Description
前記受け板は、前記連結部材の上側部分と下側部分との間に、前記駆動部材の近傍から前記従動部材の近傍に渡るように形成され、前記駆動部材の近傍に切屑を貯留可能とする貯留部を有し、
前記掻板は、前記受け板との対向端面を、前記連結部材への取付点から連結部材の進行方向反対側に所定値以上偏位させて取り付けられ、前記駆動部材近傍に移動したとき前記対向端面と受け板の前記貯留部との隙間が大きくなる第1掻板と、前記受け板との対向端面を、前記連結部材への取付点から連結部材の進行方向反対側に前記第1掻板より小さく偏位させて取り付けられ、前記駆動部材近傍に移動したとき前記対向端面と受け板の前記貯留部との隙間が前記第1掻板の隙間より小さくなる第2掻板とを含むことを特徴としている。

Claims (2)
- 回転駆動される左,右一対の円形の駆動側部材と、
該左,右の駆動部材に対応するように配置された左,右一対の従動側部材と、
前記左,右の駆動側部材と左,右の従動側部材のそれぞれに巻回された左,右一対の無端帯状の連結部材と、
該左,右の連結部材に所定ピッチ毎に架け渡して固定された複数の掻板と、
上側を通過する掻板の下端が摺接するように配設され、切屑を受け止めるとともに、切屑を排出口に案内する受け板とを備え、
前記掻板を前記受け板上を摺動させることにより該受け板上の切屑を排出口に移動させる工作機械の切屑排出装置であって、
前記受け板は、前記連結部材の上側部分と下側部分との間に、前記駆動部材の近傍から前記従動部材の近傍に渡るように形成され、前記駆動部材の近傍に切屑を貯留可能とする貯留部を有し、
前記掻板は、前記受け板との対向端面を、前記連結部材への取付点から連結部材の進行方向反対側に所定値以上偏位させて取り付けられ、前記駆動部材近傍に移動したとき前記対向端面と受け板の前記貯留部との隙間が大きくなる第1掻板と、前記受け板との対向端面を、前記連結部材への取付点から連結部材の進行方向反対側に前記第1掻板より小さく偏位させて取り付けられ、前記駆動部材近傍に移動したとき前記対向端面と受け板の前記貯留部との隙間が前記第1掻板の隙間より小さくなる第2掻板とを含む
ことを特徴とする工作機械の切屑排出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の工作機械の切屑排出装置において、
前記第1掻板の枚数が前記第2掻板の枚数より多い
ことを特徴とする工作機械の切屑排出装置。
