Claims (9)
- チューブ状グラフトに第1のパターンに形成された補強材を有する第1のステント部分と、前記チューブ状グラフトに第2のパターンに形成された補強材を有する第2のステント部分とを有する、ステントグラフトであって、
第1のパターンは、チューブ状グラフトの縦軸と平行な螺旋軸を有する螺旋状のパターンで、前記チューブ状グラフトの周りに配置された第1のステント部分の範囲にわたって連続的なワイヤーからなる補強材を含み、
第2のパターンは、前記チューブ状グラフトの縦軸周りに周方向に走る線に対して揺動するような、補強材からなる円環体を少なくとも一つ有し、
前記第1のステント部分と第2のステント部分とは、チューブ状グラフト自体は繋がっているが、ステントを何ら有しない領域である離間部分によって分離されている、
身体管腔に移植するためのステントグラフト。 - 第2のパターンは、nを1から3までの整数としたとき2+4nの数の頂点を有する、請求項1記載のステントグラフト。
- チューブ状グラフトは、第1のステント部分の領域における第1の直径と、第2のステント部分の領域における第2の直径とを有し、且つ第1の直径が第2の直径と異なる、請求項1または2に記載のステントグラフト。
- 第1の直径と第2の直径との差が5mm以下である、請求項3記載のステントグラフト。
- 第1の直径と第2の直径との差が約2mmである、請求項3記載のステントグラフト。
- 第1の直径が第2の直径よりも大きい、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 第2の直径が第1の直径よりも大きい、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 第2のステント部分は、チューブ状グラフトの周方向に配置された、補強材からなる円環体を複数有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
- 第1及び第2のステント部分は、前記離間部分によって分離されており、その軸方向長さは、第1のステント部分の領域におけるグラフト直径の1/6〜1/3である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のステントグラフト。
