Claims (4)
- プラスチックを溶融させる溶融部と溶融プラスチックを気化させる気化部とを有し、この気化部から気化したプラスチックの気化ガスをコンデンサによって冷却して液化する油化装置において、
前記コンデンサを第1コンデンサと第2コンデンサとで構成し、前記第1コンデンサに空気と溶融部で発生する水蒸気とを送ってその冷却温度を調整して重質油を液化採集し、前記第2コンデンサに冷却水を送って第1コンデンサで液化しなかった気化ガスを液化して軽質油を採集したことを特徴とする油化装置。 - 前記第2コンデンサによって液化されないオフガスを各コンデンサに接続されたそれぞれのタンクに供給し、その後水筒内に送り、この水筒内の水の高さを調節することにより前記気化ガスを液化する系内の圧力を調節するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油化装置。
- 前記第1コンデンサを断熱材で被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油化装置。
- 第1コンデンサには、ファンによって空気が送り込まれ、第1コンデンサの空気の排出口に温度計と流量計が設けられ、排出空気の温度と流量に応じてファンをコントロールしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の油化装置。
