Description
ロラタジン製剤は、選択されたトリグリセリド中鎖脂肪酸、例えばCAPTEX(商標) 355を、選択されたモノおよびジグリセリド中鎖脂肪酸、例えばCAPMUL(商標) MCMと組み合わせることによって最初に調製する。混合物を攪拌し、高温、好ましくは少なくとも40℃に、より好ましくは約50℃から約70℃の間に、最も好ましくは約55℃から約65℃に加熱する。その後、望ましい量のロラタジンを混合物に前記した比率で加える。その後、POLYSORBATE(商標) 80および水を混合物に加える。その後、ポビドンを混合物に加える。得られた混合物を高温で維持し、連続して、典型的には少なくとも約25分間攪拌し、確実に完全に溶解させる。溶液を脱気し、その後、室温に冷却する。

- 3重量%〜7重量%の範囲の量のロラタジン、
33重量%〜83重量%の範囲の量の1つまたは複数のモノおよびジグリセリド中鎖脂肪酸、
8重量%〜50重量%の範囲の量の1つまたは複数のトリグリセリド中鎖脂肪酸、
ポビドン、ならびに
1つまたは複数の界面活性剤
を含む、ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤形用のロラタジンの医薬製剤。 - 水をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の製剤。
- ポビドンの量が、7重量%〜12重量%の範囲である、請求項1または2に記載の製剤。
- 界面活性剤の量が、2重量%〜5重量%の範囲である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の製剤。
