状態情報データベースから検索されることと、
前記POIの収集された状態情報の履歴データを管理し、前記履歴データの統計分析結果を生成して、履歴/分析データベースに格納する段階と、
前記1つ以上の候補POIの状態情報に欠測値が存在するとき、前記履歴/分析データベースを参照して、欠落した状態情報に相当する履歴データ及び前記履歴データの統計分析結果を用いて前記欠測値を補正する段階と、
前記候補POIの抽出された状態情報をそれぞれの前記POIへの経路に反映させて、前記経路に沿って案内する段階とを含み、
前記状態情報は、前記POIのサービス人員数、サービス価格、推薦順位、サービス待ち時間、宣伝用リアルタイム映像、駐車場可用空間、及びサービス所要時間のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする経路案内方法。 - 前記候補POIは、前記候補POIに到達する所要時間と距離を条件として検索されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経路案内方法。
- 前記それぞれの候補POIの所要時間を計算する段階と、
基準時点を参照し、前記所要時間が計算された前記それぞれの候補POIの有効性を検証する段階とを更に有し、
前記状態情報が前記営業時間である場合、前記基準時点は現在時点、前記それぞれの候補POIへの到着時点又は前記それぞれの候補POIのサービス時間の経過後時点であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経路案内方法。 - 前記基準時点が現在時点である場合、前記所要時間はゼロ(0)に設定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の経路案内方法。
- 前記基準時点が到着時点である場合、前記所要時間は前記それぞれの候補POIへの移動時間に設定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の経路案内方法。
- 前記基準時点がサービス時間の経過後の時点である場合、前記所要時間は前記それぞれの候補POIへの移動時間に前記サービス時間を追加することで計算された時間に設定されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の経路案内方法。
- 前記欠測値が補正された状態情報は、前記状態情報の信頼度情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経路案内方法。
- POIの状態情報提供装置であって、
前記POIの状態情報を、周期的または非周期的に収集する状態情報収集部と、
前記収集された状態情報を格納する状態情報DBと、
前記収集された状態情報の履歴データを管理し、前記履歴データを統計分析して統計分析結果を生成する状態情報分析部と、
前記履歴データ及び前記統計分析結果を格納する履歴/分析DBと、
POIの状態情報が要請されるとき、前記状態情報DBから1つ以上の候補POIを検索し、前記検索された候補POIの状態情報を抽出して、前記候補POIへの経路に前記抽出された候補POIの状態情報が反映されてその経路に沿って案内が行われるようにする状態検索部と、
前記候補POIの状態情報に欠測値が存在するとき、前記履歴/分析DBを参照して、欠落した状態情報に相当する履歴データ及び前記履歴データの前記統計分析結果を用いて前記欠測値を補正する状態予測部とを備え、
前記候補POIは、前記候補POIの名称または前記候補POIの業種/テーマに基づいて前記状態情報DBから検索され、
前記状態情報は、前記POIのサービス人員数、サービス価格、推薦順位、サービス待ち時間、宣伝用リアルタイム映像、駐車場可用空間、及びサービス所要時間のうちの少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする状態情報提供装置。 - 前記候補POIは、前記候補POIに到達する所要時間と距離を検索条件として検索されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の状態情報提供装置。
