Description

The present invention relates to an electric wire covering, and more particularly to an electric wire covering that is hardly affected by wind.

Conventionally, when carrying out construction work in the vicinity of an electric wire, or when an electric wire is installed in a place with a lot of trees, etc., an electric wire covering has been provided on the electric wire as a mark to remind you that the electric wire is provided. It has been. The wire covering body includes a tubular main body having a flat outer surface. A main body has a pair of edge part extended in a longitudinal direction, and it is comprised so that the crack between this edge part may be spaced apart and an electric wire may be inserted (refer patent document 1).

The electric wire covering body proposed by patent document 1 is provided with a pair of extension part extended to the outward of a main body from each of a pair of edge part. After the electric wire is inserted into the main body, the pair of extending portions are brought close to each other and the crack is closed to cover the electric wire. The extension portion faces downward of the main body in a state where the electric wire is covered.

However, when the electric wire covering proposed in Patent Document 1 is placed on an electric wire, the wind receiving area becomes larger than the electric wire, so that the wind pressure load received by the electric wire covering increases. In particular, since the surface area which receives the wind which blows from the direction which cross | intersects the direction where an electric wire is extended becomes large in the extension part arrange | positioned under a main body, a wind pressure load becomes large easily. For this reason, there existed a possibility that an electric wire covering might fall by a strong wind. In addition, when a typhoon hits, there was a risk of electric poles being inclined or collapsed, and wire breakage.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an electric wire covering that is not easily affected by wind.

(1) According to the present invention, a tubular main body having a pair of edge portions extending in the longitudinal direction and having a crack formed between the pair of edge portions, and outward from the main body from each of the pair of edge portions. A pair of extending portions extending and a plurality of convex portions provided at least on the outer surface of the main body are provided, and the extending portion extends in the horizontal direction while covering the electric wire.

(2) It is preferable to provide a protruding portion provided at a position facing the pair of extending portions and protruding outward from the main body.

(3) The main body has a substantially elliptical cross section in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the main body, and the pair of extending portions and the protruding portion are one end and the other end in the major axis direction of the substantially elliptical shape. It is preferable to arrange in the part.

(4) It is preferably composed of an insulating member.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an electric wire covering that is not easily affected by wind.

Hereinafter, 1st Embodiment of the electric wire coating | coated body 1 of this invention is described concretely. FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a state in which the wire covering 1 according to the first embodiment is installed on an electric wire 10. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the wire covering 1. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the wire covering 1.

As shown in FIG. 1, the wire covering body 1 according to the present embodiment is used as a mark that makes it possible to visually recognize that the electric wire 10 is arranged and call attention.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wire covering body 1 of the present embodiment includes a main body 2, a pair of edge portions 3 a and 3 b, a pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b, a crack 4, and a protruding portion 6. And a plurality of protrusions 7 as a plurality of convex portions.

The main body 2 has a tubular shape capable of covering the electric wire 10. The dimension of the main body 2 is appropriately changed depending on the dimension of the electric wire 10 to be covered. For example, the dimensions of the main body 2 are 2 to 5 m in total length, 20 to 50 mm in inner diameter, 22 to 60 mm in outer diameter, and 1 to 5 mm in thickness.

The pair of edge portions 3 a and 3 b are provided so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the main body 2. The pair of edge portions 3a and 3b can be separated from each other. The pair of edge portions 3a and 3b are in contact with each other when the wire covering body 1 covers the electric wire.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b extend outward from the main body 2 from the pair of edge portions 3 a and 3 b. A concave portion 51 is formed in one of the extended portions 5a and 5b. A convex portion 52 is formed on the other extending portion 5b. By engaging the concave portion 51 and the convex portion 52 with each other, the extending portions 5a and 5b are securely locked to each other.

The pair of extending portions 5a and 5b have a plate shape. The longitudinal direction of the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b is along the longitudinal direction of the main body 2. The length from a pair of edge part 3a, 3b to the outer edge part of a pair of extension part 5a, 5b is 10-30 mm, for example. The length in the thickness direction of the side surfaces 54 of the pair of extending portions 5a and 5b is, for example, 0.8 to 20 mm. In a state where the wire covering body 1 covers the wire 10, the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b are arranged to extend horizontally.

The crack 4 is formed between the pair of edge portions 3 a and 3 b, and each of the edge portions 3 a and 3 b is provided on one side and the other side of the crack 4. The crack 4 is formed between the pair of edge portions 3a and 3b and the outer ends of the pair of extension portions 5a and 5b. The crack 4 can be separated from the crack 4 in order to insert the electric wire 10 into the main body 2. When the split 4 is separated, the hollow portion of the main body 2 and the space outside the main body 2 are continuous.

The protruding portion 6 is provided at a position facing the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b and protrudes outward from the peripheral surface of the main body 2. The protrusion 6 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body 2. The protruding portion 6 has a shape that is substantially the same as the shape in which the extending portions 5a and 5b are joined together. The protruding portion 6 and the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b are provided symmetrically with respect to the main body 2. The protrusion 6 is made of the same polyethylene material as that of the main body 2.

The plurality of protrusions 7 are provided on at least the outer surface of the main body 2. The protrusions 7 have a hemispherical shape and are arranged adjacent to each other. The diameter of the protrusion 7 is 0.5 to 2 mm, preferably 0.6 to 1.5 mm. The height of the protrusion 7 is 0.1 to 0.7 mm.

The wire covering body 1 has one of its longitudinal directions connected to the joint protrusion 11 and the other connected to the joint recess 12. The electric wire covering body 1 can be connected by inserting the joint convex portion 11 of one electric wire covering body 1 into the joint concave portion 12 of the other electric wire covering body 1.

Next, the operation of the wire covering body 1 will be described.
The electric wire covering 1 is connected to the joint concave portion 12 and the joint convex portion 11 before covering the electric wire 10. By connecting the plurality of joint protrusions 11 to the plurality of joint recesses 12, the wire covering 1 is adjusted to a necessary length.

In order to cover the electric wire 10 with the electric wire covering body 1, the electric wire 10 is inserted into the main body 2. Each of the extending portions 5a and 5b is moved in a direction to be separated from each other, and the crack 4 is opened. After the electric wire 10 is inserted into the main body 2, the concave portions 51 and the convex portions 52 of the extending portions 5a and 5b of the electric wire covering body 1 are engaged, and the crack 4 is reliably closed.

At this time, the pair of extending portions 5a and 5b are arranged substantially parallel to the ground so as to extend in the horizontal direction while covering the electric wire 10. The pair of extending portions 5a and 5b have a plate shape. For this reason, when the wind blows in a direction intersecting with the direction in which the wire covering body 1 extends, the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b hardly receive the wind from the front surface 53.

The wind blown in the direction intersecting with the direction in which the wire covering body 1 extends blows toward the plate-shaped side surface 54 side of the pair of extending portions 5a and 5b. Side surfaces 54 of the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b are formed thinner than the front surface 53. For this reason, compared with the case where a pair of extension part 5a, 5b receives a wind from the front 53, there is little resistance with respect to a wind.

The protruding portion 6 is provided so as to be symmetrical with the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b with respect to the main body 2. For this reason, by arrange | positioning a pair of extension part 5a, 5b so that it may extend in a horizontal direction, the protrusion part 6 is arrange | positioned so that it may extend in a horizontal direction. Since the protruding portion 6 and the pair of extending portions 5a and 5b are provided symmetrically with respect to the main body 2 and extend in the horizontal direction, the protruding portion 6 and the pair of extending portions 5a and 5b have a weight. It becomes possible to balance.

A plurality of protrusions 7 are provided on the outer surface of the main body 2. For this reason, when the wind hits the wire covering 1, a turbulent flow is generated in the boundary layer between the wire covering 1 and the surrounding air. By this turbulent flow, the wind hitting the wire covering body 1 does not immediately peel from the outer surface of the wire covering body 1 but flows so as to adhere to the outer surface of the wire covering body 1.

When the wind hits the wire covering 1, the wind turning to the leeward side forms a vortex called Karman vortex. The air pressure is low inside this vortex. When the protrusion 7 is not provided on the wire covering 1, the air pressure is increased by the wind hitting the wire covering 1 on the windward side, and the wire pressure difference is caused by the pressure difference from the low pressure inside the Karman vortex on the leeward side. Wind pressure load is applied to the covering 1.
When the projection 7 is provided on the wire covering body 1 and the wind that hits the wire covering body 1 flows so as to adhere to the outer surface of the wire covering body 1, The difference in atmospheric pressure from the low atmospheric pressure inside the Karman vortex generated on the leeward side of the covering 1 is reduced. Thereby, the wind pressure load concerning the electric wire covering 1 is reduced.

According to the first embodiment, the following effects are achieved.
According to the present embodiment, the plurality of protrusions 7 are provided on the outer surface of the main body 2. For this reason, a turbulent flow is generated in the wind hitting the wire covering body 1. As described above, the turbulent flow causes the wind that hits the wire covering body 1 to flow to adhere to the outer surface of the wire covering body 1. By reducing the pressure difference between the air pressure on the windward side that is increased by the wind hitting the wire sheath 1 and the low air pressure inside the Karman vortex generated on the leeward side of the wire sheath 1, the wire sheath 1 The wind pressure load hitting is reduced. Therefore, even when a strong wind blows, the electric wire covering body 1 can be prevented from falling, and the burden of the electric wire 10 and the electric wire covering body 1 on the utility pole 100 can be reduced.

Moreover, according to this embodiment, a pair of extension part 5a, 5b is arrange | positioned in parallel with respect to the ground so that it may extend in a horizontal direction in the state which coat | covered the electric wire 10. FIG. Therefore, the plate-like surfaces of the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b are unlikely to receive wind blowing from the front surface 53 in a direction intersecting with the extending direction of the wire covering body 1. On the other hand, the side surfaces 54 of the pair of extending portions 5 a and 5 b are formed thinner than the front surface 53. Since the wind blowing in the direction intersecting the direction in which the wire covering body 1 extends is received by the plate-like side surface 54, the resistance when the wind hits the wire covering body 1 is reduced. Therefore, the wind pressure load which a pair of extension part 5a, 5b receives can be reduced.

Moreover, according to this embodiment, the protrusion part 6 extended outward from the main body 2 was provided in the position facing a pair of extension part 5a, 5b. For this reason, the protrusion part 6 and a pair of extension part 5a, 5b become symmetrical with respect to the main body 2, and it becomes possible to balance the weight of the protrusion part 6 and a pair of extension part 5a, 5b. . Therefore, the wire covering body 1 can stably maintain the state in which the protruding portion 6 and the pair of extending portions 5a and 5b are arranged so as to extend in the horizontal direction.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to this.
In the present embodiment, the wire covering body 1 is used as a mark that makes it possible to visually recognize that the electric wire 10 is provided and call attention. However, the electric wire covering body may be formed of an insulating member and used as an electric wire protective tube. In this case, the main body of the wire covering body is configured to have a two-layer structure of an inner layer and an outer layer. In addition, the inner layer is configured to have insulation and wear resistance that satisfy a predetermined standard as a wire protection tube, and insulation is maintained.

Further, the arrangement and shape of the protrusions 7 may be changed as appropriate. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 7 is formed on the entire outer surface of the main body 2, but a part of the outer surface of the main body may be a flat surface, and only a part of the protrusion may be provided. Moreover, in this embodiment, although the projection part 7 is formed in the hemispherical shape, if the turbulent flow of air can be produced around the electric wire covering, the shape of the projection part is not particularly limited. For example, the projection may be conical or spindle shaped.

Next, an electric wire covering body 1A according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the wire covering body 1A according to the second embodiment. The description of the first embodiment is used as appropriate for points that are not particularly described in the description of the second embodiment.

The wire covering body 1 </ b> A according to the second embodiment includes a substantially elliptical cross section in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the main body 2. The pair of extending portions 5a and 5b and the projecting portion 6 of the wire covering body 1A are disposed at the ends of one and the other in the major axis direction along the major axis direction of the substantially elliptical cross section. That is, in a state where the wire covering 1A covers the wire 10, the wire cover 1A is arranged so that the major axis direction of the substantially elliptical cross section is in the horizontal direction and the minor axis direction is in the vertical direction.

By arranging the wire covering body 1A in this way, the width in the short axis direction of the wire covering body 1A is larger than the width in the long axis direction even when wind blows in the direction intersecting the extending direction of the wire. Since it is narrow, the resistance to wind can be reduced. For this reason, the wire covering body 1A is suitably used in an area or a place where the wind blows frequently in a direction intersecting with the direction in which the electric wire extends, for example, near the coastline.
