Description
・ 製造工程における材料の廃棄量を最小限に抑えることができる。
・ 構成要素に合わせた異なる材料で基準部を作製することができる。
・ 製造工程中、基準部をヘッドに合わせて回転させ、複雑な形状を形成することができる。
後者の例には、ステレオリソグラフィー(レーザーを利用して液体感光性樹脂の床の選択部を硬化する)と粉体床製造(一連の流体床をビルドアップ領域に堆積させ、各床の選択部をレーザーで溶解する)とがある。ヘッドを使って材料が予め堆積した床の選択部にエネルギーを送る利点は下記の通りである:
・ 各床の非接合部が一連の床を支持することができ、これによって比較的複雑な形状を形成させることができる。
Claims (16)
- パネルをジグで保持し、
基準部をジグで保持し、
パネルと基準部とをストリンガーで係合し、該基準部が該ストリンガーを前記パネルに対し所定の位置に位置決めし、
ストリンガーをパネルに接合し、該基準部が追加工程によって製造されたものであり、
該追加工程は、該基準部を一連の層として成長させ、その各層を、エネルギーおよび材料の両方またはいずれか一方をヘッドからビルドアップ領域の選択部に向かわせることによって成長させる、補強パネルの製造方法。 - 前記ストリンガーが一組の端面の間を長さ方向に延び、前記基準部が該ストリンガーの該端面の片方と係合する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基準部が前記ストリンガーと係合する弾性部材を持つ、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記基準部がベースと、第1距離に亘って該ベースから延びる1つ以上の高さストップと、該第1距離よりも長い第2距離に亘って該ベースから延びる2つ以上のサイドストップとを持つ、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 互いに形状または大きさの異なる少なくとも2つの基準部を含む複数の基準部を前記ジグで保持し、前記パネルを複数のストリンガーで係合し、各基準部をそれぞれのストリンガーに係合し、該ストリンガーを該パネルに接合する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 該基準部を製造する該追加工程をさらに含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ヘッドと前記ビルドアップ領域との間に相対運動を生じさせることをさらに含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記追加工程が、一連の材料床をビルドアップ領域に堆積させるものであり、該ヘッドから各床の選択部へエネルギーを向かわせることを含む、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記基準部が粉体を溶解することによって形成される、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記基準部が、ベースと、該ベースから延び、該ベースの周囲に向けて位置決めされる1つ以上のサイドストップブロックと、1つ以上の弾性部材とを含み、さらに、前記ストリンガーを該サイドストップブロックと係合し、該ストリンガーを該弾性部材で該基準部に固定することを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ベースと、
該ベースから延び、該ベースの周囲に向けて位置決めされる1つ以上のサイドストップブロックと、
1つ以上の弾性部材とを含む基準部であって、
該基準部を一連の層として成長させ、その各層を、エネルギーおよび材料の両方またはいずれか一方をヘッドからビルドアップ領域の選択部に向かわせることによって成長させる追加工程によって製造された、基準部。 - 前記ストップブロックよりも短い距離に亘って該ベースから延びる1つ以上の高さストップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の基準部。
- 少なくとも1つの前記弾性部材が、フレキシブルなカンチレバーアームと、使用時にストリンガーと係合してスナップ結合を形成する突起部とを含む、請求項11または12に記載の基準部。
- 少なくとも1つの弾性部材が、使用時にストリンガーと係合するように構成されたフレキシブルスプリングを含み、該フレキシブルスプリングが撓んで該ストリンガーの幅を僅かに変化させる、請求項11に記載の基準部。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって補強パネルを製造する装置であって、ジグと、前記追加工程によって製造された1つ以上の基準部とを含む装置。
- 前記基準部が請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の基準部を含む、請求項15に記載の装置。
