2以上の多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)を備え、
前記多孔性排出コンジットが、排出チャネル(119)と、前記多孔性排出コンジットの外部表面と前記排出チャネルとの間の流体連絡を可能にする1以上の開口(113)とを備え、
前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)が1以上のスペーサエレメント(446,447)と共に形成されていて前記2以上の多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)の間に空洞(450)を画成しており、
前記空洞(450)が、膜スタックアセンブリ(120)の一部分(231)を収容するように構成されている、
中央コアエレメント(440)。 - 前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)のうちの1以上が多孔性半円筒形の管である、請求項1記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)のうちの1以上が、多孔性半八角形の管、多孔性半十面体形の管及び多孔性半四十面体形の管からなる群から選択される、請求項1又は請求項2記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- すべての前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)が同一の形を有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)のうちの2以上が異なる形を有する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 涙滴状の形を有する多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)を備える、請求項1記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 3以上の多孔性排出コンジットを備える、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 4以上の多孔性排出コンジットを備える、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 4つの多孔性排出コンジットを備える、請求項8記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)のうちの1以上が、排出チャネル(119)を遮蔽して排出コンジットの一端に供給制御空洞(710)を画成するように構成された遮断エレメント(712)を備える、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
- 前記多孔性排出コンジット(442,444)のうちの1以上が流量制御エレメントを備える、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の中央コアエレメント(440)。
