Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive separating and applying apparatus for separately applying a two-component adhesive for wood composed of a main agent part and a curing agent part, and a wood material laminate manufacturing method for manufacturing a wood material laminate using the same. .

Conventionally, as a method of separating the wood adhesive into two components and applying it to the adherend surface of the wood material, as shown in Patent Document 1, the main agent portion and the hardener portion are respectively provided on the adherend surface of the wood material. Separately, it is discharged from a plurality of nozzles in the form of string or thread, and the discharge flows down when the main material part or the hardener part discharged and discharged from the nozzle outside the width of the wooden material and the conveying gap of the wooden material intermittently conveyed It has been proposed to recover the main agent part or the curing agent part.

According to such a method, the mixing of the main agent part and the curing agent part at a predetermined blending ratio is performed by laminating and pressing a plurality of wood materials each separately applied to bond the main agent part and the curing agent part to the adhesive layer. It was made by homogenizing in one. However, if the thickness of the wood material is not uniform, a slight gap may occur between the wood materials even if pressed, and in this part, the main agent part and the hardener part are uniformly homogeneous at a predetermined blending ratio. There was a problem in that the strength of the laminate adhesive layer was lowered due to poor curing without being formed.

In order to solve such a problem, the main agent part and the curing agent part are discharged separately from a plurality of nozzles in a string shape or a thread shape, respectively, and then air is blown to bring the main agent part on the adherent surface. The main agent part and the hardener part are premixed by blowing the ink and the hardener part on the main agent part, and even if the thickness of the wood material is not uniform, the main agent part and the hardener part are A method has been proposed in which homogenization is performed at a predetermined blending ratio (Patent Document 2).

However, when the structure of the wood material adherence surface is rough, the main agent part or the hardener part may permeate the adhering surface rapidly. In such a part, even if air is blown, the main agent part or the hardener part However, even if a plurality of wood materials are laminated and pressed on the other hardener part or main agent part, the main agent part and the hardener part are mixed with a predetermined composition in the adhesive layer. There was a problem that curing failure occurred without uniform homogenization at a ratio, and the strength of the laminate adhesive layer was lowered. Further, depending on the pressure of air, the main agent part or the curing agent part may be scattered as mist, which is not preferable in the work environment.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that there is uneven thickness in the wood material, which is the adherend to be applied, in the adhesive separation coating apparatus that separates and applies the main part and the hardener part of the two-component adhesive for wood. In the adhesive layer, even if there is suction unevenness such as the main agent part or hardener part being sucked partially on the adherend immediately after application, a plurality of wooden materials are laminated and pressed after separation application The main agent part and the hardener part are uniformly homogenized at a predetermined blending ratio, so that there is no curing failure of the adhesive layer, and sufficient adhesive strength between the wood materials of the laminate can be secured, and the main agent part Of the adhesive separating application device and the wood material laminate using the same, in which the main agent part and the curing agent part do not scatter as a mist at the time of integral homogenization at a predetermined blending ratio of the curing agent part and the curing agent part It is to provide a manufacturing method.

The invention described in claim 1 comprises a main agent applying means for applying a main agent portion of a two-component adhesive for wood comprising a main agent portion and a hardener portion in a bead-like manner to the adherend surface of a wood material; It is equipped with a curing agent coating means for applying a bead on the adherend surface and a spreading means for spreading the main agent portion or the curing agent portion applied in a bead shape onto the adherend surface, and the main agent portion or the curing agent portion is applied as the main agent portion. After being applied to the adherend surface in a bead shape by the means or the curing agent application means, it is spread over the entire adherend surface by the spreading means, and on the coated surface of the spread main agent part or curing agent part, The hardener part or the main agent part to be combined is applied in a bead shape by the hardener application means or the main agent application means , and the total thickness of the main agent part and the hardener part when uniformly applied is allowed for the woody material adhesive fractionation coating characterized by applying to be larger than the gap caused by the uneven Since the main agent part or the curing agent part first applied by the adhesive fraction application apparatus is spread over the entire adherend surface by the spreading means, the uniform predetermined coating thickness is already maintained. Yes.

Here, spreading refers to spreading by applying a load by directly contacting the material to be spread. Examples of the means include rollers, plates, and round bars.

On the other hand, when a plurality of wood materials are pressed together while the main agent portion and the hardener portion are both applied in a bead shape, both the hardener portions or the main agent portions are spread uniformly in the adhesive layer between the wood materials by pressing. The minimum gap (hereinafter referred to as “necessary minimum gap”) that is required to be at least a gap in order to continue is not necessarily that the main agent portion and the curing agent portion are spread evenly by pressing. Therefore, it depends on the thickness of the main agent portion or the curing agent portion having a smaller coating thickness when uniformly and separately applied to the main agent portion and the curing agent portion. In other words, in order to evenly spread the main agent part or the hardener part applied in the bead shape with the smaller application thickness throughout the adhesive layer by pressing the wooden material, the gap between the wooden materials should be It must be kept below the coating thickness. Then, if there is unevenness in the thickness of the wood material, and the gap between the wood materials caused by the thickness unevenness is larger than the necessary minimum clearance, the main agent part and the hardener part are not homogenized uniformly by pressing. A part will occur.

On the other hand, in the adhesive fraction application apparatus according to claim 1, which is the present invention, since the main agent portion or the curing agent portion is uniformly applied to the predetermined application thickness by the spreading means, The gap remaining thickness obtained by subtracting the thickness of the main agent part or the hardener part uniformly applied by the spreading means from the gap length between the wood materials at the time of fastening is finally the bead in the adhesive fraction application device of the present invention. When it is smaller than the necessary minimum gap of the hardener part or main agent part applied in a shape, the hardener part or main agent part will diffuse uniformly into the gap.

The amount of adhesive applied to the wood material is applied so that the total application thickness of the main agent part and the hardener part is larger than the gap caused by the thickness unevenness allowed for the wood material, and considering the cost. Make the amount of adhesive used minimum. Therefore, depending on the application amount of the main agent part and the hardener part, the gap is larger than the above-mentioned minimum required gap when pressing a plurality of wood materials while the main agent part and the hardener part are both applied in a bead shape. There are times when Conventionally, defective curing has occurred at such times. However, according to the adhesive fraction applicator according to claim 1, which is the present invention, the gap remaining thickness is the minimum required gap of the hardener part or the main agent part that is finally applied in a bead shape even with the same application amount. The hardener part or the main agent part is uniformly diffused between the remaining gap thicknesses by pressing, and as a result, the main agent part and the hardener part are uniformly homogenized as an adhesive layer of the wood material.

The adhesive fraction application apparatus according to claim 1, which is the present invention, repeats thought and error and experiments, and based on such a concept reached at the end, a plurality of conventional main agent portions and hardener portions are conventionally applied in a bead shape. Adhesion between the wood materials of the laminate without any poor curing of the adhesive layer due to the fact that the main agent part and the hardener part are not homogenized integrally, as occurred when pressing a piece of wood material Sufficient strength can be secured.

In addition, even if the structure of the wood material is partially rough and uneven in suction, the main agent part or the hardener part applied first is uniformly applied to the wood material adherence surface by the spreading means as a whole. In addition, there is no portion where the main agent portion and the curing agent portion are not uniformly homogenized, and similarly there is no defective curing of the adhesive layer, and the adhesive strength between the wood materials of the laminate can be sufficiently ensured.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the spreading means is configured such that the circumferential surface of the spreading roller is rotatably contacted by the biasing means to the main agent portion or the curing agent portion applied in a bead shape, and the unidirectional direction of the wood material 2. The adhesive fraction application device according to claim 1, wherein the spreading roller is rotated by the traveling movement to form the main agent portion or the curing agent portion so as to spread over the entire adherend surface. Then, by laminating and pressing a plurality of wood materials to which the main agent portion and the hardener portion are applied by this adhesive separation application device, the main agent portion and the hardener portion are formed in the adhesive layer for the same reason as described above. Since homogenization is performed uniformly at a predetermined blending ratio, there is no curing failure of the adhesive layer, and sufficient adhesive strength between the wooden materials of the laminate can be ensured.

The invention according to claim 3 is the adhesive fraction application apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of spreading rollers are arranged side by side, and the main agent part and the hardener part are separated by the adhesive fraction application apparatus. Due to the same reason as above, the main agent part and the hardener part are uniformly homogenized at a prescribed blending ratio for the same reason as above by laminating and pressing multiple coated wood materials. The adhesive strength between the wood members of the laminate can be sufficiently ensured.

The invention according to claim 4 is the adhesive fraction applicator according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the spreading roller is a roller brush, and the main agent portion and the curing by the adhesive fraction applicator. Due to the same reason as above, the main agent part and the hardener part are integrated at a predetermined blending ratio for the same reason as above by laminating and pressing a plurality of wood materials coated with the agent part. The adhesive strength between the wood members of the laminate can be sufficiently ensured.

The invention according to claim 5 is a method of laminating and pressing a plurality of wood materials to which the main agent portion and the curing agent portion are applied by the adhesive fraction application device according to any one of claims 1 to 4. A wood material laminate manufacturing method characterized by manufacturing a wood material laminate in which an adhesive layer is formed, and the wood material laminate produced by this method has its adhesive layer for the same reason as described above. There is no poor curing, and the adhesive strength between the wood materials of the wood material laminate is sufficiently ensured.

The adhesive fraction application apparatus according to the present invention and the wood material laminate manufacturing method using the same, the adhesive layer of the wood material laminate produced by these has no curing failure, and each wood material of the wood material laminate is between each wood material. There is an effect that the adhesive strength is sufficiently secured. Moreover, since the main agent part and the hardener part are separately applied, the main agent part and the hardener part are not mixed and cured in the apparatus, and the spreading means is in contact with either the main agent part or the hardener part. Therefore, the adhesive attached to the spreading means is not cured, and there is an effect that maintenance is easy. In addition, since the homogenization of the main agent portion and the hardener portion does not occur until the plurality of wood materials are pressed, sufficient reaction hardening between the main agent portion and the hardener portion is not possible during the pressing. It will not happen until. For this reason, there is an effect that a so-called deposition time from application of the adhesive to pressing of the wood material can be ensured sufficiently long.

In addition, when applying and spreading the main agent part and the hardener part on the adherend surface of the wood material, since the means for blowing air is not used, the main agent part or the hardener part becomes a mist by the blown air. There is an effect that the working environment is not polluted without being scattered.

In addition, after either the main agent part or the hardener part is first applied in a bead shape, the spreading means is used to spread the main agent part or the hardener part over the entire adherend surface of the wooden material. If there is uneven thickness and a certain gap occurs in the adhesive layer, compared with the method in which the main agent part or the curing agent part is applied together in a bead shape and a laminate is produced by pressing, the adhesive layer and the main agent part The application amount of the main agent part or the curing agent part necessary for uniformly diffusing the curing agent part can be reduced, and the amount of the adhesive can be reduced as a whole, resulting in low cost.

In particular, the adhesive material separating and coating apparatus according to claim 3 and the wood material laminate manufacturing method according to claim 5 according to the present invention include a plurality of spreading rollers arranged in parallel. Even if the first spreading roller jumps from the wood material adherence surface due to vibration while traveling, the main agent part or hardener part applied in a bead shape may not be partially extended. Another spreading roller arranged side by side comes into contact with the adherend surface of the wood material, and the main agent portion or the hardener portion applied in a bead shape is evenly spread over the entire adherend surface, resulting partially. This has the effect of eliminating poor spreading.

It is a whole perspective view about one Example of the adhesive fraction coating apparatus of this invention which concerns on Claims 1 thru | or 2. It is one Example of the adhesive fraction coating apparatus of this invention which concerns on Claim 3, Comprising: It is a whole perspective view of the adhesive fraction coating apparatus which provided two spreading rollers side by side.

The adhesive fraction application apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention applies the main component part of a two-component adhesive for wood composed of a main agent part and a hardener part in a bead shape to the adherend surface of a wooden material called lamina. And a hardener application means for applying the hardener part in a bead shape to the adherend surface of the wood material. In the main agent applying means and the hardener applying means, for example, a plurality of nozzles are arranged in parallel downward at equal intervals, and the main agent portion or the hardener portion is continuously provided from the nozzles on the adherend surface of the wooden material that runs below the nozzles It is applied in a bead shape by letting it flow down. What is first applied to the wood material adherence surface may be the main agent portion or the hardener portion.

When the main agent part is first applied, a spreading means is provided on the downstream side of the main agent applying means in the traveling direction of the wood material to spread the main agent part applied in a bead shape over the entire adherend surface. Curing agent application means is disposed downstream of the spreading means. On the other hand, when the hardener part is first applied, a spreading means for spreading the hardener part applied in a bead shape over the entire adherend surface is provided downstream of the hardener application means in the traveling direction of the wood material. Furthermore, a main agent applying means is disposed downstream of the spreading means.

By the spreading means, the main agent part or the hardener part applied in a bead shape on the adherend surface of the wooden material is spread uniformly over the entire adherend surface. From the curing agent coating means or the main agent coating means disposed on the downstream side of the spreading means, the curing agent portion or the main agent portion flows down in a bead shape in the same manner as described above, and is uniformly applied to the entire adherend surface by the spreading means. The hardener part or main agent part combined with this is applied in the form of a bead on the coating surface of the main agent part or hardener part that has been spread. The application amount of the adhesive applied to the wood material is applied so that the total application thickness of the main agent portion and the curing agent portion when uniformly applied is larger than the gap caused by the thickness unevenness applied to the wood material.

Further, the adhesive fraction application apparatus according to claim 2 according to the present invention is the adhesive fraction application apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spreading means is arranged in a circle on the main agent part or the hardener part applied in a bead shape. It consists of a spreading roller with which the circumferential surface abuts freely, and an urging means such as a compression coil spring that makes the spreading roller abut against the adherend surface of the wood material with a constant force. The spreading roller is formed so as to rotate by traveling movement. For this reason, the main agent part or the curing agent part applied in a bead shape on the adherend surface of the wooden material is uniformly spread over the entire adherend surface by the spreading roller that rotates as the wooden material travels.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an adhesive fraction applicator comprising a plurality of spreading rollers arranged in parallel in the adhesive fraction applicator according to the second aspect. The wood material may run up and down due to vibration during running, but when there is only one spreading roller, the spreading roller jumps from the wooden material adherence surface, and the main part applied in a bead shape or cured The agent part may not be partially extended. The present invention solves this, and by arranging a plurality of spreading rollers in parallel, even if the first spreading roller bounces, the second spreading roller comes into contact with the adherend surface of the wooden material, and the beads The main agent part or the curing agent part applied in a shape is uniformly spread over the entire adherend surface, and partially unfolded defects are eliminated.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the adhesive fraction applying apparatus according to the present invention, wherein the spreading roller as the spreading means in the adhesive fraction applying apparatus according to the second or third aspect is a roller brush. Even if the roller brush has unevenness on the adherend surface, the circumferential surface of the roller is in close contact with and comes into contact with the unevenness. Therefore, even if there is a warp in the width direction of the wooden material, or the wooden material is uneven, The main agent part or the curing agent part applied in a bead shape can be uniformly spread along the shape of the adherend surface of the wood material.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a wooden material laminate according to the present invention, wherein the main material portion and the hardener portion are applied by the adhesive fraction application device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects. A plurality of sheets are stacked and pressed for a predetermined time. The predetermined time is a time during which the main agent portion and the curing agent portion are reaction-cured, and the adhesive layer is cured during pressing for a predetermined time so that a predetermined adhesive strength is expressed and a wood material laminate is manufactured.

This will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

10 is a curing agent coating means, and in this embodiment, a curing agent portion having a property that is easy to be sucked when the coating amount is smaller than that of the main agent portion and the textured surface 1a of the wood material 1 has a rough portion. It is configured so as to be applied first and spread over the entire adherend surface 1a by the spreading means 20 described later. Of course, you may comprise so that a main ingredient part may be apply | coated first, In this case, after the spreading to the whole to-be-adhered surface 1a by the spreading means 20, the hardening | curing agent part combined with this main ingredient part, It will be applied in the form of a bead on the spread coating surface of the main agent part.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a curing agent tank that stores the curing agent part B. Yes.

The curing agent portion Ba discharged from the curing agent nozzle 17 and not applied to the adherend surface 1a of the wood material 1 flows down into the curing agent recovery hopper 18 and is connected to the curing agent recovery hopper 18. 19 flows down into the hardener tank 11 and is again sent out by the geared pump 12 to the hardener supply pipe 13.

A spreading means 20 is disposed downstream of the curing agent applying means 10. The spreading means 20 is composed of a spreading roller 21 whose circumferential surface is rotatably contacted with the hardener portion Bb applied mainly in a bead shape by the hardener applying means 10, and the spreading roller 21 of the wood material 1. It comprises a compression coil spring 22 that abuts on the adherend surface 1a with a constant force. The spreading roller 21 is rotatably held by a roller shaft 23. The spreading roller 21 may be a rubber-like one or a sponge-like one as long as it can uniformly spread the curing agent portion Bb applied in a bead shape on the adherend surface 1a. . In the case of a hard rubber, it is preferable that a plurality of grooves are formed on the circumference in parallel with the rotation direction in order to apply a certain amount to the adherend surface 1a. If the adherend surface 1a is curved or uneven due to warping of the wood material 1, a flexible rubber roller can be used, or a roller brush used for painting can be used.

The spreading roller 21 is rotated by the traveling movement of the wood material 1, and the curing agent portion Bb applied in a bead shape on the adherend surface 1a is uniformly spread on the adherend surface 1a to become the hardener portion Bc.
