Description
チタン棒を電動ノコギリにて輪切りにし、機械旋盤にて研削研磨したものを使用した。
機械研磨されたチタン基体を5MのNaOH水溶液に60℃、24時間の条件で浸漬し、その後、チタン基体に対して600℃、1時間の加熱処理を行った。
機械研磨されたチタン基体を10MのNaOH水溶液に90℃、24時間の条件で浸漬し、その後、チタン基体に対して600℃、1時間の加熱処理を行った。
120℃まで加熱した70%熱硫酸溶液中にチタン基体を75秒間浸漬後、蒸留水で洗浄した。
Claims (1)
- 金属あるいはセラミックスを原料としてなるインプラント体であって、
SEM画像において、1μm四方に占める突起部の平均数が20〜60であり、1μm四方に占める前記突起部の平均面積が0.25μm2〜0.40μm2であり、クレバス状からなる溝部の平均溝幅が0.15μm〜0.30μmであり、120μm四方でのRaの平均値が0.15m〜0.50μmであり、120μm四方でのRsmの平均値が1.50μm〜3.00μmであることを特徴とするインプラント体。
