Description
活性成分として0.2〜0.5重量%のPd、
助剤として2〜8重量%のランタン及び/又はセリウム、ならびに
2〜8重量%のアルカリ土類金属を含むことを特徴とし、前記触媒は0.07〜0.15mmのシェル厚、70〜150m2/gの比表面積及び0.3〜0.6ml/gの細孔容積を有し、担体の結晶形はθ型であるか、主としてθ型で構成されるθ、α混合型であることができる。触媒は、中又は低留分油のジオレフィン選択的水素化に、特に熱分解ガソリン留分の第1段階選択的水素化プロセスに、有用である。
アルミナ粉末:Shandong Taiguang Company Limitedから入手可能。
アルミナ担体:押出ストリップ。
180mlの水を300gのアルミナ粉末に加え、次にそれを混練し、押出し、空気中120℃で乾燥し、540℃で4時間か焼した。次に、76.5gの硝酸マグネシウムを水に溶解し、担体に含浸させ、空気中120℃で乾燥し、1020℃で4時間か焼することで、Al2O3担体を生産した。
180mlの水を300gのアルミナ粉末に加え、次にそれを混練し、押出し、空気中120℃で乾燥し、540℃で4時間か焼した。次に28.7gの硝酸ランタンを水に溶解し、担体に含浸させ、空気中120℃で乾燥し、1020℃で4時間か焼することで、Al2O3担体を生産した。
180mlの水を300gのアルミナ粉末に加え、次にそれを混練し、押出し、空気中120℃で乾燥し、540℃で4時間か焼した。次に、45.2gの硝酸セリウムを水に溶解し、担体に含浸させ、空気中120℃で乾燥し、1020℃で4時間か焼することで、Al2O3担体を生産した。
180mlの水を300gのアルミナ粉末に加え、次にそれを混練し、押出し、空気中120℃で乾燥し、560℃で4時間か焼した。次に、69.7gの硝酸マグネシウム及び34.5gの硝酸セリウムを水に溶解し、担体に含浸させ、空気中120℃で乾燥し、850℃で4時間か焼することで、δ型のAl2O3担体を生産した。
180mlの水を300gのアルミナ粉末に加え、次にそれを混練し、押出し、空気中120℃で乾燥し、560℃で4時間か焼した。次に、7.6gの硝酸カリウム及び2.1gの硝酸銀を水に溶解し、担体に含浸させ、空気中120℃で乾燥し、980℃で4時間か焼することで、θ型のAl2O3担体を生産した。

細孔容積:BET法
ジオレフィン:油のジオレフィン価は無水リンゴ酸法によって決定し、gヨウ素/100g油として表す。
ヨウ素価:油のヨウ素価はヨウ素クロリド法で決定し、gヨウ素/100g油として表す。
Claims (10)
- 担体としてのアルミナと、担体の表面にエッグシェル状に分布した活性成分としてのパラジウムとを有する、選択的水素化触媒であって、触媒の総重量に基づいて、
活性成分として0.2〜0.5重量%のPdと;
助剤として2〜8重量%のランタン及び/又はセリウムと;
2〜8重量%のアルカリ土類金属と;
0〜2.0重量%のAg及び/又はKと;を含むことを特徴とし、
前記触媒が0.07〜0.15mmのシェル厚、70〜150m2/gの比表面積、0.3〜0.6ml/gの細孔容積を有し、前記担体の結晶形がθ型、又はα型が15%未満のθ、α混合型である、選択的水素化触媒。 - アルカリ土類金属がカルシウム、マグネシウム、ストロンチウム及びバリウムの1つ以上である請求項1記載の選択的水素化触媒。
- 触媒中のアルカリ土類金属が3〜6重量%の量である、請求項1記載の選択的水素化触媒。
- 触媒が80〜120m2/gの比表面積を有する請求項1記載の選択的水素化触媒。
- 触媒中のPdが0.2〜0.4重量%の量である請求項1記載の選択的水素化触媒。
- 触媒中のランタン及び/又はセリウムが2〜6重量%の量である請求項1記載の選択的水素化触媒。
- 触媒中のAg及び/又はKの添加量が0.4〜1.7重量%である請求項1記載の選択的水素化触媒。
- 活性成分が含浸によって添加され、パラジウムの添加に先だって、アルカリ土類金属、ランタン及び/又はセリウムが添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的水素化触媒を製造するための方法。
- アルカリ土類金属、ランタン及び/又はセリウムが、θ型又はθ、α混合型のアルミナの形成に先だって添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的水素化触媒を製造するための方法。
- アルカリ土類金属元素、ランタン及び/又はセリウムの可溶性塩を水に溶解して溶液を形成させることと;
担体に前記溶液を含浸させることと;
40〜120℃で乾燥することと;
900〜1100℃で4〜6時間か焼することによって、アルカリ土類金属元素、ランタン及び/又はセリウムを含有するθ型又はθ、α混合型のアルミナ担体を形成させることと;
θ型又はθ、α混合型の前記アルミナ担体に、貴金属パラジウムを含有する塩溶液と混和する液体を予備含浸させることと;
次に、θ型又はθ、α混合型の予備含浸済アルミナ担体に、貴金属パラジウムを含有する塩溶液を含浸させることと;
得られた含浸済アルミナ担体を洗浄し、乾燥することと;
350〜500℃で2〜4時間か焼することによって、触媒生成物を得ることとを含むこと;を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の選択的水素化触媒を製造するための方法。
