Description

The present invention relates to a paper bag provided with a paper layer of two or more paper cylinders, and more particularly to an improvement of a paper bag using reinforcing paper.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 11, a paper bag 51 having two paper cylinders of paper layers 2 and 3 has a gap between the paper layers of the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b, which are both ends of the paper bag 51. In addition, a paper bag 51 is proposed in which reinforcing paper 5 having lengths W2 ′ and W1 ′ shorter than a length L (hereinafter referred to as “bag length”) between the mouth portion 1a and the bottom portion 1b is sandwiched. (Patent Document 1).
FIG. 11 is a conceptual front view showing a state of manufacturing a conventional paper bag, and is a two-layer paper cylinder with a reinforcing paper sandwiched between the mouth and bottom before the mouth and bottom of the paper bag are cut. It is a figure which shows the mode of a solid body.
The reinforcing paper 5 on the bottom 1b of the paper bag 51 has a length W ′ (W ′ = W1 ′ + W2 ′) integrally formed with the reinforcing paper 5 on the mouth 1a of the paper bag 61 adjacent to the bottom 1b of the paper bag 51. When the paper layers 2 and 3 are cut by the cutting plane B when sandwiched between the paper layers 2 and 3 of the two-layered paper tubular bodies in the state of the reinforcing paper, the bottom portion 1b of the paper bag 51 and the mouth portion of the paper bag 61 1a will be separated.
The reinforcing paper 5 is usually made of kraft paper, and the reinforcing paper 5 is attached to the paper layers 2 and 3 of the two-layered paper cylinder by an adhesive or the like. Note that the paper bag 51 and the paper bag 61 have different reference numerals for the sake of understanding the paper bag, but have the same structure.

In general, the mouth portion 1a and the bottom portion 1b of the paper bag 51 can be sealed by sewing the paper layers 2 and 3 with a sewing machine 7 with a thread 7 (hereinafter referred to as "sewing machine"). When the layers 2 and 3 are machined, the paper bag 51 may be torn (hereinafter referred to as “breaking bag”) from the machined part when the paper bag 51 falls.
Therefore, in the conventional paper bag 51, the portion where the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched and the paper layer becomes three layers is sewn with a thread 7 so as to improve the strength of the paper bag 51.

Further, conventionally, a paper bag having a paper layer of a two-layered paper cylindrical body is used to fold each paper layer at the mouth of the paper bag and each paper layer at the bottom, and seal the mouth and bottom of the paper bag with a sheet of paper. Paper bags have also been proposed.

By the way, since the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b of the conventional paper bag 51 (FIG. 11) are sealed by a sewing machine, in order to open the paper bag 51, the paper layers 2 and 3 are cut with a cutting tool such as a scissors. However, in order to more easily open the paper bag 51, the paper layer 2, 3 on one side is replaced by 1 instead of the sewing machine hooking on one (one side) of the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b. It is conceivable to fold one or more times and seal one side with a cover paper with an opening tape. However, in that case, since one side is not subjected to sewing, there is no need to sandwich the reinforcing paper 5 on the one side. Rather, the reinforcing paper 5 becomes a wasteful material and increases the manufacturing cost of the paper bag 51 as a whole, and the number of paper layers to be folded when the respective paper layers 2 and 3 are folded is increased by the amount of the reinforcing paper 5. Increases resilience, makes it difficult to bend and seal.

In view of the circumstances described above, the present invention provides a paper bag that is as strong as possible, can reduce the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag by reducing the reinforcing paper as a material, and can be easily sealed and opened. Objective.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a paper bag having a paper layer of two or more layers of paper cylinders, and a paper bag is provided in the mouth portion between the mouth portion and the bottom portion which are both ends of the paper bag. Reinforcing paper is sandwiched between the layers, the paper layer sandwiching the reinforcing paper is machined, the mouth is sealed by the sewing machine, the bottom paper layer is folded, and the bottom is sealed by the application paper It is characterized by that.

The paper bag of the present invention is a paper bag having two or more layers of paper cylindrical paper sheets, and a reinforcing paper is sandwiched between the paper layers between the mouth and the bottom which are both ends of the paper bag. Since the paper layer sandwiching the reinforcing paper is machined, the mouth is sealed by the sewing machine, the bottom paper layer is folded, and the bottom is sealed by the application paper, Since the machine is hung on the part where the reinforcing paper is sandwiched and the paper layer becomes three layers, the strength of the paper bag is as strong as possible, and when the paper bag falls, the paper bag may be torn from the machined part This is a paper bag material as compared to the conventional case in which the reinforcing paper is sandwiched between the mouth and bottom paper layers, because it is not necessary to provide the reinforcing paper between the paper layers at the bottom of the paper bag. Reducing the reinforcing paper can reduce the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag, and each paper at the bottom of the paper bag Because the possibility of folding the reinforcing paper when folding the paper is prevented as much as possible, the repulsive force against bending is reduced, making it easy to fold and seal, and because the bottom of the paper bag is sealed with a pad, the bottom of the paper bag Thus, the paper layer can be opened without cutting the paper layer, so that the paper bag can be opened more easily than the conventional paper bag because the cutting device is not used.

Furthermore, the inventor of the present application has found that the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper differs depending on the quality of the reinforcing paper in the paper bag having the structure described above, and the air permeability of JIS P 8117: 1998 is 25. It has been found that the use of kraft paper of 100 sec / 100 cc or less as the reinforcing paper improves the positioning accuracy of the sticking position of the reinforcing paper.
If the reinforcing paper of the paper bag of the present invention is kraft paper having an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100 cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998, the positioning accuracy of the reinforcing paper application position is improved. As long as the positioning accuracy of the paper is not taken into consideration as much as possible, it is possible to further reduce the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag by further reducing the reinforcing paper that is a material compared to the conventional paper bag, and the reinforcing paper does not exist at the machined position In addition, the strength of the paper bag is weak and the possibility of breaking the bag from the machined part when the paper bag falls can be prevented as much as possible, and when cutting at the cutting surface, cutting of the reinforcing paper that is not sewn on the bottom of the paper bag The possibility of generating waste can be prevented as much as possible, and the possibility of folding the reinforcing paper when folding each paper layer at the bottom of the paper bag can be further prevented as much as possible. Is sealing is simplified easily bent low, and since there is no need to drop the paper bag production rate during the positioning of the bonding position of the reinforcing sheet, it was possible to increase the production rate of the paper bag.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a paper bag provided with two or more paper cylinders according to the present invention will be described in detail.

FIG. 1 is a conceptual cross-sectional view showing the basic structure of a paper bag provided with two or more paper cylinders according to the present invention, and shows a state in which an article is loaded into the paper bag. 1 to FIG. 10 described later, the same parts as those in FIG. 11 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
As shown in FIG. 1, a paper bag 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises two layers of paper layers 2 and 3 made of paper. The paper layers 2 and 3 of the two-layer paper cylindrical body are composed of the paper layer 2 of the inner paper cylindrical body and the paper layer 3 of the outer paper cylindrical body.
One end of the both ends 1 a and 1 b of the paper bag 1 is a mouth 1 a that is an inlet filled with the contents R, and the other end is a bottom 1 b of the paper bag 1.
The paper layers 2 and 3 on the bottom portion 1b are bent one or more times, and the bottom portion 1b is sealed with the backing paper 14.
A reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers 2 and 3 of the mouth 1a of the paper bag 1. The paper layers 2 and 3 sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are sealed at the mouth portion 1 a by sewing with a thread 7.

FIG. 2 is a conceptual perspective view showing a state of manufacturing the paper bag of FIG. 1 and shows a state before a two-layered cylindrical body is formed.
As shown in FIG. 2, in order to manufacture a paper bag 1 (FIG. 1) having two or more layers of paper cylinders 2 and 3 according to an embodiment of the present invention, two paper cylinders are used. In addition to preparing rectangular paper layers 2 and 3 for forming the body, rectangular reinforcing paper 5 sandwiched between the paper layers 2 and 3 was prepared.
The length W of the reinforcing paper 5 to be prepared along the bag length direction is shorter than the bag length L (W <L) as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 described later.
Further, the length W of the reinforcing paper 5 along the bag length direction is such that the reinforcing paper 5 sandwiched between the bottom 1b of the paper bag 51 shown in FIG. 10 and the reinforcing paper 5 of the mouth 1a of the adjacent paper bag 61 are used. The length of the conventional reinforcing paper 5 integrally formed is shorter than the length W ′ (W ′ = W1 ′ + W2 ′) (W <W ′). More specifically, the length W along the bag length direction of the reinforcing paper 5 is about 80 mm, and this length W is the length W ′ along the bag length direction of the conventional reinforcing paper 5. It is about half.

Next, the prepared reinforcing paper 5 was sandwiched between the paper layers 2 and 3 at the mouth as shown in FIG. In order to sandwich the reinforcing paper 5, the reinforcing paper 5 is placed at a position away from one rectangular paper layer 2. Therefore, the reinforcing paper 5 is first used as a conventional suction means including a motor (not shown). 21 (FIG. 8), and guided to a predetermined position on the rectangular paper layer 2 with respect to the rectangular paper layer 2. The suction force of the conventional suction means 21 and the release force thereof are about 50 kPa.
After the reinforcing paper 5 is guided to a predetermined position with respect to one rectangular paper 2, when the suction of the suction means 21 is released, the reinforcing paper 5 is arranged on the rectangular paper layer 2 and arranged. It was affixed on the rectangular paper layer 2 at an applied position via an adhesive (not shown).
Thereafter, the other rectangular paper layer 3 is overlaid on the one rectangular paper layer 2 to which the reinforcing paper 5 is attached, and the reinforcing paper 5 is attached to the one rectangular paper layer 2 and the other. The reinforcing paper 5 sandwiched between the rectangular paper layers 3 was attached to the other rectangular paper layer 3 via an adhesive (not shown).
The adhesive that attaches the reinforcing paper 5 to the rectangular paper layers 2 and 3 may be applied to either the reinforcing paper 5 or the rectangular paper layers 2 and 3.

Next, when the left and right ends 2a and 2b of one rectangular paper layer 2 are pasted together and the left and right ends 3a and 3b of the other rectangular paper 3 are pasted together, as shown in FIG. The cylindrical paper layer 2 and the outer cylindrical paper layer 3 could be formed.
FIG. 3 is a conceptual perspective view showing a state of manufacturing the paper bag of FIG. 1, and is a conceptual perspective view showing a paper layer of a two-layered cylindrical body sandwiched with reinforcing paper.

In FIG. 3, a state in which the two-layered paper-made cylindrical body sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 between the mouth portions 1 a is cut at a predetermined length (bag length) L is illustrated. In the process, before the cutting, as shown in FIG. 4, the two-layer paper cylinders 2, 3 are composed of a bottom 1 b of the paper bag 1 and a mouth 1 a of another paper bag 11 adjacent to the paper bag 1. Were formed in a continuous form.
4 is a conceptual front view showing a state of manufacturing the paper bag of FIG. 1, and is a two-layer paper tubular body with a reinforcing paper sandwiched between the mouth portion before the mouth portion and the bottom portion of the paper bag are cut. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the paper layers 2 and 3 of the two-layered paper cylindrical body are cut at the cutting plane B so as to have a predetermined length (bag length) L, the paper bag 1 The bottom portion 1b of the paper bag and the mouth portion 1a of the paper bag 11 adjacent thereto are separated.
The other paper bag 11 has the same structure as that of the paper bag 1, but is shown here with a different symbol for understanding the invention.
Therefore, each time the paper layers 2 and 3 of the two-layered paper cylindrical body of FIG. 4 are cut at the cutting surface B so as to have a bag length L, one paper bag having a mouth 1a and a bottom 1b. 1 was cut out and separated from the paper bag 11 adjacent thereto.

Moreover, in the paper bag 1 cut | disconnected one after another in this way, as shown in FIG. 5, the opening part was formed in the opening part 1a and the bottom part 1b, respectively.
FIG. 5 is a conceptual cross-sectional view showing a state of manufacturing the paper bag of FIG. 1, and includes the mouth portion and the bottom portion of the paper bag from the two-layered paper cylindrical body sandwiching the reinforcing paper of FIG. 4 in the mouth portion. It is a figure which shows a mode that the paper bag cut out.

Next, the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 was sealed. In order to seal the bottom 1b, as shown in FIG. 6, the paper layer of the bottom 1b was folded one or more times, and the bottom 1b was sealed with the backing paper 14.
The backing paper 14 is disposed so as to surround the folded paper layers 2 and 3, so that the folding is fixed and the bottom 1 b is sealed.
FIG. 6 is a view in which the paper layer at the bottom of the paper bag of FIG. Reference numeral 15 in FIG. 6 is an adhesive for adhering the backing paper 14 to the paper layer 3 of the tubular body outside the paper bag 1, and reference numeral 16 schematically shows an opening tape for opening the bottom 1b. ing.

When the bottom portion 1b of the paper bag 1 was sealed in this way, as shown in FIG. 7, the paper bag 1 could be filled with the contents R as indicated by the arrow C from the mouth portion 1a. FIG. 7 is a view showing a state in which the paper bag shown in FIG.

Next, the mouth 1a of the paper bag was sealed. In order to seal the mouth portion 1a, as shown in FIG. 1, after the paper layers 2 and 3 of the mouth portion 1a sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are overlapped with each other, the paper of the mouth portion 1a sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 is placed. Layers 2 and 3 were machined with thread 7. Then, the mouth 1a of the paper bag 1 could be sealed by this sewing machine.
Further, in order to open the paper bag 1 of FIG. 1, if the opening tape 16 formed on the backing paper 14 is pulled, the backing paper 14 is torn and the bottom 1 b can be opened. The opening operation of the paper bag 1 is simpler than the conventional paper bag 51 because the cutting device is not used, compared to the case where the paper layers 2 and 3 are cut and opened with a cutting device such as a scissors. The application paper 14 with the opening tape 16 is a well-known technique.

As described above, the paper bag 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is a paper bag having two or more layers of paper cylinders 2 and 3, and is formed between the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b which are both ends of the paper bag 1. Among them, the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers 2 and 3 in the mouth portion 1a, and the paper layers 2 and 3 sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are machined, and the mouth portion 1a is sealed by the sewing machine. The paper layers 2 and 3 of the bottom portion 1b are bent and the bottom portion 1b is sealed by the backing paper 14. Therefore, in the sealing of the mouth portion 1a, since the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched and the portion where the paper layer becomes three layers is sewn, the strength of the paper bag 1 is as strong as possible, and therefore the paper bag 1 is dropped. The possibility of tearing of the paper bag 1 from the portion that was sewn on the machine was prevented as much as possible. Further, since it is not necessary to arrange the reinforcing paper 5 between the paper layers 2 and 3 on the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1, a paper bag that sandwiches the reinforcing paper 5 between the paper layers 2 and 3 on the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b as in the prior art. Compared to 51, the reinforcing paper 5 which is the material of the paper bag 1 can be reduced, and thereby the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag 1 can be reduced. Further, since the possibility of folding the reinforcing paper 5 when folding the paper layers 2 and 3 on the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 can be prevented as much as possible, the repulsive force against the folding is reduced, and the paper can be easily folded and sealed. Further, since the bottom portion 1b of the paper bag 1 is sealed with the backing paper 14, it can be opened without cutting the paper layers 2 and 3 of the bottom portion 1b with a cutting tool such as a scissors, so that the paper bag compared to the conventional paper bag 51 (FIG. 11). Opening of 1 became easy.

Furthermore, the inventor of the present application has found that, as a result of intensive research, in the paper bag 1 having the structure described above, the positioning accuracy of the attachment position of the reinforcing paper 5 differs depending on the quality of the reinforcing paper 5.
Example 1
There are two types of reinforced paper: (1) Kraft paper with an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998 and (2) Kraft paper with an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100cc according to JIS P 8117: 1998. Using the above kraft paper, the paper bag 1 was manufactured by the above method (hereinafter referred to as “bag making”).
The bag making speed of the paper bag 1 was 85 m / min. Further, the distance from the cut surface (cut end portion) B of the paper bag 1 made to the cut end portion 5a of the reinforcing paper 5 was measured at two points per bag, 50 bags, and the average and standard deviation of the pasting positions. And the results in the following table were obtained. Note that the cut end portion 5a of the reinforcing paper 5 means that the reinforcing paper 5 is cut out from the reinforcing paper 5 in the form of a roll-shaped continuous paper before the reinforcing paper 5 is sucked by the suction means. , One end formed when the cut. The suction force of the suction means and the release force thereof were about 50 kPa as in the conventional case.

From the results of the experiment shown in Table 1, the fact that craft paper having an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100 cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998 is used as the reinforcing paper 5 improves the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5. found.
In other words, by restricting the reinforcing paper 5 to kraft paper having an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100 cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998, variation in the position of the reinforcing paper 5 is suppressed as much as possible. I understood that I could do it.
Of course, the lower limit of the kraft paper as the reinforcing paper 5 is 0 sec / 100 cc of air permeability according to JIS P 8117: 1998.
Further, the suction of the reinforcing paper 5 by the suction means 21 and the release of the suction are performed only by opening and closing the air flow path 22 of the suction means 21 (in other words, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B). Therefore, the timing of releasing the suction changes depending on the difference in the air permeability of the reinforcing paper 5, and the air permeability has a high air permeability value. In the case of kraft paper having a temperature exceeding 25 seconds / 100 cc, it is considered that the reinforcing paper 5 is not easily separated from the suction means by releasing the suction by the suction means, and the sticking position of the reinforcing paper 5 is likely to vary.
The air flow path 22 is a passage for guiding air sucked when the reinforcing paper 5 is sucked by the motor of the suction means 21, and the opening / closing means 22 a is a valve disposed in the air flow path 22. It is.
Note that FIG. 8 described above is a conceptual cross-sectional view showing the operation of the suction means, and particularly in FIG. 8A, the air flow path is released by the opening / closing means, and the reinforcing paper is sucked by the suction means. FIG. 8B is a diagram showing a state in which the air flow path is closed by the opening / closing means, and thus the reinforcing paper is separated from the suction means and disposed on the rectangular paper layer. .

When the conventional paper bag 51 is manufactured, the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is not positioned at a fixed position with respect to the two paper layers 2 and 3, in other words, the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is poor. For this reason, the paper layer portion not sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 is sewn and the strength of the paper bag 1 is weak, and when the paper bag 1 is dropped, there is a possibility of breaking the bag from the sewn portion. In order to solve this problem, conventionally, in the manufacture of the paper bag 51, the reinforcing paper 5 having a length in consideration of the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 has been required.

However, when the reinforcing paper 5 of the paper bag 1 of the present invention is kraft paper having an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100 cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998, variation in the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is as much as possible. As a result, the positioning accuracy of the reinforcing paper 5 is improved, so that it is not necessary to prepare the reinforcing paper 5 having a length considering the positioning accuracy of the reinforcing paper 5. Therefore, since the length W of the reinforcing paper 5 in the bag length direction can be shorter than the length W ′ of the conventional reinforcing paper 5, the reinforcing paper 5 as a material can be further reduced as compared with the conventional paper bag 51. The manufacturing cost of the whole 1 could be further reduced. In other words, the amount of reinforcing paper 5 that is a material can be further reduced as compared with the conventional paper bag 51 and the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag 1 can be reduced as much as the positioning accuracy of the sticking position of the reinforcing paper 5 is not considered as much as possible. .

In addition, the paper bag 1 is normally cut into a bag length L by cutting a two-layer paper cylindrical body so that the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 and the mouth 1a of the paper bag 11 adjacent to the paper bag 1 are separated. However, if the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched only between the paper layers 2 and 3 in either the mouth 1a or the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1, the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is poor and the two layers are conventionally used. Since the position where the reinforcing paper 5 is applied to the paper layers 2 and 3 is not constant, the reinforcing paper 5 does not exist at the position where the sewing paper is applied as described above, and the paper bag 1 falls because the strength of the paper bag 1 is weak. In addition to the possibility of breaking the bag from the portion that has been machined, the cutting paper 20 of the reinforcing paper 5 that is not sewn on the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 when cut at the cutting surface B as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the paper layer 2 at the bottom 1b that does not need to sandwich the reinforcing paper 5 There is a risk that the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the three and the bottom portion 1b is difficult to bend and difficult to be sealed. Further, if the attachment position of the reinforcing paper 5 sandwiched between the paper layers 2 and 3 is surely positioned at the same position, the production speed of the paper bag 1 has to be reduced. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, in the manufacture of a paper bag in which the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched only between the paper layers 2 and 3 in either the mouth portion 1a or the bottom portion 1b, compared to the conventional paper bag 51 (FIG. 11). However, it is considered that the reinforcing paper 5 having a length in consideration of the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is necessary.
FIG. 9 shows a state in which cutting waste of reinforcing paper is generated when the cutting surface B is cut if the positioning accuracy of the sticking position of the reinforcing paper sandwiched between the two-layer paper cylinders of FIG. 4 is poor. It is explanatory drawing which shows. This cut waste 20 is paper waste having both ends of the cut surface B and the cut end portion (one end portion) 5 a of the reinforcing paper 5. Each cutting direction of the cut surface B and the reinforcing paper 5 is a direction perpendicular to the paper surface of the drawing and parallel to the horizontal direction of the cylindrical paper layers 2 and 3 shown in FIG.
Also, FIG. 10 shows that if the positioning accuracy of the attachment position of the reinforcing paper sandwiched between the two layers of the paper cylindrical body of FIG. 4 is poor, the reinforcing paper will be placed between the paper layers at the bottom of the paper bag when cut at the cut surface. It is a figure explaining that it is pinched and it is hard to bend after that and a bottom part is hard to seal.

However, when the reinforcing paper 5 of the paper bag 1 of the present invention is kraft paper having an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100 cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998, as described above, the variation in the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 Since the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is improved, the reinforcing paper 5 is not present at the position where the sewing paper is hung and the strength of the paper bag is weak and the paper bag 1 is dropped when the paper bag 1 is dropped. The possibility of breaking the bag from the cut portion can be further prevented as much as possible, and when the cutting surface B is cut, the cutting waste of the reinforcing paper 5 not sewn on the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 can be generated as much as possible. Further, the possibility of folding the reinforcing paper 5 when folding the paper layers 2 and 3 on the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 can be further prevented as much as possible. It becomes single, and because there is no need to drop the production rate of the bag 1 during the positioning of the bonding position of the reinforcing sheet 5, it was possible to increase the production rate of the paper bag 1. In addition, by improving the positioning accuracy of the attachment position of the reinforcing paper 5 described above, it is necessary to prepare the reinforcing paper 5 having a length in consideration of the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 in the manufacture of the paper bag 1. Since it is eliminated as much as possible, the reinforcing paper 5 as the material can be further reduced as compared with the conventional paper bag 51, and thus the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag 1 can be further reduced.

As described above, the paper bag 1 having two or more paper cylindrical paper layers 2 and 3 according to the present invention includes the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b which are both ends of the paper bag 1. Reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers at the mouth portion 1a, and the paper layers 2 and 3 sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are machined, and the mouth portion 1a is sealed by the sewing machine, and the paper layer of the bottom portion 1b. 2 and 3 are folded and the bottom 1b is sealed by the paper 14, so that the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the three layers of the paper layer, so that the strength of the paper bag 1 is improved. Since the possibility that the paper bag 1 is torn from the portion of the machine bag 1 when the paper bag 1 is dropped is prevented as much as possible, it is not necessary to arrange the reinforcing paper 5 between the paper layers of the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1. The reinforcing paper 5 that is the material is reduced compared to the case where the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers of the mouth 1a and the bottom 1b. Thus, the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag 1 can be reduced, and since the bottom 1b of the paper bag 1 is sealed with the backing paper 14, the paper layers 2 and 3 on the bottom 1b are cut with a cutting tool such as a scissors. Therefore, the paper bag 1 can be opened more easily than the conventional paper bag 51.

Further, when the reinforcing paper 5 of the paper bag 1 is craft paper having an air permeability of 25 seconds / 100 cc or less according to JIS P 8117: 1998, the positioning accuracy of the attaching position of the reinforcing paper 5 is improved. Therefore, it is possible to further reduce the reinforcing paper 5 which is a material compared to the conventional paper bag 1, so that the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag 1 can be further reduced, and the reinforcing paper 5 can be further reduced. Is not present at the position where the machine is hung, and the strength of the paper bag 1 is weak and the possibility of breaking the bag from the machine hung part when the paper bag falls can be further prevented as much as possible. It is possible to prevent as much as possible the generation of cutting waste of the reinforcing paper 5 that is not sewn on the bottom portion 1b of the paper bag 1, and the folding paper 5 may be folded when the paper layers 2 and 3 of the bottom portion 1b of the paper bag 1 are folded. Since it can be prevented as much as possible, the repulsive force against bending is reduced, and it is easy to bend and seal, and it is not necessary to reduce the production speed of the paper bag 1 when positioning the reinforcing paper 5 at the position of attachment. We were able to increase the production speed of paper bags.

In addition, although the state of the paper bag which is not pleated is shown in the paper bag 1 mentioned above, it is a prior art that a pleat can be formed in the paper bag 1 along the direction along the said bag length of the paper bag 1. As disclosed in JP-A-53-116414, etc., the paper bag 1 of the present invention and its manufacturing method can of course be applied as a paper bag provided with the pleats.

Further, in the paper bag 1 of the above-described embodiment, the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers at the mouth portion 1a, and the paper layers 2 and 3 sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are sewn, and the mouth portion is formed by the sewing machine. 1a is sealed, the paper layers 2 and 3 of the bottom 1b are folded, and the bottom 1b is sealed by the backing paper 14. However, the paper bag 1 of the present invention has either the mouth 1a or the bottom 1b. Reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers, and the paper layers 2 and 3 sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are machined, and one of them is sealed by the sewing machine, and the other paper layers 2 and 3 are folded and applied. For example, in the paper bag, the reinforcing paper 5 is sandwiched between the paper layers at the bottom 1b, and the paper layers 2 and 3 sandwiching the reinforcing paper 5 are machined. The bottom 1b is sealed by the sewing machine and the paper layers 2, 3 of the mouth 1a are sealed. The folded against paper 14 may be a paper bag mouth portion 1a is sealed.

As described in detail above, the paper bag according to the present invention is as strong as possible, reducing the manufacturing cost of the entire paper bag by reducing the reinforcing paper as the material, and making the paper bag easy to seal and open. Is suitable.
