Claims (3)
- 複数の電池が重ね合わされて構成された電池集合体の互いに隣り合う電池同士を接続することで前記複数の電池を直列に接続する複数のバスバと、前記複数のバスバが取り付けられ且つ電池集合体に重ねられる本体部と、前記本体部から突設された複数の位置決め突起と、前記本体部に設けられた複数の係止部と、を備えたバスバモジュールに取り付けられるカバー部材において、
前記複数の電池の重なり方向に沿って並設され且つ前記複数のバスバを覆う複数の覆い部と、前記複数の覆い部の互いに隣り合う覆い部同士を変位可能に連結する複数の弾性変形部と、を備え、
前記複数の覆い部は、それぞれ、前記位置決め突起が挿通される位置決め孔と、前記係止部が係止される係止受け部と、を備え、
前記位置決め孔が、前記位置決め突起を前記複数の電池の重なり方向に沿って移動可能な形状に形成されていることを特徴とするカバー部材。 - 前記本体部は、前記複数の電池の重なり方向に沿って並設され且つ前記複数のバスバ各々を収容する複数の収容部と、前記カバー部材に向かって突出し且つ前記複数の収容部の互いに隣り合う収容部同士を連結する複数の連結部と、を備えており、
前記複数の弾性変形部が、それぞれ、前記複数の覆い部が前記複数のバスバを覆った際に、前記複数の連結部各々と重なるとともに、該複数の連結部各々の先端部が挿通される開口部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカバー部材。 - 複数の電池が重ね合わされて構成された電池集合体と、前記電池集合体に取り付けられて該電池集合体の複数の電池を直列に接続するバスバモジュールと、前記バスバモジュールに取り付けられるカバー部材と、を備えた電源装置において、
前記カバー部材として、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のカバー部材を備えていることを特徴とする電源装置。
