- 第1のトランジスタを有し、
第2のトランジスタを有し、
前記第1のトランジスタの上方及び前記第2のトランジスタの上方に絶縁層を有し、
前記絶縁層の上方に光検出素子を有し、
前記光検出素子の上方にカラーフィルタを有し、
前記カラーフィルタの上方に表示素子を有し、
前記表示素子は、前記第1のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの一方と電気的に接続されており、
前記光検出素子は、前記第2のトランジスタのゲートと電気的に接続されており、
前記第2のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの一方は、前記第1のトランジスタのゲートと電気的に接続されており、
前記第2のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの他方は、前記第1のトランジスタのソース又はドレインの他方と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 請求項1において、前記第1のトランジスタは、第1の酸化物半導体層を有することを特徴とする表示装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2において、前記第2のトランジスタは、第2の酸化物半導体層を有することを特徴とする表示装置。
