Description
本実施例では、硼砂を用いてサンドブラスト処理を行なった後の金属材料表面に存在する元素を分析した。
本実施例では、Ti−6質量%Al−4質量%V合金に対して硼砂を用いてサンドブラスト処理を行なった後の金属材料表面に存在する元素を分析した。
本実施例では、硼砂を用いてサンドブラスト処理およびアルカリ加熱処理を行なった後の金属材料と骨との固着効果を調べた。
Claims (8)
- 硼砂を用いてサンドブラスト処理された表面を有する生体インプラント用金属材料であって、
前記表面の平均粗さRaは、1〜2.5μmであり、サンドブラスト処理後の水洗によってサンドブラスト処理に用いた硼砂の残留がなく、且つ、
サンドブラスト処理前後の金属材料表面の成分が変化しないことを特徴とする生体固着性に優れた生体インプラント用金属材料。 - 前記金属材料は、TiまたはTi合金である請求項1に記載の生体インプラント用金属材料。
- 前記表面は、更に生体活性化処理されたものである請求項1または2に記載の生体インプラント用金属材料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の生体インプラント用金属材料を用いて得られるインプラント。
- 前記インプラントが、人工歯根、人工関節、骨接合用部材、または金属製人工骨である請求項4に記載のインプラント。
- 生体インプラント用金属材料の表面を、硼砂を用いてサンドブラスト処理することを特徴とするインプラントの製造方法。
- サンドブラスト処理の後、生体活性化処理を行なうものである請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 前記生体活性化処理は、アルカリ加熱処理である請求項7に記載の製造方法。
